Danielle Armstrong has apologised for calling Gemma Collins a "fat silly bitch".
'The Only Way is Essex' star regrets her choice of words during a heated argument with the curvy 33 year old in Wednesday night's (12.03.14) episode of the ITV2 reality show and is "embarrassed" by her comments.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz at the premiere of 'The Stag' in London's Leicester Square last night (13.03.14), she said: "What I said about Gemma's weight, I shouldn't have said. It was one of those moments in a big row and you just say the worst thing and I was really, really angry. I really regret that.
"I was actually really embarrassed when I watched it back last night."
The blonde stars got into a foul-mouthed argument after Gemma and pal Bobby Norris told Danielle her boyfriend James Lock had cheated on her.
Despite being sorry about the weight jibe, Danielle says she stands by her other comments in the explosive scenes.
She added: "Apart from that, everything else she deserved. I think it will be awkward next time we see her."
Danielle has resolved her relationship problems with Lockie, who joined her at the event and insisted all is well.
He said: "We are all good now. A lot of the people who are in relationships on the show are insecure anyway, and then in 'TOWIE', when they touch upon it, their relationship crumbles."
Gemma threw a drink over Lockie after he confronted her about the cheating scandal, and he thinks the former 'Splash!' contestant is too nosy.
He said: "I think Gemma is just a busy person, she just likes to involve herself in things, when really she needs to slow down."
Danielle, meanwhile, has defended Bobby for telling her about Lockie's suspected cheating, but admits she is upset with him and Gemma for not standing by her.
She explained: "I have no problem with Bobby ... at the end of the day he was just trying to elevate the problem. To me, he was doing what any other person would do in that situation. But I was just annoyed when they didn't support me in my decision when I said I chose to believe James, and I found that annoying."

The BBC has come under fire for allowing Gregg Wallace to advertise potatoes.
The 'MasterChef: The Professionals' star - who has hosted the show since 2005 - endorsed QV Foods' Inspire range in 2010, with his face appearing on packaging for potatoes and carrots.
This comes after former co-host Michel Roux Jr. quit the show after BBC bosses tried to ban him from fronting adverts for Albert Bartlett Rooster potatoes.
Gregg defended his deal, saying it's "not a food product - and that's the point".
However, the incident has raised concerns about the broadcaster having "terrible double standards".
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "The BBC is not even-handed when it comes to who is allowed to do what. There are terrible double standards."
Michel previously voiced his concern with the lack of co-operation with the BBC and insists they should understand "talent" have their own commitments.
He said: "It's not for lack of trying, but sometimes negotiating with the BBC can be a frustrating process and there are times when I have wondered if the corporation understands the realities of today's commercial world.
"The BBC needs to recognise the value of the talent they work with, and also, that whilst we love to be associated with top quality television, we have other professional commitments that are as important to us as programme-making."

'Coronation Street's' Lloyd Mullaney will suffer a heart attack.
The cab driver will be left fighting for his life after collapsing while taking part in a charity fun run in honour of late 'Corrie' character Hayley Cropper, who died from cancer in January.

Lloyd's daughter Jenna - played by Krissi Bohn - is the first to rush to her dad's aid after he collapses.
Steve McDonald, Lloyd's best friend played by Simon Gregson, blames himself for the heart attack after tripping Lloyd up to beat him in the race.
Steve says: "I saw it happen. I was having a row with him because I tripped him up, it was an accident. I've got to go to the hospital, I can't just sit around here doing nothing."
The other residents of Weatherfield will rally around Lloyd as he fights for his life in hospital, putting a halt to the charity fun.
A soap source told the Daily Star newspaper: "Everyone is really worried about Lloyd. The day was supposed to be a laugh with a bit of healthy competition between Lloyd and Steve. No one expected him to have a heart attack."

