Selena Gomez was spotted joking with a group of friends as she stepped out in Calabasas, California. The singer kept her look casual, teaming a cropped denim jacket with high waisted jeans.
Prince William and Duchess Catherine are feeling "relaxed" about unauthorised photographs of them being published.
Some Australian media outlets are thought to have upset royal aides by taking unauthorised pictures and filming footage of the couple enjoying a 'rest day' from their current Australian tour at Government House in Canberra, but the royals aren't concerned, reports The Guardian newspaper.
The pictures show the duchess dressed down in jeans and a shirt, carrying her nine-month-old son Prince George and pushing him in a pram.
The snaps were taken on private property and cannot be published in the British press.
According to The Australian, Kensington Palace requested for Australian news channels to stop showing footage of the family on their rest day, but were ignored.
One aide told the Daily Express newspaper: "We were just anxious that it didn't turn into a circus. We would rather the pictures weren't taken but it was no more than a gentle request."
Meanwhile, a palace spokesperson said: "All we said was that it would be quite nice if they were given a bit of space on their day off."
Britain's Prince William was gifted a hunting spear during his trip to Australia today (22.04.14).
The 31-year-old royal, who is the midst of a whirlwind royal tour Down Under with his wife Duchess Catherine, was presented with the traditional hunting tool while visiting the National Indigenous Training Centre in Yulara, close to Uluru - the sacred tourist destination.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald newspaper, William was "impressed" with the barbed mulga wood spear - which is bound in kangaroo tendons - and asked about its origins.
William and Catherine, 32, presented certificates to graduates of the training centre and were adorned with a slew of gifts including the hunting spear.
39-year-old Emma Haskins and her four-year-old daughter Amelia travelled five hours to meet the royals and couldn't help but gush over their nine-month-old son, Prince George, who didn't accompany them on the trip to Uluru.
Emma said: "It's been planned since March - as soon as we found out she was coming we did it.
"It was so exciting - I was lost for words."
According to Emma, Catherine said she missed George and told her daughter she looked "beautiful".
Princess Diana's last ever letter could fetch £3,000 at auction.
The note, which was written just two weeks before the Princess of Wales' untimely death in a car crash in Paris in August 1997, could command a tidy sum when it is sold by Birmingham auction house Fellows later this month.
Diana wrote the moving letter - dated August 11, 1997 - to fellow philanthropist Dilys Cheetham, who had written to her detailing her charitable work aiding landmine victims.
The cause was close to Diana's heart and in the letter, which was penned just weeks after she had returned from a trip to Bosnia to do similar work, the princess expressed that the visit had "strengthened her resolve".
The letter is written on an official Kensington Palace letterhead and is signed, 'With love from Diana'.
According to the Daily Express newspaper, Dilys sold the letter at auction in 1999 and it was bought by celebrity photographer, Jason Fraser.
Jason then sold it in 2007 during the tenth anniversary of Diana's death to a private collector.
Auctioneer Mark Huddleston said: "The letter is moving not only because of its heartfelt message but also because it would have been the last ever written by Diana.
"It is an incredibly important historical document. Princess Di was very much loved not just in Britain but around the world, and even 17 years after her death she is still very much in people's consciences."
Former 'EastEnders' star Kara Tointon and her sister Hannah have joined the cast of in 'Mr Selfridge'.
The siblings, who have never acted together before, will play the entrepreneur's daughters in the period drama and are set to bring glamour to the ITV show.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Kara and Hannah are great additions and everyone is delighted they have been cast as Rosalie and Violette.
"They are both gorgeous girls and Hannah's character, Violette, has a very rebellious streak so it won't be long before she starts shaking things up."
Kara, 30, is famous for playing Dawn Swan in 'EastEnders', while younger sister Hannah, 26, was Katy Fox in 'Hollyoaks' and Tara Brown in 'The Inbetweeners'.
'Coronation Street' star Sacha Parkinson, who played Sian Powers in the ITV soap, will also join the cast as shop assistant Kitty Hawkins' sister, while actress Zoe Wanamaker takes on the role of Russian princess Marie de Bolotoff.
