Laura Prepon thinks Tom Cruise is "hot".
The 'Orange is the New Black' actress insists rumours she is dating the 'Mission: Impossible' star are untrue, but she is "flattered" by the speculation, even though she finds it funny.
She told website The Daily Beast: "I'm flattered because I think he's hot, so I'm like, 'Oh, that's nice,' and apparently he's very gentlemanly with me.
"Apparently we get along great and he knows that I have a favourite bottle of wine that I didn't even know I had."
The 34-year-old star finds some of the claims about her personal life "unbelievable" and she is baffled by the level of fictitious detail given about her supposed relationship with the 51-year-old actor.
Speaking to Sheknows.com, she said: "Apparently I'm dating Tom Cruise right now. And apparently he doesn't want me doing the show because I portray a lesbian and I'm a Scientologist. This is false. Where are they even getting this stuff? It's unbelievable to me."
It had previously been claimed Tom and Laura first went on a date at the Manor Hotel in Los Angeles last November and the actor - who was previously married to Mimi Rogers, Nicole Kidman and Katie Holmes - was instantly smitten.
A source previously said: "They spent three hours laughing and joking. It's clear Tom is smitten and after the date he was on cloud nine.
"They had their second date at the restaurant too, meeting for Sunday Brunch and she then accompanied him a few days later to a dinner party at John [Travolta] and Kelly's [Preston] home."
Laura previously dated 'Malcolm in the Middle' actor Chris Masterson before their reported split in 2012.

Quentin Tarantino's lawsuit against Gawker has been dismissed.
The award-winning director was furious when the website posted a link to a leaked copy of his 'Hateful Eight' script, forcing him to scrap plans for the Western, but the site maintains there is no case and says directing people to an online version of the script was fair use as it hadn't "reproduced" the material.
A federal judge in California has granted the website's motion to dismiss the director's copyright infringement lawsuit since Tarantino failed to display particular details regarding the infringement facilitated by Gawker's actions.
However, the filmmaker can re-file the case if he makes key changes.
In an order obtained by Deadline.com - titled 'Quentin Tarantino -v- Gawker Media' - Judge John Walter said: "The Court grants Defendant's Motion on the grounds that Plaintiff has failed to adequately plead facts establishing direct infringement by a third party or facts that would demonstrate Defendant either caused, induced, or materially contributed to the alleged direct infringement of those third party infringers.
"Plaintiff merely speculates that some direct infringement must have taken place.
"For example, Plaintiff's Complaint fails to allege the identity of a single third-party infringer, the date, the time, or the details of a single instance of third-party infringement, or, more importantly, how Defendant allegedly caused, induced, or materially contributed to the infringement by those third parties."
Tarantino claims he only gave the script for 'The Hateful Eight' to six people and believes one of them must have let their agent see it, who subsequently sent it on.

Catherine Hardwicke will direct 'Miss You Already'.
The 58-year-old filmmaker will helm the picture which has Rachel Weisz and Toni Collette attached to star while Morwenna Banks penned the script based on personal experience.
It follows the story of two friends whose relationship goes through a tough time when one falls pregnant and the other falls sick.
Hardwicke said: "When I met Morwenna Banks and read her script, I really felt her passion for this story -- this is something she lived through. She managed to take real life and turn it into a powerful, laugh-and-cry-out-loud screenplay."
When the project was originally announced in 2012 it was based in London however this has since changed.
Samantha Horley, Managing Director of The Salt Company - who are co-producing - told Deadline.com: "We have a fresh new draft of the script for Cannes which has been worked on by Catherine and Morwenna. It's no longer just London set, for example, but London, Yorkshire Moors and beautiful Britain. What we feel Catherine has brought to it is a sweeping international appeal."
Meanwhile, Christopher Simon and Felix Vossen are producing the film which begins shooting in September.
Hardwicke previously directed and co-wrote the 2003's drama award-winning 'Thirteen' which starred Holly Hunter and Evan Rachel Wood and earned Hunter an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress in a Supporting Role.
More recently, she directed 2008's 'Twilight' which featured Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson in lead roles before working on 2011's 'Red Riding Hood' and last year's 'Reckless' and 'Plush'.

Little Mix worry their US fans won't understand their accents.
The 'Wings' group are set to perform their first North American headline tour in September and October and admit their strong regional accents have already left interviewers Stateside baffled.
Jade Thirlwall - who was born in South Shields, North East England - told the Daily Star newspaper: "I hope they can understand me. I've had to slow down my talking a bit and sound a bit more proper - even my name they don't understand.
"At radio stations they call me Jeed because they can't get Jade."
The group's 'Salute' stage spectacle kicks off in Florida on September 10 and the announcement puts paid to speculation Little Mix will support One Direction - which features Perry Edwards' fiance Zayn Malik - on their tour.
However, Jade insists fans shouldn't rule out the two acts sharing a stage in the future.
She added: "Who knows in the future, never say never."
When the 16-date tour was announced earlier this week, Jade - who is joined in the group by Perrie, Jesy Nelson and Leigh-Anne Pinnock - hailed the news as a "dream come true".
She tweeted: "So glad the #SaluteTourUSA is out there,couldn't hold it in any longer! #dreamcometrue thanks to our mixers for makin it possible! Xxjadexx.(sic)"

