TOWIE cast’s flight grounded

'The Only Way is Essex' cast's plane was grounded due to excess weight.
The reality stars delayed their flight to Marbella, Spain - where they are filming a special episode - by an hour after the pilot refused to take-off due to the plane being 200kg overweight.
'TOWIE' stars James 'Arg' Argent, 26, Jasmin Walia, 23, and Bobby Cole Norris, 24, were the main reason for the delayed flight after they were accused of over-packing for the 10-day trip with several suitcases each.
Bobby told the Daily Star newspaper: "The pilot said we were 200kg overweight and people had to get off. They said they'd give each volunteer £100 and a flight from Luton but no-one budged."
Eventually four passengers agreed to get off the plane and travel to the sunny destination on a later flight.
Bobby added: "The attendant said, 'This hasn't happened in my whole career!' and I said, 'You've never had TOWIE on board, baby!' "
Meanwhile, the reality TV stars were read the riot act by show bosses yesterday (07.06.14) following co-star Mario Falcone's suspension after he was allegedly caught on camera snorting cocaine on a night out three months ago.
Show hunk Elliott Wright believes he and his co-stars have a responsibility to their young fans to behave appropriately.
He told The Sun newspaper: "Of course being on 'TOWIE' comes with responsibilities. We all act silly sometimes but I can't afford to be seen in that light. From my point of view you do have to be careful. You make choices.
"You have to be careful what you say and what you do."

Collabro surprised by mature female fans

Collabro get sent naked pictures from older women.
The 'Britain's Got Talent' winners have been inundated with raunchy pictures and messages by middle-aged housewives and are grateful to have inspired such passion among a more "mature" fanbase.
Jamie Lambert, the operatic boy band's frontman, told The Sun newspaper: "They're not so much girl fans as older women fans. We've had a few lingerie pictures - a lot of them are from, er, mature women. We applaud them for their confidence.
"We were just a bit surprised when it started happening ... we were like, 'Bloody hell, have you seen this?' It's very surreal. It's weird when you're on the tube looking at your notifications and a naked picture comes up and you're like, 'Oh!' "
The five friends scored over a quarter of the votes on Saturday night (07.06.14) and were shocked to discover they were more popular than Bars and Melody, Lucy Kay and Paddy & Nico.
Jamie added: "We got the percentages through on the night. We got over a quarter of the votes which is incredible when there are 11 acts."
Collabro are meeting with 'BGT' boss Simon Cowell this week to discuss a potential record deal with his Syco label
Matt Pagan added: "One Direction really established themselves as the kind of band they wanted to be. Simon said that's what he liked about us - that we've chosen musical theatre and we're sticking with it."

The blonde beauty is the production company's sole shareholder, while her husband Dan Baldwin is listed as secretary.

Hollyoaks’ Ste Hay in a world of trouble

Hollyoaks' Ste Hay is heading down a dark path.
The soap favourite recently became hooked on drugs and is struggling to remember if he killed villain Fraser Black (Jesse Birdsall), but there will be even tougher times ahead for the character, according to actor Kieron Richardson.
The 28-year-old star is enjoying his character's dramatic new storyline and feels privileged to still be receiving gritty plots after nine years on the Channel 4 soap.
He told the Daily Star newspaper: "There's so much exciting stuff that I can't tell you about. You think they are going to run out of ideas, but they've got some crazy people upstairs who come up with these plotlines that are so fantastic you would never guess them.
"I've been here for nearly nine years, but I still have the buzz and the butterflies when I come into work.
Meanwhile, co-star Danny Mac - who recently won Sexiest Male at the British Soap Awards - says he is content playing downcast Dodger Savage, as he worries a happily ever after for the character could put him out of a job.
He explained to The Sun newspaper: "I don't think Dodger's ever going to have a happy ending. Well, as soon as he does, I think that's it. As long as he's miserable, I think I'm still in a job."