Sharon Stone loves being called a sex symbol.
The 'Basic Instinct' actress thinks it is a "pleasure" to still be praised for her attractiveness now she is in her 50s.
Speaking to Oprah Winfrey in an interview recorded before her 56th birthday on March 10, she said: "It's a pleasure for me now. I mean, I'm gonna be 56 years old. If people want to think I'm a sex symbol, it's, like, yeah. Think it up. You know. I mean, like, good for me.
"And good for every other lady of my age to feel themselves as a sex symbol. Because why shouldn't we feel a sex symbol in our 50s?"
Sharon insists she isn't fighting against her advancing years and thinks the concept of "ageless beauty" is "absurd".
She added: "I don't think ageless beauty exists. I think it's just a catch-phrase. And so, you know, I think that's absurd."
The blonde star - who is currently single and has adopted sons Roan, 13, Laird, eight, and Quinn, seven - believes it is important to take a holistic approach to life in order to feel at her best.
She explained: "To be the best you can be, you know, we have to recognise that it's an internal thing. Not just an external thing. We have to have internal health and internal wellness. And I think that's physical health, mental health, spiritual health.

Taylor Swift has poked fun at her dating image in a new video.

Lady Gaga thinks she's got "really fat".
The singer - who has admitted her weight fluctuates because of her love of Italian food - has been gorging on barbecue food and meat during her stay in Austin, Texas, and worries she has put on weight.
Explaining her floaty Gareth Pugh dress during an interview with Jimmy Kimmel at the South by Southwest festival, she confessed: "That's actually why I wore it because I am really fat right now because I have been eating BBQ. I had some at Stubb's because I am playing there and some Salt Lick too. Or any meat that I find on the street, I just eat."
Gaga has been soaking up the atmosphere at the festival, where she will deliver the SXSW keynote speech with Fuse's John Norris today (14.03.14), even though she doesn't remember much from the live sets she's watched so far.
The 27-year-old star - who previously admitted to being addicted to marijuana - said: "I have had a really great time. I have been going out every single night and seeing as much music as I can. The thing I have missed the most is going out and seeing live music. I don't remember a lot of what happens but I know I was there and I have seen live music."
The eccentric superstar also praised her loyal fans, her Little Monsters, for going to extreme lengths to get close to her, with some lucky fans winning tickets to see her perform at Stubb's.

Tom Fletcher has become a dad for the first time.
The McFly singer's wife Giovanna gave birth to a "beautiful baby boy" on Thursday night (13.03.14) and the happy couple - who first met when they were 13 and tied the knot in May 2012 - are thrilled with their new arrival.
The 'Star Girl' singer announced on Twitter this morning: "Yep, Mrs Fletcher gave birth to our insanely gorgeous son yesterday at 7pm. He is healthy, beautiful and I've already changed his nappy."
Tom's joke comes after he admitted he was studying videos of how to change nappies ahead of his child's arrival because he was determined to be a hands-on dad.
Meanwhile, Giovanna couldn't contain her excitement as she updated her followers about the baby's birth.
She enthused: "THRILLED to announce the safe arrival of our little BOY! Born last night at 7pm! I can't stop staring at and kissing him! I'm in love!"
The childhood sweethearts publicly announced the pregnancy in a YouTube video last October and admitted they had chosen not to find out the sex of the baby.
Tom said: "We don't know the sex of the baby. We're taking bets from all our friends on whether it's a boy or girl, what date and all that malarky."

Sylvester Stallone is thrilled Rocky Balboa outlived his portrayal.
The 67-year-old actor was celebrating the premiere of the Broadway adaptation of 'Rocky' - which is based on the 1976 film which he wrote and catapulted him to the spotlight - last night (13.03.14) at the Winter Garden Theatre in New York City.
He couldn't believe what a phenomenon the film turned out to be, and was thrilled that the character has proved so popular for so long.
Stallone told ABC News: "This is really surreal.
"It is one thing with the movie. We got lucky with that and we got lucky six times, but 15 years later, a Broadway show.
"It was one of those things where I got lucky it just happen to hit a nerve, and the character lived well beyond me."
Stallone admires the talent of theatrical performers, since they have a skill set which he lacks.
Last month he said: "I possess zero talent in singing or dancing. But I've always admired things I can't do."
The Hollywood hunk admits his version of boxer Rocky in the film is different to Andy Karl's "romantic" version on stage.
He explained: "My Rocky was more guttural, Andy's is a little more aware of his surroundings. He has a romantic quality, I think."
Stallone - who spawned the Oscar-winning film original and five sequels - was in high spirits at the event and got back into the ring, where he raised the show's star Andy's hand in the air at the curtain call in celebration of the musical when he celebrated the performance's first preview last month.