Iggy Azalea was forced to quite crowd surfing after allegedly being sexually assaulted by fans.
The 'Fancy' hitmaker claims she used to be attacked when she jumped off stage and would often see followers on Twitter post about plans to assault her at gigs.
She told New York radio station Hot 97: "I had to stop. I will get lurk tweets for like a week before my show, like, 'I'm about to go to the Iggy Azalea show and I'm going to f***er her', and I'll see it and be like, 'Please don't! That's a violation. I don't actually like that stuff'. They think I'm really sl***y like, 'She's got a song called Pu$$y, I know what she wants."
The 'Change Your Life' rapper insists usually female fans who try to assault her more than men because they think it's acceptable.
She explained: "Girls will try to do it more than guys 'cause they think it's cool, like, 'We've both got vaginas, it's fine'. Doesn't make it OK.
"Buying my album for $12 doesn't mean you get to f***er me when I come to your city."
The 23-year-old star now has barriers at her shows to keep opportunists away and has taken to wearing more clothes to protect herself.
She said: "I wear, no lie, two pairs on underpants and then a pair of skin-coloured tights and then my pants as like a protection barrier, because there's just no way I'm going to be intruded."

Britain's Prince William and Duchess Catherine unleashed their inner-DJs in Australia today (23.04.14).
The royal couple, fresh from a night of camping in the outback, visited the suburb of Elizabeth - which is named after William's grandmother, Queen Elizabeth - in Adelaide, where they met with young, aspiring musicians.
William, 31, and Catherine, 32, were treated to rap and hip-hop performances by members of Northern Sound System, a charitable effort which tries to engage young people through music.
The British visitors were even encouraged to have a go at controlling the music as Catherine stepped into the DJ booth and spun the decks.
William also got a chance to live on the wild side as he was given the opportunity to spray paint on a wall, before being wowed by a group of young cycling enthusiasts who performed tricks on their bikes.
The royals were again inundated with a slew of gifts for their young nine-month-old son, Prince George, with one youngster gifting them a custom-made skateboard for the tot.
Luke Haldenby told Australia's ABC News: "We gave them a skateboard that had 'George' on the bottom and it was green and it had Australian flags on both sides and kangaroos. He loved it and Kate thought that the design was nice."

EastEnders' Natalie Cassidy will get a lesbian storyline again - despite previously quitting the soap over a similar plot.
The actress' character Sonia Fowler has been getting close to openly lesbian pal Tina Carter (Luisa Bradshaw-White) in recent weeks and viewers will see the pair share a kiss next month after Tina comforts Sonia over her mum Carol's cancer.
However, Natalie, 30, previously left 'EastEnders' in 2006, partly blaming her lesbian storyline with nurse Naomi Julien, played by Petra Letang for her exit.
The actress previously said: "One of the reasons I left was the storyline. I felt it wasn't right for Sonia. Sometimes people are so keen to get a shocking story the character gets forgotten."
However, BBC bosses have assured Natalie her new lesbian storyline won't be salacious for the sake of it, and indeed, viewers have seen a genuine friendship grow between Sonia and Tina in recent weeks.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "At first Tina's shocked, but she's soon snogging her back. Natalie's been reassured the story will be in keeping with her character and so far, she's happy."
Natalie returned to 'EastEnders' earlier this year for the ongoing cancer storyline featuring Lindsey Coulson's Carol.
Sonia recently discovered she also has the deadly BRCA2 cancer gene her mother has.

Mary-Kate Olsen wants a more private home.
The actress-turned-designer was reportedly unhappy with the East 10th Street townhouse she and her fiancé Olivier Sarkozy bought in New York City in 2012 because it didn't feel secure enough and so has sold the property despite never moving in.
The couple, who got engaged in February following a two-year courtship, sold the property last year after snapping it up for $6.25 million, and are still searching for the perfect family home.
A source told the New York Post's Page Six: "Mary-Kate was not happy with the house, it was not private enough for her. She needs a garage or something with a more secure entrance."
Mary-Kate and Olivier, the half-brother of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy, are apparently happy to search for their dream pad in a less trendy location if it means more privacy, and are "even looking in Turtle Bay".
The publication also recently reported the couple, who have a 17-year age gap, were checking out a house uptown on 94th Street.
Money should be no object for the pair since Mary-Kate's engagement ring is allegedly worth a massive $81,250.
Olivier bought the vintage Cartier ring at a Sotheby's auction on February 6. The stunning rock boasts a four-carat European-cut diamond surrounded by 16 calibré-cut sapphires and 1.5 carats of diamonds.

