She told the new issue of British VOGUE: "It's weird that in the press they'll be like, 'Your biggest fight was with the industry and the designers', and I'm like, no, my biggest fight was with my agents, trying to get them to sign me into the castings.

Kurt Cobain called Courtney bitch with zits in note

Kurt Cobain called wife Courtney Love a "bitch with zits" in a note which was found in his wallet after he committed suicide.
The handwritten message, which has been released by Seattle police 20 years after the Nirvana singer's death, mocks their marriage vows.
It reads: "Do you Kurt Cobain take Courtney Michelle Love to be your lawful shredded wife. Even when she's a bitch with zits and siphoning all yr money for doping and whoring.' (sic)"
The note was published by CBS and was discovered by police in his wallet following his suicide in 1994.
It is not known if Kurt's comments are sincere or sarcastic but in his official suicide note, the rocker refers to Courtney as "a goddess of a wife who sweats with ambition and empathy".
He calls on his widow, with whom he has 21-year-old daughter Frances Bean, to "please keep going" and to look after their daughter, telling her "Frances and Courtney, I'll be at your alter [sic] ... [Frances's] life ... will be so much happier without me."
A recent re-investigation into the suicide of the 27-year-old singer, who shot himself, did not uncover any new evidence that changed the initial findings.
The investigation found Kurt, who was found dead on April 8 1994 with a shotgun wound to his head, had committed suicide three days before he was discovered, on April 5, at his home on Lake Washington Boulevard.

Lostprophets members start new band

Former members of Lostprophets have started a new band together.
The remaining musicians - Lee Gaze, Mike Lewis, Stuart Richardson, Jamie Oliver and Luke Johnson - are working on a new project with former Thursday frontman Jeff Rickly following the conviction of frontman Ian Watkins on child sex charges.
Jeff told Radio Cardiff: "I think if ever there was a group of people that needed a second chance, it's those guys - and they're going to take full advantage of it.
"People don't really think of what happens to the other members. That took away their life. What happened is just devastating for them."
Although Jeff hasn't spoken about joining the musicians himself, he is working with them via his label, Collect Records.
He continued: "It's been my honour to work with them on their new band from a label perspective. People are not going to know what hit them when the new band comes out. "It's like everything I grew up on - a little bit of New Order, a little bit of Joy Division, little bit of The Cure. It's just so forward-thinking."
Meanwhile, Ian, who was given a 29-year jail sentence in December after pleading guilty to 13 sexual offences, including the attempted rape of a baby, has applied for permission to appeal against the length of his jail term.

David Threlfall to star in The Ark

David Threlfall will star in a new TV adaptation of Noah's Ark.
The 'Shameless' actor - best known for playing boozing Frank Gallagher in the hit Channel 4 show - will lead the cast of 'The Ark', BBC One's one-off drama which will re-tell the biblical tale.
The special comes from the producers behind hit crime drama 'Death in Paradise' and Tony Jordan wrote the script.
David said in a statement: "The story jumped off the page at me from the first reading. It's not just a family saga but the first family saga. It takes its inspiration from many faiths and speaks of values which should be shared across all cultures. It was something I immediately wanted to be part of."
Polly Hill, BBC's head of independent drama, added: "It is great to see Tony Jordan's fantastic scripts attract such a talented and stellar cast which combined will bring this wonderful story to life."
David will play Noah, a farmer who is instructed by an angel to build an ark in order to save his family and the faithful from a flood.
Joanne Whalley has been cast as Noah's wife Emmie, while other cast members include 'Top Boy' star Ashley Walters and Nico Mirallegro.

