Beyoncé is being sued by two fans

Beyoncé Knowles is being sued by two of her fans.
Raquel Castellanos and Gabriella Davidson, who were trampled before one of the star's concerts in Chicago late last year, have filed a lawsuit against the 'Drunk in Love' hitmaker in Cook County Circuit Court.
According to court documents, obtained by CBS' local affiliate in Chicago, the duo said they bought general admission tickets and arrived a few hours early at the United Centre in the city for the 32-year-old singer's gig in December because they wanted to get as close to the stage as possible.
The suit states: "As the hours passed, the group became larger, more dense and more anxious about how, when and where the gate(s) would be released and where ticket holders and fans were supposed to enter The United Centre -- none of which was explained."
When the doors to the venue eventually opened there was a stampede and they got knocked to the ground and trampled by a "rushing mob," leaving them both unconscious.
They also suffered broken bones and other injuries during the incident, and missed the show because they had to go to a local hospital.
The "long-time fans of Beyoncé" believe that the arena, concert promoters and Beyoncé are responsible for the chaos and did nothing to prevent the incident from occurring.
The women are seeking an undisclosed amount in damages in the six-count suit that alleges negligence on the part of The United Centre, Live Nation and the singer.

Kim Kardashian is dieting before her wedding

Kim Kardashian wants to lose five more pounds before her wedding.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star has lost 50lbs. since giving birth to her first child, North West, last June but is following the high-protein Atkins diet again, as she wants to wow her fiancé, Kanye West, with her slim figure when she walks down the aisle in Paris next month.
A source told Us Weekly magazine: "[Kim] is still losing more every week. She wants to look the best she possible can for her wedding photos."
The brunette beauty, 33, has upped her workouts to five times a week and banned carbohydrates, including bread and pasta, from her house.
The insider explained: "She'll eat veggies, but no noodles, rice or bread. It shocks her body. It's the only way to get the weight off. She does 100 squats each morning to lift her booty."
The reality TV star, who is set to tie the knot on May 24, recently admitted she had gained some weight after relaxing her diet.
She previously said: "I actually saw I gained some weight back when I saw pics of myself and started it again. I had to check myself. I work out five times a week & try to eat as healthy as possible."
Kim and her family have been renting a $150,000 beachfront villa in Phuket, Thailand for the past week and donated "loads of toys" to a local orphanage during a surprise visit.

Peter Jackson’s jet searches for missing Malaysian flight

Peter Jackson has lent his private jet to the search for missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370.
The 'The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug' director's $80 million G650 is being used to search for the airliner, which vanished en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing on March 8, off the coast of Australia.
A spokesperson for the filmmaker told the New Zealand Herald newspaper: "A lot of civilian and military aircraft are involved in the search and it's kind of disappointing that because one is owned by a celebrity it becomes a matter of news when there are [over] 200 people missing.''
He also denied that Peter, who is worth an estimated $400 million, decided to loan his jet for attention, saying: "Peter would not seek publicity for something like this and would actively avoid it in fact."
The 'Lord of the Rings' director purchased his jet in March 2013 for approximately $80 million and it registered to his production company Wingnut, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
His spokesperson also confirmed the jet is available for charter via the service Execujet and is currently on charter in Perth, Australia.
It was recently reported that Peter had sold two of his penthouses in New York City to Taylor Swift for $20 million.

Sandra Bullock’s ex-husband sued by divorce lawyers

Sandra Bullock's ex-husband is being sued by his former divorce lawyers.
Jesse James, whose split from the 'Gravity' actress was finalised in 2010 after he cheated on her with multiple women, reportedly owes the attorneys that represented him $100,000 in unpaid bills but they are seeking more than $500,000 in damages.
California law firm Yanny & Smith filed a lawsuit against the 44-year-old TV personality, claiming he agreed to pay them a "fixed monthly retainer" in March 2009, shortly after his affair with Michelle McGee was exposed.
The lawyers "provided legal services to" Jesse, who owns custom motorcycle business West Coast Choppers in Texas, until July 23, 2012, including "overseeing the resolution of dissolution of" his marriage to the Oscar-winning actress.
According to court documents, obtained by gossip website RadarOnline.com, they also successfully defended Jesse "through trial and post-trial motions in a suit concerning an alleged joint venture involving a proposed clothing line to be sold at Wal-Mart where 12 to 14 million dollars of compensatory damages were being demanded of James."
They also allegedly defended Jesse when he was sued by a paparazzo and provided "representation in other adversarial proceedings including allegations of sexual harassment, disputes regarding defendant's failure to pay monies due to other people, etc."
The lawyers claim that while "invoices were generated periodically and sent to defendant," they were never paid and are seeking $500,000 to cover the bills, interest and damages.