Cameron Diaz hasn't used deodorant for almost 20 years.
'The Other Woman' actress claims people would smell better if they stopped using antiperspirant because it keeps the scent in.
She told E! News: "I don't believe in antiperspirant. It's really bad for you. I haven't used it for almost 20 years.
"You're stinky, because you use antiperspirant. It keeps all the stink in."
And the 40-year-old star thinks men should also refrain from using it as long as they are well groomed.
She added: "Let it go and just trim your armpit hair so it doesn't hold onto the scent."
Meanwhile, the blonde beauty recently gave her views on pubic hair, after advising women to keep their vaginas "fully dressed."
In her book, 'The Body Book', she wrote: "I hear that there's a big fad these days of young women undergoing laser hair removal on all of their lady bits.
"I know you may think you'll be wearing the same style of shoes forever and the same style of jeans forever, but you won't. The idea that vaginas are preferable in a hairless state is a pretty recent phenomenon, and all fads change, people."
She later explained: "I would like to clear up what I said. I don't care what women do with it, but we should be informed about how their bodies work. It [pubic hair] is there for a reason and to laser it off is to lose it forever!"

Kristen Stewart received a wolf for her birthday.
The former 'Twilight' actress was reportedly "delighted" to receive the dangerous canine from her mother Jules when she turned 24 on April 9, and "sees nothing wrong" with keeping them as pets even though they are native to the wilderness.
A source told the Daily Star: "Kristen and her mum adore wolves and see nothing wrong with keeping them as domesticated pets.
Jules secured the rescue wolf last month, then brought him along to Kristen's Malibu beach house as a surprise on her birthday.
She was delighted, and was soon even sharing cakes with him."
The unusual pet is likely to remind fans of Kristen's friendship with werewolf Jacob played by Taylor Lautner throughout the popular 'Twilight' series.
However not everybody is a fan of the new addition to Kristen's household - which also includes a dog named Bailey she bought with ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson two years ago - as it's claimed her neighbours are furious at the prospect of keeping a wild animal in the area.
A source added: "Jules has always had run-ins with her neighbours over the issue in the past, but Kristen has always longed for one of her own."

Selena Gomez has dumped Justin Bieber over his friendship with Kylie Jenner.
The 'Come and Get It' hitmaker - who was seen cuddling up to her on/off boyfriend at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts festival earlier this month - is said to have been infuriated by the 'Boyfriend' hitmaker's closeness to the reality TV star, despite them hanging out as a group, along with Kylie's sister Kendall, at the Californian event.
A source said: "Selena is convinced something has gone on between Justin and Kylie.
"At Coachella they looked to be back on track. Selena was hanging out with Kylie too and they were behaving like best friends.
"Then she heard stuff about Justin and Kylie and felt totally betrayed. She went berserk and called it all off again."
The 21-year-old star is said to be "overcome" with jealousy and has unfollowed the Jenner sisters on Instagram and deleted all her pictures with the pair.
However, friends think she is channeling her emotions in the wrong place and want her to focus on cutting Justin out of her life.
The source added to The Sun newspaper: "Selena is in a really bad place at the moment -- she's on the edge and now overcome with jealousy.
"She really needs to wash her hands of Justin for good."
It was recently claimed that friends are worried about Selena - whose underwent a brief stint in rehab in January as they think she behaves "like a different person" when she is with the 'Beauty and a Beat' star and they don't think she should have resumed their three-year on/off romance again.
A source said: "Selena is now acting a little brainwashed and not challenging a thing Justin says. There was a time not long ago where they were fighting and arguing about their relationship, but now she's like a robot and completely in his thrall.
"Whatever he did to keep her from moving on from the relationship worked a little bit too well, because it's like she's a completely different person."

Beyonce is featured on a new song called 'Dreams'.
The 'Drunk in Love' hitmaker has lent her vocals to a new track from producer-and-singer Boots, who worked on much of her recently released self-titled fifth studio album.
The soothing song features back-up vocals from the 32-year-old singer, as well as a verse in which Beyonce sings, "Baby, we've got a lot of love to give, so standby."
Little-known Boots - real name Jordy Asher - has gushed about his collaboration with Beyonce, calling it the "greatest cosign in the world".
He explained to Vogue: "I love that the song has me and what I'm doing in my realm and her and what she's doing in hers, and it's so completely opposite but they work incredibly together.
"It's just a really cool testament to our friendship and relationship to do something like this, and as natural as it was for it to exist in the way that it's going to exist. I feel like I've been given my wings to fly. It's the greatest kind of cosign you could get, from someone who truly, truly believes in you. As gifted and as brilliant as she is, and she is, to be able to believe in me in that regard is a really special thing."
Boots was signed by Beyonce's husband's record label, Roc Nation, in June 2013 and has previously claimed he produced 85 per cent of her smash hit album 'BEYONCE', which was released in December.