The third series of the ITV programme starts filming in London this week and focuses on the Selfridge family in the aftermath of the First World War.
The show's executive producer, Kate Lewis, also spilled the beans on scenes with Harry Selfridge, whose life is about to change.
She explained: "We have some surprises in store for the audience in the third series.
"You only have to walk down Oxford Street today to know that Selfridge's department store continued to be successful.
"But for its founder, Harry Selfridge, things were very different. His story was a roller-coaster ride that ended rather tragically."
She added: "We pick up series three in 1919 - the point at which his life really begins to unravel."
EastEnders' Max Branning is left reeling when he is accused of Lucy Beale's murder.
The philandering character, who enjoyed a brief romance with his daughter's best friend before her death, will be suspected of being behind the killing when his business partner David Wicks (Michael French) notices he has been acting "suspiciously".
Actor Jake Wood explained: "Max is acting suspiciously in David's eyes, so he confronts him with the possibility that Max is the murderer.
"Max is obviously shocked and put out at that, so he goes on to reveal that the reason for his behaviour was that he was seeing Lucy. Max makes David promise not to say anything, but David says that he is going to go and tell Ian [Beale, Lucy's dad] because Ian deserves to know. Max then gets fearful for his situation."
Max also worries his secret romance with Lucy could cause his alcoholic daughter Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa) to relapse.
Jake added to Digital Spy: "There is no reason to think that [the murder] wouldn't be a big enough shock for Lauren and send her back drinking again. So obviously that is a concern for Max, but he doesn't want to complicate things for Lauren by giving her the other news that he was seeing her best friend before she died. Obviously he is just concerned for her and trying to support her through it."
Ricky Wilson hasn't been approached about doing 'The Voice' again.
The Kaiser Chiefs frontman admits he has yet to receive a phone call from BBC bosses about reprising his judging role on the singing competition since his fellow mentor Kylie Minogue confirmed she won't be returning for another series.
He told The Sun newspaper: "I haven't been asked yet, for a start. People keep telling me rumours of who might join the panel and I'm not sure there'd be a space for me. It would definitely depend on the coaches."
Should Ricky return to the show, he would find it tough without the support of Kylie - who has quit to concentrate on her music career - and long-standing judges Sir Tom Jones and will.i.am.
He said: "It would be weird doing it without Kylie. She helped get me over the edge. Kylie, Tom Jones and will.i.am were a huge part of the experience. If I do it again I will definitely miss her. I'm due to have lunch with 'The Voice' bosses at some point."
The 'I Predict a Riot' hitmaker is returning to the stage with the Kaiser Chiefs in February 2015 and says he understands why Kylie felt the need to prioritise her tour.
Ricky said: "Touring for us is different - my preparation is a couple of beers, then I run on. There are less costume changes at a Kaiser Chiefs gig than a Kylie one. And a hell of a lot less feather boas!"
Susanna Reid feels like she's known Ben Shephard her whole life.
The 43-year-old TV presenter will work alongside the former 'GMTV' host when they front ITV's new breakfast show, 'Good Morning Britain', from next week, and Susanna says they've hit it off already.
She explained: "I didn't know Ben but I didn't feel nervous meeting him because he's such a familiar face having presented 'GMTV' and been such a regular on television. It felt like I'd known him all my life."
The former 'BBC Breakfast' star has even taken it upon herself to get to know Ben, as well as her fellow 'Good Morning Britain' anchors Sean Fletcher and Charlotte Hawkins, by arranging casual lunches in order to create a bond among them.
She told Radio Times magazine: "I like to socialise with the people I work with and really get to know them.
"The last couple of weeks have been about having lunch with Ben Shephard and Charlotte Hawkins. I'm going out with Charlie on Thursday. I definitely like to be friends with the people I work with.
"First and foremost, you need to trust each other. When the proverbial hits the fan, you need to know the other person has your back and the other person needs to know the same about you."
