Beyoncé believes women should "own" their sexuality.
The 32-year-old singer is noticeably more risqué and sexually suggestive on her latest album, 'BEYONCE', and she wants to challenge "double standards" that allow men to freely express their sexuality, but scold women for doing the same.
She explained: "I'd like to believe that my music opened up that conversation. There is unbelievable power in ownership, and women should own their sexuality.
"There is a double standard when it comes to sexuality that still persists. Men are free and women are not. That is crazy. The old lessons of submissiveness and fragility made us victims. Women are so much more than that. You can be a businesswoman, a mother, an artist, and a feminist - whatever you want to be - and still be a sexual being. It's not mutually exclusive."
The 'Drunk in Love' hitmaker - who is married to Jay Z and shares two-year-old daughter Blue Ivy with the rapper - says she had a "feminist mentality" while recording the album, but is glad her songs have resonated with other minorities, such as her gay and lesbian fan base.
She enthused to Out magazine: "I'm very happy if my words can ever inspire or empower someone who considers themselves an oppressed minority. We are all the same and we all want the same things - the right to be happy, to be just who we want to be and to love who we want to love."
Britain's Queen Elizabeth has had her annual parliamentary speech delayed by 24 hours.
The monarch's address to set out the Government's programme for the new parliamentary session will take place on Wednesday June 4, a day later than planned due to a planned G7 summit in Brussels, Belgium.
Leader of the Commons Andrew Lansley said in a statement: "The date will better facilitate arrangements for the ceremony and other events that week including the now planned G7 summit in Brussels, Belgium."
The speech was believed to have already been delayed once, having originally been pencilled in for May.
The day after making her address, the queen and her husband Prince Philip will travel to France to mark the 70th anniversary of the D-Day landings.
The G7 summit was called last month following the abandonment of a planned G8 summit in Russia.
Leaders from the US, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Canada and Japan will meet without Russia for the first time since they joined the group in 1998 in protest over the annexation of Crimea, saying the country's actions were
not consistent with the "shared beliefs and shared responsibilities" of the G8.
A joint statement added: "We remain ready to intensify actions including co-ordinated sectoral sanctions that will have an increasingly significant impact on the Russian economy, if Russia continues to escalate this situation."
Damon Albarn has discussed making an album with Noel Gallagher.
The Blur frontman, who will release his debut solo album this month, has revealed that making a record with the Oasis guitarist is a "distinct possibility" in the future and they have talked about it "at least once."
Speaking to NME magazine, Damon said: "I still see Noel from time to time. We text a bit."
When asked if the pair would be making a record together, he replied: "I can imagine that being a very distinct possibility at some point in the future. But, as yet we haven't really talked about it, although ... okay we have a little bit. We're talking. It's not anything to get excited about yet. I mean, he's doing his thing. He's finishing a new record.
"I've got my record coming out, but the principle of us making music together is something ... you know, it would be fair to say, we have discussed it at least once."
Last year, the pair put two decades of Britpop tension behind them to perform together at London's Royal Albert Hall for a Teenage Cancer Trust gig.
Damon will release his solo album 'Everyday Robots' on April 28.
Beyonce admits she was "sick" when she record 'XO' but decided to keep the vocals.
The 'Drunk In Love' singer wasn't feeling well when she stepped into the studio to record the song for her surprise self-titled fifth album in December but decided against re-recording the track.
She told Out Magazine: "When I recorded 'XO' I was sick with a bad sinus infection. I recorded it in a few minutes just as a demo and decided to keep the vocals.
"I lived with most of the songs for a year and never rerecorded the demo vocals. I really loved the imperfections, so I kept the original demos."
The 32-year-old star claims there were days she spent solely getting the "perfect mix of sounds for the snare alone" and wanted to make sure the music was the best it could be.
She added: "Discipline, patience, control, truth, risk, and effortlessness were all things I thought about while I was putting this album together."
Beyonce also insists she is "definitely conscious" of all the different types of people who listen to her music and she set out to make the "most personal, honest, and best album I could make."
She added: "I needed to free myself from the pressures and expectations of what I thought I should say or be, and just speak from the heart."
Wyatt Russell initially wanted to become a director following a sports injury which made him re-think his career.
