The-Dream faces police questioning for allegedly attacking his pregnant ex-girlfriend.
Officers in New York are keen to question the producer - whose real name is Terius Nash - after Lydia Nam claimed he punched, kicked and strangled her at the Plaza Hotel in April 2013 three months before she gave birth to their son.
However, The-Dream - who also has a four-year-old daughter, Violet, with ex-wife Christina Milian and three other children with first wife Nivea - insists the allegations are false and sources told TMZ that Canadian Lydia is a "vengeful woman" who has made the claims in order to extend her US visa.
It is unclear what prompted the alleged attack, or if Lydia ever sought medical attention afterwards.
Despite claiming the incident happened last April, she didn't file a police report until November.
According to law enforcement insiders, the 36-year-old musician was arrested last June in California following another alleged domestic violence incident against Lydia.
However, she refused to press charges so the case was rejected by the District Attorney.
If the 'Black' singer is found by police, he will be taken into custody for questioning about the alleged incident.
Charlie Sheen's fiancée Brett Rossi's divorce has been finalised.
The 'Anger Management' star is one step closer to walking down the aisle with his porn star partner after her divorce from her first husband John Ross finally came through on April 18.
According to court records obtained by RadarOnline.com, the termination date was cited in a judgment on April 23.
Brett, 24, has been involved in a legal battle with her ex-husband since he filed for divorce from her on July 18, 2013, but only responded to the documents on January 30, 2014 after falling for Charlie.
And it seems Charlie and Brett - who got engaged in February after just three months of dating - won't be rushing into things since they are now planning to tie the knot on November 22.
A source told the site: "The wedding date has been set for November 22, 2014. It's going to be extremely elaborate, and Charlie has told Brett to plan the wedding of her dreams, with no cap on the budget."
The couple are expected to get a pre-nup before their big day this autumn due to the 48-year-old actor's estimated $125 million net worth, largely thanks to his stint on sitcom 'Two and a Half Men'.
The insider added: "Charlie will be a little more generous with Brett in regards to the pre-nup, than he was with [his ex-wife] Brooke [Mueller]."
'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Brooke walked away from the marriage with an estimated $3.5 million, and the warring exes appear to have finally settled their differences after rowing over the custody of their twin sons Bob and Max, five, since she is expected to be a guest of honour at Charlie's fourth wedding.
Dean McDermott felt suicidal after cheating on Tori Spelling.
The star admitted he contemplated taking his own life following his cheating scandal last December in yesterday's episode (29.04.14) of 'True Tori', which was filmed three months after he was unfaithful to his wife with 28-year-old Emily Goodhand during a trip to Toronto.
The actor spoke candidly to the cameras about suffering a mental breakdown, recalling looking out of a window and thinking how easily he could "just dive out of it."
He sighed: "The days leading up to my breakdown, I wanted to disappear. I didn't want to feel what I was feeling all the time. I just thought, 'This is it. You can't get out of this. I blew it. Everything great in my life, I s**t on.' I just thought, 'Tori deserves me to die'."
The shocking confession lead to 'Beverly Hills, 90210' star Tori taking her husband aside to ask if he was comfortable sharing such intimate thoughts, and producers bringing a psychologist on board to help him through his issues.
Dean later reasoned: "I know I will not take my life. My life means a lot to me right now, where it didn't for so many, many years...
"My life means something because I'm getting the help that I need, and I'm surrounded by love and support, and for the longest time, I didn't deserve it and I'm just getting a little glimmer that I do deserve it...I know I don't deserve to die. I deserve to live."
The couple are determined to work their problems out for the sake of their kids, Liam, seven, Stella, five, Hattie, two, and Finn, 20 months.
When Tori spent six days in hospital last week, reportedly to be treated for an ulcer and migraines, Dean was constantly at her bedside.
