Paris Hilton: Treat people like pink Starburst

Paris Hilton thinks everyone should be treated like a "pink Starburst".
The 36-year-old businesswoman has taken to Twitter to encourage her followers to stand up for themselves, telling them they deserve to be looked upon like the sought-after, fruit-flavoured pink treat, rather than the less popular yellow version.
Writing on the social media site, Paris said: "Never let anyone treat you like a yellow starburst. You are a pink starburst. (sic)"
Paris has defied her critics in recent years, after turning her attention to DJing in 2012.
At the time, her ambition was ridiculed, but Paris has since established herself as a credible performer, recently celebrating the five-year anniversary of her Foam & Diamonds party at Ibiza’s world-famous Amnesia nightclub.
Reflecting on the transformation, she’s said: "I started DJing like seven years ago. My first show was in Brazil. Like 30,000 people, closing for Jennifer Lopez, it was so much fun.
"I loved it so much that after that I really just got more into it and really just learned the technique and now I’m on the new Denon [turntables], which just came out and are amazing to play on.
"I’ve just been having the time of my life. I didn’t realise what a huge success I would be."
Paris admitted she loves the buzz of performing in front of a sold-out crowd, having initially been nervous about the prospect.
Asked how she has grown as a DJ, she told Billboard magazine: "The first time I ever played, I was so nervous, shy, but now I’ve been doing it for so long that I feel so comfortable on stage.
"I just love feeling the vibe and the energy and the people and I’ve been studying with some of the best people in the world. I really just learn the craft so much more. I just feel like every day I grow more and more."