The 37-year-old hunk - who is set to star in the forthcoming sequel to '22 Jump Street' - suffered a neck injury when he was younger and began contemplating what other career route he could go down if hockey was no longer an option.
He told collider.com: "I got hurt when I was 19. They thought I broke my neck. I couldn't move my hands or feet, and I had a very bad experience. They had to cut off my gear and it was just a bad time. I remember rolling through the hospital and looking up at the ceiling and just thinking, 'Okay, so I'm not gonna play hockey anymore. I'm not going to be able to do this anymore. What am I going to do? Maybe I'll direct? I'll do something like write?' "
Later, Russell - who is the son of Hollywood A-Listers Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn - severed a nerve in his neck and decided to pursue acting since directing would be an extremely difficult option.
He explained: "I didn't know. Then later, I had almost a severed nerve in my neck, I had a severely pinched nerve in my neck ... The feeling came back and everything came back, but after that, I realised that I'm not going to be able to play hockey forever, and I'm not going to be doing this, maybe if I'm lucky, till I'm 35, and after that I gotta do something.
"So I started watching a lot of movies. I wanted to direct, but then I realised that directing ... getting a movie off the ground is like impossible, so I'll try something else. That was the moment for me that flipped the switch."
Kevin Costner put his house "at risk" to make movies.
The 'Draft Day' actor claims there has been times where he risked his financial security in order to take on the kinds of roles he wanted to play throughout his career, because it has always been important to him to follow his "instincts" and strive to succeed in life.
The 59-year-old hunk told collider.com: "I've never been afraid of things not working. I think it's an underrated experience in life.
"It's the convention of knowing what you want to do. I have instinctively thought I could do things in my life, and I followed that up by sometimes putting everything I have at risk - my money, my house - to make a movie."
Kevin claims he used instinct to pursue his latest project, 'Black and White' - which documents the issue of discussing racism in America - and thinks it's testament to his determination because studios were initially unwilling to take on the drama.
He added: "I just did it again with 'Black and White' ... [the film is] a rock that I have to push uphill just to make it. Nobody really wanted to make it. It's my hope that you'll all see it. It's my hope that it becomes as important as 'Field of Dreams' or 'Dances with Wolves'."
'Line of Duty' has been commissioned for two new series.
BBC Two has ordered a third and fourth series of the police corruption drama following the success of the second series, which gripped viewers with its dramatic conclusion last month.
The series starred Keeley Hawes, who earned rave reviews for her portrayal of DI Lindsay Denton, Martin Compston and Vicky McClure.
Show creator and writer Jed Mercurio said: "We're profoundly grateful to the fans who not only watched 'Line of Duty' but also made it such a talking point, and to BBC Two for this rare and immensely flattering opportunity. For series three and four, I can promise two explosive new cases for AC-12, new guest stars as police officers investigated for corruption, further twists and turns from the loose ends of series two, and maybe even some surprise reappearances."
BBC's controller of drama commissioning, Ben Stephenson, added: "'Line of Duty' shows what the reinvestment of money in drama on BBC Two has achieved - unique, powerful and gripping drama that gets the nation talking. Bringing it back for two more years is the easiest decision I have made. The only thing to expect from the show is the unexpected so I'm excited to see where next twists and turns take the series."
Both series three and four will consist of six episodes and hope to match the ratings success of the second series, which ended with 4.1 million viewers on BBC Two last month.
Ben Miller is going to guest star in the new 'Doctor Who' series.
The actor, best known as one half of comedy duo Armstrong and Miller and for starring in ITV drama 'Primeval', will appear opposite Peter Capaldi when he kicks off his first series as the new incarnation of the Time Lord this autumn.
Ben enthused: "As a committed Whovian I cannot believe my luck in joining the Twelfth Doctor for one of his inaugural adventures. My only worry is that they'll make me leave the set when I'm not filming."
The 48-year-old star has been cast as the baddie in an episode written by Mark Gatiss and rose to the occasion by putting on a terrifyingly villainous performance.
Steven Moffat, the BBC One show's head writer and executive producer, commented: "Mark Gatiss has written us a storming villain for his new episode, and with Capaldi in the TARDIS, we knew we needed somebody special to send everybody behind the sofa.
"And quite frankly, it's about time Ben Miller was in 'Doctor Who'!"