Emma Watson can’t commit to living in one place

Emma Watson finds it hard to commit to living in one place.
The 'Noah' actress has a home in London and also a property in America while she's studying at Brown University in Rhode Island and says she can't decide where to settle down while she continues to live a jet-setting lifestyle.
Speaking in the May edition of Australia's ELLE magazine, she said: "People are like, "Where are you living? What are you doing?" I don't know.
"I'm too young to decide right now if I want to live here or in New York or in LA or wherever else. And I really struggled for the answers the past three years. I should really know! I should really commit!"
The 23-year-old star, who is currently dating Oxford University student Matthew Janney, also insists she doesn't want a "famous" boyfriend but wishes she could protect her new love from the public eye and wants to feel "safe" at home.
She added: "I was like, 'I need to find a way to always feel safe and at home within myself.' Because I can never rely on a physical place."
Meanwhile, Emma feels as though she's grown up in the spotlight and admits it hasn't always been easy.
She said: "Everyone has seen me with my terrible haircuts and my awful teeth and all the terrible things I wore and said."

Kendra Wilkinson: ‘Miley Cyrus sets a good example’

Kendra Wilkinson believes Miley Cyrus sets a "good example" to young girls.
The former Playboy model - who will give birth to her and husband Hank Baskett's second child, a girl, next month - thinks the 'We Can't Stop' singer is a little "crazy" but insists the singer is just being herself and these are values she hopes to instill in her daughter.
Kendra told E! News: "She's a very good example. As much as we think she's crazy, I think she's a good example. Let's not be so trapped in a box. I'm going to teach my daughter that way - be who you want to be. Society's going to put these rules on you but if you have this feeling that you need to do whatever it is, do it."
Miley has openly spoken about her use of party drug ecstasy, and love of marijuana but Kendra - who also has a four-year-old son, Hank Jr., with her spouse - clarified she would never push her unborn daughter to experiment with anything illegal.
She added: "Now, I'm not saying drugs. I'm not saying that I'm pushing her or inviting her to a bad world. What I'm saying is we're all human. We're all going to go through those stages at one point of our lives. Is it going to be later or is it going to be earlier? Eventually, they will go through it."

Jennifer Lopez is ‘proud’ of Matthew McConaughey

Jennifer Lopez is "so proud" of Matthew McConaughey.
The 44-year-old beauty starred with the 'Dallas Buyers Club' actor in 'The Wedding Planner ' in 2001 and thinks he is very deserving of his recent spate of award wins.
She said:"It was great working with Matthew. So proud of what he's accomplished over the last few years and I have fond memories of him on set."
Despite her many career accomplishments, the 'American Idol' star - who has six-year-old twins Max and Emme with former husband Marc Anthony - is more proud of her 2012 'Dance Again' world tour than anything else.
In an extract from Para Todos magazine's April 2014 issue obtained by JustJared.com, she said: "There are so many wonderful things that I've experienced in my career, but I think going on my first world tour is something I am most proud of accomplishing. Performing live and connecting with the audience night after night was incredible. I felt like I grew as a person and as a performer."
The 'On the Floor' hitmaker has been working on her next album since the tour concluded last year and she is delighted with all the collaborators she has recorded with.
She said: "I started working on this album the second I got off tour. What makes it so unique are all the collaborations including French Montana, Robin Thicke, Wiz Khalifa, Maxwell, and of course Pitbull. This is a special album, because I'm going back to my early roots of growing up in the Bronx."

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin ‘on and off for years’

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin were "off and on for many years" before separating.
The former couple - who have children Apple, nine, and Moses, seven, together - announced last week they were splitting after 10 years of marriage, and insiders admit they weren't surprised by the announcement.
One source said: "They were physically separated and emotionally."
Another source added to People magazine: "They have been on and off for many years. The marriage was falling apart."
The 'Iron Man 3' star and her Coldplay rocker spouse had successfully managed to juggle their busy careers and family life but friends say it was impossible for them to keep maintaining a balance.
A source said: "They seemed to have a pretty mature handle on that crazy rotation of being superstars and parents. But that balance, given the time they had to spend apart, clearly couldn't sustain itself."
And another friend thinks Gwyneth and Chris' different personalities also played a part in the problems with their marriage.
The insider explained: "[Chris] is the kind of person who is always in a T-shirt. She's much more glam."
Despite their split, the pair have vowed to stay friends for the sake of their children and are currently enjoying a family vacation.