Andrew Scott says filming in loincloths helped 'The Stag' cast bond.
The 37-year-old actor plays best man Davin in the comedy and had a "laugh" while they filmed Fionan's (Hugh O'Conor) bachelor party weekend in Ireland despite the cold weather.
Talking to BANG Showbiz at the film's premiere in London's Leicester Square yesterday (13.03.14), he said: "We were given little bits of material to stretch over ourselves! We filmed it in the first week, it was a very good way of bonding with the cast. It was freezing, wet and cold and it was filmed in the Irish mountains, but it was a laugh, a really good laugh. There were six of us so we had to make it fun really."
Scott - who is best known for his role as villain Moriarty in 'Sherlock' - was excited to take on a comedy, after playing darker roles on screen, and is hoping the film will prove popular with audiences.
He added: "It's really nice to get back to working on comedy, that's actually one of the reasons I took the role, that's what I did in theatre and a little but on TV back in the day. That's what I love about this, it's hard to find something that witty without copying other films, it's very Irish script but it's one I think people with enjoy."
He stars alongside Amy Huberman who were also at the premiere, as were The Only Way Is Essex's James Locke, Danielle Armstrong and Elliot Wright, as well as EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa.

Led Zeppelin are set to release new material.
The band have scoured their archives for dozens of previously unheard studio and live recordings, which have been compiled and released as separate companion discs to accompany each of their re-mastered albums 'Led Zeppelin', 'Led Zeppelin II', and 'Led Zeppelin III', when they're released on June 3.
Guitarist Jimmy Page said: "The material on the companion discs presents a portal to the time of the recording of Led Zeppelin. It is a selection of work in progress with rough mixes, backing tracks, alternate versions, and new material recorded at the time."
The band - also comprised of bassist John Paul Jones and singer Robert Plant - have launched an extensive reissue program of all nine of their studio albums in chronological order, each remastered by Jimmy.
Highlights will include previously unknown track 'La La', which was recorded during the sessions for 'Led Zeppelin II', the band's iconic 1969 album.
The group, who have sold 300 million albums, have also recently agreed to add their music to the Spotify streaming service.
The news has sparked hope that the 'Whole Lotta Love' hitmakers might hit the road again for the first time since their 2007 reunion gig at The O2 arena - which saw Jason Bonham replace his late father John Bonham on drums.

Lady Gaga was vomited on during her performance at the South by Southwest festival.
The 27-year-old pop superstar took to the Doritos #BoldStage at SXSW in Austin, Texas, on Thursday night (14.03.14) and during her rendition of 'Swine' Gaga invited 'vomit painter' Millie Brown on stage.
Brown drank a bottle of green liquid and then pushed her fingers down her throat so she could puke the substance onto the singer as she played drums.
Gaga opened the show by roasting herself like a pig on a spit as her backing dancers stroked her with barbecue brushes.
The musician and another woman then straddled a mechanical pig which had a keyboard for Gaga to play, and after she finished performing on the pig performance artist Brown then began painting Gaga with black liquid.
The concert was held to celebrate her Born This Way Foundation with fans only earning entry by completing a Doritos Bold Mission.
Gaga took time out from her eccentric and extravagant performance to address her fans with some words of inspiration.
Before playing 'Dope', she said: "It's so much easier to be yourself than it is to be somebody else. Because then you have to pretend to be someone else and like things that you don't like and do stuff that you don't want to do."
Gaga is set to give the SXSW festival and conference's keynote speech this morning (14.03.14).
The year's event has been marred by tragedy after a car was driven into a group of revellers at approximately 12:30am on Thursday morning near the Mohawk club on Austin's Red River Street leaving two dead and 23 injured.
A spokeswoman for the Austin Police Department has revealed
Rashad Charjuan Owens - a 21-year-old man from Killeen, Texas - was being held in connection with the incident and is set to face two counts of capital murder and 23 counts of aggravated assault.