Sue Johnston open to Corrie return

Sue Johnston says she could return to 'Coronation Street'.
The 70-year-old actress, whose character Gloria Price departed Weatherfield in February, is open to reprising her role despite on-screen daughter Michelle Collins also quitting.
Sue thinks Gloria - who left the cobbles to travel the world - could come back to visit her granddaughters Eva Price (Catherine Tyldesley) and Leanne Tilsley (Jane Danson).
Sue said: "[Gloria} flits. My grandchildren are still there. She flits around and she's not stable!"
The veteran actress admits she misses working on 'Corrie', as well as the cast and crew.
Appearing on ITV's 'Lorraine' today (30.04.14), she said: "I miss particularly the people - the crew and the cast. I had so much fun and met so many lovely people. It's a lovely, lovely job."
Sue was stunned by the amount of people who stopped her in the street during her time in 'Corrie' and claims she was "taken aback" by the increased exposure the show gave her.
She added: "I was quite recognised when I go out before I went into 'Coronation Street', but the power of the [show] is unbelievable and it took me aback that the recognition stakes went higher as people love to see you. People love 'Coronation Street' and therefore, if you're in it, you become part of them."

Rebecca Scroggs: Tosh and Tina have ‘real’ love

EastEnders' Tosh and Tina Carter have a "real love".
Tina's rekindled relationship with the firefighter - played by Rebecca Scroggs - has caused concern among her family members, as Tosh has been abusive to her in the past, but Rebecca insists their romance is the real deal.
She told Inside Soap magazine: "The love that Tosh and Tina share is very real. Their relationship is stormy and there's been a suggestion of violence in the past.
"But there's something about Tina that Tosh is really drawn to. It's Tina's family that have put Tosh out, and that's where the pressure in their relationship lies."
The Walford newcomer has already shared scenes with Linda Henry, who plays Tina's fiery sister Shirley Carter, but Rebecca says she wasn't worried about working with the popular actress.
She explained: "The first time we met Tosh, she publicly humiliated Shirley by hosing her down at the fire station.
"Everyone I knew who'd worked with Linda had told me how lovely she was, so I wasn't nervous about meeting her.
"My first scene was where Shirley and Tosh have their showdown at the fire station, and Linda really looked after me - so I felt really bad about having to soak her!"

Emma Stone inspired by Andrew Garfield chemistry

Emma Stone is inspired by Andrew Garfield.
The 25-year-old actress, who has been dating her 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' co-star since 2011, insists their chemistry on set has inspired her as an actress.
She told the New York Daily News newspaper: "It's one of the things you kind of dream of as an actor. To find chemistry or a repartee with another actor like that. It makes it feel like you're always being challenged, and you're bobbing and weaving.
"Andrew without a doubt inspires that in me in the biggest way."
Garfield - who plays Peter Parker (Spider-Man) in the Mark Webb-directed film franchise - agreed with Stone, who plays his love interest Gwen Stacy, and appeared to praise her as a "great artist".
He said: "The greatest artists, you can't really quantify what they do.
"You just have to show up, pay attention to each other and see where the scene goes. That's incredibly exciting, because the scene can go anywhere."
'The Amazing Spider-Man' co-producer Avi Arad claims they worked so well together that they often improvised.
He explained: "There's a scene in the movie where he's in costume as Spider-Man and she calls him 'Peter,' and kind of puts her hand to her mouth to catch herself [for blurting out his secret identity]. It's not in the script, but it worked."

Neil Flynn: Mean Girls helped launch ‘biggest’ women in comedy

'Mean Girls' has helped to launch the "biggest women in comedy", says Neil Flynn.
The 53-year-old actor starred in 2004's comedy opposite Linsday Lohan, Rachel McAdams, Amanda Seyfried and Tina Fey and insists the film helped these stars kick-start their successful careers.
Talking to website Digital Spy, he said: "I think 'Mean Girls' was a kind of significant movie.
"It was a very successful comedy and it was also before 'Bridesmaids' and it really launched some of today's biggest women in comedy.
"It was the beginning of Tina's rise to global domination. I think that movie is a touchstone for a lot of people. In the same way 'Animal House' was for my generation really."
A decade after the release of the original which received sparkling reviews and became a box office success, grossing $129,042,871 worldwide, he insists he didn't realise what a "big deal" it would be.
Flynn added: "I didn't necessarily think it would be a big deal but I knew that it would be funny because Tina wrote it."