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen have adopted a three-legged dog.
The 'All of Me' hitmaker was unable to join his model wife at Spike TV's Guys' Choice Awards at the weekend because he was bringing French bulldog Penny to her new home, and the pair are thrilled to have a new addition to their household.
Chrissy told People: "She's a little tripod. She has been abused, and we are so excited to welcome her to the family."
The brunette beauty - who also has bulldogs Pippa and Puddy - also joked she and her spouse are "working on" having babies to raise alongside their dogs.
She said: "If dogs are the starters for babies, we should have three or four babies by now.
"I like to think of ourselves as working on babies all the time. And working on getting dogs all the time."
Chrissy recently joked she is unable to keep up with her 35-year-old spouse's achievements.
She said: "Of course I'm proud. But at the same time, this guy - how often can you be proud of him? I actually told him this the other day - I was like, 'You come to me every single day with some high honour, another number one...' like 'Oh, we've reached number one in this country now.'
"I'm like, 'John, I can't keep up with how talented you are, and I can't keep up this excitement. I'm going to have to keep giving you crap because listen, it's getting exhausting.'
"You know how when someone just aces everything and you're just like 'Alright buddy, chill out'...it's gotten to that point now."

Jennifer Lopez lets Casper Smart keep gifts

Jennifer Lopez has told Casper Smart to keep all the gifts she bought him.
The 'On the Floor' hitmaker recently split from the 27-year-old dancer after two-and-a-half years of dating and the "generous" singer - who has six-year-old twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony - wanted him to have some lasting mementos from their relationship.
A source said: "He gets to keep all the gifts that Jennifer bought him, including the customised truck that she gave him for his 25th birthday.
"Jennifer has always been very generous and Casper has bags of things to move out."
Over the weekend, Casper was seen moving his belongings out of the 44-year-old star's home and is said to be devastated about the split.
A source told People magazine: "He is upset about the split. He really wanted to stay with Jennifer. He loves her and her kids."
It was recently claimed the 'American Idol' judge is determined to stay friends with the choreographer as her kids have developed a bond with him.
The source explained: "She will definitely still keep things civil and actually still loves him. The hard part is the kids love him too. He has become a part of her family.
"It's not going to be one of those breakups where you never see them together again."
Meanwhile, in recent weeks, Casper has been accused of cheating on the star with transsexual bikini model Sofie Vissa, whom he met and exchanged sexual messages with online first.
However, Casper has denied the allegations and subsequent claims involving a second transgender model.

Jon Voight says it was "wonderful" watching his granddaughter in 'Maleficent'.
The veteran actor was thrilled to see five-year-old Vivienne Jolie-Pitt appear alongside his daughter Angelina Jolie - who made her own acting debut alongside her father in 1982's 'Lookin' to Get Out' when she was four years old - in the new Disney movie and is incredibly proud of them both.
He said: "[Vivienne was] magnificent. She's wonderful.
"It was a very lovely moment to see Angie with her on screen, and they were terrific together. It was just great.
"It's the most wonderful thing when you see your little granddaughter, just like when I saw Angie on the screen, you know."
However, the 75-year-old star insists it is impossible to compare Vivienne and Angelina's movie debuts.
He said: "You can't compare them because each one is themselves. But it was really a knockout to see her. I'm telling you. It was great."
Angelina - who also raises sons Maddox, 12, Pax, 10, and Vivienne's twin Knox, as well as daughters Zahara, nine, and Shiloh, eight, with fiance Brad Pitt - was delighted at how easily her youngest girl adjusted to being on camera.
She said: "That's just Vivienne. We call her my shadow. She's a very... she's wonderfully affectionate, very much a mommy's girl and so it was a natural fit. It was very easy and very fun to do."

Amanda Seyfried wouldn’t think about work when pregnant

Amanda Seyfried wouldn't want to work while pregnant.
The 28-year-old actress was recently cast in 'Ted 2' and though she is unsure whether Mila Kunis who is expecting her first child with fiance Ashton Kutcher - will be returning for the comedy sequel, she would understand if she wanted to take time out to focus on her impending new arrival.
Speaking to Hello! magazine, Amanda - who is dating actor Justin Long - explained: "I don't know whether [Mila Kunis] has a role in 'Ted 2'. I don't know what she's going to do. I know if I were her and pregnant, I wouldn't be thinking about work. I understand you can balance it but ... I think it would be so nice to be pregnant at some point when I'm ready for that."
The 'Million Ways to Die In the West' actress admitted it used to "bug" her when people struggled to pronounce her name correctly, but after hearing it misspoken so many times, she no longer cares.
The screen beauty added: "I've spend years telling everyone how to say it but now, I just don't care any more.
"It used to bug me but what's the point of allowing that to annoy you?"