The actor's comedy partner Alexander Armstrong has previously joined the last of the Time Lords on his intergalactic adventures during the 2011 Christmas special.
Ben was last seen as DI Richard Poole in the first two series of the BBC's 'Death In Paradise'.
Christian Clarke will return to 'EastEnders' for Lucy Beale's funeral.
Actor John Partridge has reprised his role as Jane Beale's brother for the emotional scenes, marking his return to Walford after nearly a year and a half.
Christian - who initially left Albert Square in November 2012 with partner Syed Masood - will be back on screens in May to offer support to Ian Beale's ex-wife Jane, played by Laurie Brett, who was Lucy's stepmother and developed a close bond with all of Ian's children.
New pictures show Christian attending Lucy's funeral with the young businesswoman's distraught father Ian (Adam Woodyatt), twin brother Peter (Ben Hardy), and half-siblings Bobby and Cindy.
Lucy, played by Hetti Bywater, will be killed off on Good Friday (18.04.14) and her lifeless body is set to be discovered on Walford Common.
The shock death will begin a 'whodunit?' storyline that will see many Walford residents suspected of Lucy's murder, but viewers will have to wait until next February for the culmination of the plot as it will tie in with the soap's 30th anniversary.
Meanwhile, actress Hetti has admitted it's "scary and overwhelming" to be involved in such an important storyline.
She told Digital Spy: "It's a bit scary and overwhelming, and the fact that it's going to go on for so long. I am ecstatic that I got given this opportunity, because it's amazing and challenging and great to be part of such a big storyline."

50 Cent has lost a lawsuit against a headphones company who have sued him for $16.1 million.
The 'Candy Shop' rapper, real name Curtis Jackson, has been ordered by a judge to pay the sum to Sleek headphones after a planned deal to market his own range with the company fell through.
According to RadarOnline.com, the star invested more than $1 million to start his line, before deciding the create another set of headphones with a different company.
Court documents reportedly show Sleek were "stunned" when they found the 'Sync by 50' headphones were "basically the same design, mechanically" as the pair they had developed.
Sleek also claimed the rapper and his assistants stole confidential information from a website they developed to promote the headphones before they were produced.
The site featured 3,639 potential customers' email addresses and other data, which "disappeared" after 50's team was given the password.
The court heard it was "very valuable information", but when Sleek emailed the rapper's team to discuss the issue, his business manager Nicole Martin wrote, "[Sleek] is onto us, LOL. They emailed and called ... about the data. (sic)"
Another member of 50's team also sent an email to a colleague, saying: "Tell him something like, sorry, you just have to finish editing a video for 50 or something, we'll get to it, LOL (sic)"
Court documents show Sleek sued the rapper for breaching his fiduciary duty, participating in a civil conspiracy, misappropriating trade secrets, breaching his confidentiality agreement and being unjustly enriched.
The rapper instead claimed Sleek "fraudulently induced" him into entering into an investment and breaching their fiduciary duties to him.
Nicole Appleton was granted a divorce from Liam Gallagher within 68 seconds of the judge assessing the case.
The All Saints singer has endured a turbulent several months after it was revealed last July that her husband had fathered a child with American journalist Liza Ghorbani during an affair, but there was a swift conclusion to their legal separation which was heard at the Principal Registry of the High Court in London by Judge Anne Aitken on Tuesday (08.04.14).
The case - titled Appleton N M v Gallagher L J P - was the second of 13 undefended cases analysed by the judge and according to court papers Nicole said Liam "admitted adultery to me prior to it becoming publicised in national newspapers" and following his confession it became "intolerable" for her to live with him.
Liam, 41, confessed to cheating in the legal papers that were filed, answering "yes" when he was quizzed on the topic and he agreed to pay Nicole, 39, "reasonable costs" bringing an end to their six-year marriage and 14-year relationship.
The former Oasis singer - who has 12-year-old son Gene with the blonde beauty - was also revealed to be having an affair with his current band Beady Eye's ex-manager Debbie Gwyther, whom he is now living with.
The 'Wonderwall' singer also has two other children, 16-year-old daughter Molly, who he fathered during a brief fling with singer/songwriter Lisa Moorish, and 14-year-old Lennon, his son with first wife Patsy Kensit.