Prince Harry hosts boys’ night out in London

Britain's Prince Harry hosted a boys' night out at London's Arts Club.
The 29-year-old redhead threw a "private little get together" for his close friends at the exclusive venue on Tuesday evening (04.01.14), where guests dined on a hearty meal of chicken and chips, washed down with white wine.
A source told EntertainmentWise: "Last night was lovely, but it was just a private little get together at the Arts Club, it wasn't for charity or anything like that. Cressida [Bonas] wasn't there but a lot of his rugby friends were as well as a few others, it was just a quiet little night."
Harry was reportedly joined by his pal James Haskell, while presenter Lizzie Cundy and 'Made In Chelsea' star Mark Francis Vandelli were also hanging out at the same nightspot.
The handsome royal has been busy catching up with old friends in recent weeks since returning from his charity South Pole trek this winter.
He sent fitness enthusiasts into a frenzy last month when news emerged he had joined a London public gym called Third Space, which costs £139 a month to use.
Harry's security was forced to step in when the star was mobbed by fans trying to take pictures of him working up a sweat on the treadmill.

Radiohead plan ninth studio album

Radiohead are planning their ninth studio album.
The 'Karma Police' hitmakers have been focusing on solo projects but guitarist Jonny Greenwood has confirmed they are heading back into the studio to record new material.
In an interview with Nashville Cream, the 42-year-old musician said the band will "make a plan" and are getting together later this year.
He said: "Well we're meeting up at the end of the summer, and we'll make a plan. But, you know, we're a slow-moving animal, always have been. I guess we'll decide then what we do next."
Earlier this year, Jonny's brother Colin, the band's bassist, said Radiohead's plans for a new record were still "up in the air" as they were all busy working on side projects and frontman Thom Yorke had recently come back from touring with his supergroup Atoms For Peace.
The band - also formed of Ed O'Brien and Philip Selway - intend to embark on a tour as soon as their new record, the follow-up to their 2011 record 'The King Of Limbs', is released.
Meanwhile, Jonny will continue to play concerts with the London Contemporary Orchestra and admits its "a bit exclusive".
He said: "You're sort of insisting that people have to be there. There's a snobbery to that, which is a shame, but yeah, it's funny."

Red Hot Chili’s Flea to release autobiography

Red Hot Chili Peppers' bassist Flea is set to release his autobiography.
The 51-year-old musician has signed a deal with Grand Central Publishing and the book will focus on his early life, battle with drug addiction, life on the road with the band mates and his career in film.
According to Time.com, the autobiography will also see Flea "share stories from his intense and dynamic life, including: his move from a 'normal' upbringing in the suburbs of New York to Los Angeles to live a bohemian life with a jazz musician step-father," along with "his young, rebellious life on the streets of LA."
Flea will be the second member of the band to pen his own tome, following in the footsteps of frontman Anthony Kiedis, whose 2004 memoir Scar Tissue reached number one on the New York Times' Bestseller List.
The as-yet-untitled autobiography, which has not yet been given a release date, also promises to feature "details about his sometimes complex friendship and collaboration with Kiedis, his myriad experiences with hard drugs, and, of course, the tumultuous creative journey of the legendary Red Hot Chili Peppers through its various incarnations over the last 30 years."

Tom Riley for Doctor Who role

Tom Riley will guest star in the new series of 'Doctor Who'
The 'Da Vinci's Demons' actor will star in an upcoming episode of the sci-fi series alongside Peter Capaldi - who is yet to make his debut as the Time Lord - and Jenna Coleman, in one of two episodes which have been penned by actor and screenwriter Mark Gatiss, and filming will reportedly begin soon.
Expressing his excitement over the project, Tom wrote on Twitter: "Well that's out then. I've been a massive fan since I was even smaller than Jenna. Very excited. @Markgatiss's script is awesome. #DoctorWho (sic)."
The 32-year-old star's comment came after the official 'Doctor Who' Twitter account confirmed rumours that he'd be joining the cast on a short-term basis.
The post read: "Tom Riley will appear in the new series of Doctor Who, starring in an episode written by Mark Gatiss".
Meanwhile, Gatiss - who has created six episodes of the BBC One series in the past - has confirmed that he's written the scripts for two more episodes but confessed he's unsure as to whether both will feature in the new series, which is expected to air later this year.
He wrote on Twitter: "To clarify. I've been commissioned to write two episodes of 'Doctor Who'. That doesn't mean they'll both necessarily be in this season."
'Sherlock' writers Steven Moffat and Steve Thompson are also among the list of names confirmed to be writing for the new series.