Passenger: We’re not fans of Ed’s lego obsession

Passenger claim the only thing don't like about Ed Sheeran is his love of lego.
The 'Let Her Go' band, who are back with new album 'Whispers', share many interests with Ed and have worked closely together in the studio, but they insist his toy collection isn't for them.
Mike Rosenberg told the Daily Star newspaper: "I love Ed to bits.
"We enjoy having a few beers together and catching up over dinner. But I usually nip off before the Lego comes out. He's a big fan - I'm not."
Despite not wanting to build a lego castle with the 'Sing' hitmaker, Mike owes his chart-topping pal, 23, a debt after he worked on the smash hit 'Let Her Go' and helped the band to achieve global fame.
Mike, 30, said: "We've done a lot of touring together.
"He played an enormous role in getting 'Let Her Go' heard and pushing Passenger over the line. We do a bit of writing together too.
"But even if I didn't have him to thank I would love Ed as a bloke because he is one of the most talented artists in the world."
Meanwhile, Ed is celebrating after achieving his first number one with his new track 'Sing' at the weekend, which is taken from the star's upcoming second album 'x'.
Ed said: "It's nice to finally have a number one in my home country. Thank you to everyone who supported the single for making this happen."
Passenger's new album is out now.

Jarvis Cocker: Metallica could be a bit abrasive

Pulp's Jarvis Cocker thinks Metallica's forthcoming headline appearance at Glastonbury could be "a bit abrasive".
The frontman has voiced his concerns about the metal act topping the bill at Worthy Farm later this month and thinks the band are an "interesting choice" but isn't convinced their performance would sit well with festival goers' "fragile" state.
Speaking to BBC 5 Live, he said: "They've probably not had much sleep and they've been indulging in certain things.
"So the main thing is to be a vague, warm, friendly presence. "Whether a full-borne rendition of 'Enter Sandman' is going to fill those criteria I don't know."
Pulp headlined the event in 1995 when The Stone Roses had to pull out and Jarvis will be back at the festival this year to take to the decks for a DJ set.
Metallica recently defended their upcoming Glastonbury performance, with drummer Lars Ulrich saying there's a point where the criticism directed at them "becomes ridiculous."
However, an online petition to ban the act from Glastonbury has been launched by animal rights activists and more than 30,000 followers have joined the page on Facebook.
The petition - entitled 'Remove Metallica from Glastonbury festival for their support of bear hunting' - already has more than 22,000 'likes' on the site.
Singer and guitarist James Hetfield, who is an avid hunter and member of America's National Rifle Association, is set to narrate an eight-part series called 'The Hunt' on the History Channel, which focuses on the killing of Kodiak brown bears in Alaska.
The petition was set up following the announcement and many regular festival-goers also feel the band's music isn't in keeping with Glastonbury, which is traditionally a 'hippy' event.

Harrison Ford wanted killing off in Empire Strikes Back

George Lucas claims Harrison Ford wanted his character to be killed off during 'The Empire Strikes Back'.
The 70-year-old director - who created the 'Star Wars' franchise - admitted the actor pleaded for his character, Hans Solo, to die during the fifth instalment after he was frozen and sealed in carbonite and delivered to Jabba the Hutt.
Lucas said: "Harrison kept yelling through the whole thing, 'Kill me! Kill me! Kill me!'.
"I said, 'Harrison, I can't kill you. I need you at the end of the next movie. There's this love thing going on. But I'll do the next best thing. I'll put you in a slab of concrete and ship you off to Mars'."
Lucas has since sold the franchise to Disney, and Ford, along with other members of the original 'Star Wars' cast, including Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill, are due to appear in the upcoming 'Star Wars Episode 7'.
Lucas also told Deadline: "I love the 'Star Wars' films. I'm glad I made them. They were designed to inspire kids to think outside the box.
"They did make a difference which I see every day. I see it in everything from astronauts to filmmakers. It's interesting the films are still being talked about."