Peaches Geldof was remembered with "words, music, and poetry" at her funeral yesterday (21.04.14).
Over 150 mourners - including Kate Moss and Jamie Hince, Alexa Chung, Jaime Winstone, the Duchess of York, and Nick Grimshaw - crammed into St Mary Magdalene and St Lawrence Church in Davington, Kent to pay their respects to the late star, following her tragic death earlier this month.
Parish priest Rev Tracey Bateson -- who led the service -- said: "It was in tribute to the person.
"Everyone conveyed that in their own ways through words, music and poetry."
Peaches' father Bob Geldof was among the speakers at the service, and was determined it should be an "upbeat" celebration of his daughter's life.
A source said: "The service was upbeat. It was highlighting the good moments. Bob made it clear it was to be a positive day about celebrating the best of her life."
Peaches body was carried into the church in a sky-blue coffin, which was adorned with a picture of her, husband Thomas Cohen, their sons Astala, 23 months, and Phaedra, 11 months, and their pets, as well as peach tree branches on the sides.
Following the service, it is believed many of the mourners headed back to Bob's home for a wake, with a white marquee erected in the grounds of his home.
It is believed Peaches - whose funeral took place at the church where she and her husband married in 2012, and where her mother Paula Yates was also laid to rest in 2000 - will be cremated today (22.04.14) and her ashes scattered at her father's house.
Her death remains unexplained, with a post-mortem examination found to be inconclusive. A toxicology report is expected to be concluded in the coming weeks.
Nicolas Cage once applied to be a contestant on a dating show.
The 'Joe' actor - who has sons Weston, 23, with ex-girlfriend Christina Fulton and Kal-El, eight, with third wife Alice Kim - was obsessed with 'The Dating Game' as a teenager, and managed to get accepted for the show, despite being only 15 years old, but his father refused to let him take part.
He said: "My first audition I was underage. Only 15. Even that young I tried to be accepted on 'The Dating Game.'
"I used to love seeing that, and always somehow managed to, although my father said I couldn't watch it. Anyhow, he wouldn't let me do the show."
The 50-year-old star - who won the Best Actor Oscar in 1996 for his role in 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas' - also insisted he has a very "normal" home life with Alice and Kal-El and is very focused on the future, rather than reliving his former glories.
Speaking to the New York Post newspaper, he said:
"I'm a regular at- home dad to him -- not some movie star. I play with him, go out with him, do all those parent-child things like any other father.
"I don't play my old movies. Don't look to make him see them. Don't talk about those old days. I intend to maintain a normal, natural home life. I try to look at the future, not the past.
"The same with my Oscar. I'm living today. I'm a parent. I keep the totems away. My awards are safe. But they're not in my home. The totems are in the past."
James Van Der Beek received a career "wake-up call" when he was asked to appear on 'Dancing with the Stars'.
The former 'Dawson's Creek' actor felt he needed to "reinvent" himself when he was approached to compete on the celebrity dance contest, an offer his agents didn't even want to tell him about.
Recalling the approach, he told 'Access Hollywood': "That's a wake-up call! It's time to do some reinvention.
"[My people told me], 'We got an offer and we legally have to tell you that it came in [for] 'Dancing with the Stars.' We don't think you should take it'..."
When 'Dawson's Creek' ended in 2003 after six years, James, 37, decided to take some time out but quickly realised he was no longer as in demand as he once was and took a different approach to his career, accepting offers he thought would be fun.
He added: "Right after 'Dawson's Creek' I needed to take some time out, I was burned out.
"I was passing on a lot of things and wanted to play a certain type of role and when you pass enough, people stop offering after a while.
"And I got to a point where I realised, 'You know what? I'm going to start saying yes to things. If I haven't done it before and it seems like it going to be fun, why not?' "
And these days, the 'Friends With Better Lives' actor couldn't be happier with his work.
He said: "I've been lucky enough to hang around for a number of years. One of the things I've got to do is reinvent and I've been having a great time...
"I've somehow managed to stay out of jail, rehab and bankruptcy court and now I get to laugh all day."
