Adam Levine can't wait to have a baby.
The Maroon 5 frontman, who is set to marry his Namibian-born girlfriend Behati Prinsloo in Mexico next month, is reportedly desperate to start a family with her as soon as possible.
A source told the US edition of OK! magazine: "Adam and Behati want to have a baby right away, and can't wait to start trying."
The couple, who started first started dating in May 2012 but briefly split last year before reuniting and announcing their engagement, are expected to exchange vows in an intimate ceremony at the Hotel El Ganzo in San José del Cabo on July 19 before jetting to South Africa for their honeymoon.
And the insider said: "The main focus will be trying for a baby, which Adam is thrilled about! And Behati is dying to be a mom!"
The 'One More Night' hitmaker previously admitted he was eager to become a dad.
During an interview in 2011, he said: "I don't think you necessarily have to be married to have children."
However, he is said to have decided to propose to his 25-year-old model girlfriend because "marrying first was important to her."

Eminem's daughter plans to study psychology or entrepreneurship at university.
The 'Rap God' hitmaker's daughter, Hailie Jade Scott Mathers, graduated from Chippewa Valley High School in Clinton Township, Michigan earlier this month, where she won a number of prestigious accolades, including an Academic Excellence Award, and credited her parents for her success.
In a section called Most Influential During My Lifetime on the school district's website, she wrote: "My mother and father because they have pushed me to be the person I am and have given me all the support to achieve what I have."
The 18-year-old student, whose father famously penned numerous hits about his complicated relationship with her mother Kimberly Mathers, was also honoured with a Department of Psychology Award and graduated Summa Cum Laude, a distinction given to students who maintain at least a 3.9 GPA.
Hailie, who was an active member of the school's National Honour Society, Art Club, Key Club, Volleyball and Student Council, was crowned Homecoming Queen in October 2013.
She now plans to continue her education at Michigan State University, where Madonna's daughter Lourdes Leon also recently enrolled.
Eminem, 41, previously vowed to always support his daughter, as he grew up without a father.
He said: "Being a dad makes me feel powerful in a way that I hadn't known before, and it's the kind of power I don't want to abuse."

Nicki Minaj is reportedly furious with Rihanna.
The 'Pills N Potions' hitmaker, 31, is said to be very upset with the 25-year-old singer for breaking her friend Drake's heart for the second time in May, and is planning to write a song to get back at her long-time rival.
A source told the American issue of OK! magazine: "Drake has been pretty down since Rihanna dumped him. She really broke his heart. Nicki wants to call Rihanna out on it. She's very protective of Drake."
Nicki and Rihanna have never been close, according to the insider, and the 'Starships' rapper previously admitted she would love to marry Drake in the future.
She said: "One day, I will run away with Drake and get married, but right now it's just a fantasy."
The 'Stay' singer dumped Drake, 27, last month after a series of arguments, and an insider recently claimed that the Canadian star blamed her abusive ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown, for the demise of their romance.
The source said: "Drake is convinced that Rihanna has self-esteem issues and is pushing him away because she doesn't believe in or trust true love, which isn't surprising after the crazy stuff that happened with her and Chris."
The on-again, off-again couple rekindled their relationship in February after briefly dating in 2009.

Kendall Jenner wants to move to New York City.
The 18-year-old model, who recently purchased her first property in Los Angeles, is reportedly eager to move to Manhattan, as she thinks it is the fashion capital of the US and will benefit her career.
A source close to the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star told the MailOnline that Kendall has "fallen in love" with the city.
The brunette beauty, who has appeared in Vogue and modelled for Givenchy and Chanel, was spotted viewing at $21 million apartment with her older half-sister Kim Kardashian, 33, and mother Kris Jenner, situated on Lafayette Street in Soho on Friday (27.06.14), sparking rumours Kim and her husband, Kanye West, are also looking for a new home in the city.
The insider said: "Kendall is serious about her career in fashion and thinks spending more time in New York will help her, she'll also be close to Kim."
Kendall bought a luxurious two-bedroom condo in Westwood, California for $1.39 million last month.
The property boasts a panoramic views of Los Angeles and has 24-hour valet parking, a gym for residents, wine cellar, heated pool, and concierge and doorman service.
A source previously said she took out a $910,000 mortgage on the property, and although her mother Kris is listed in documents for the purchase she did not put in any cash.

Legendary soul singer Bobby Womack has died.
The 70-year-old star, who was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2009 and enjoyed a career spanning seven decades, passed away in his sleep on Friday (27.06.14).
A spokesperson for the 'Across 110th Street' hitmaker's record label XL Recordings told RollingStone.com that his cause of death is currently unknown.

A source told UsMagazine.com: "It's not a shock that Jenny was let go.

The source added: "She played it too safe."
Jenny's co-host Sherri Shepherd was also axed after seven seasons, leaving just Whoopi Goldberg among the remaining cast members, and the future of the show is now "up in the air."
The source said: "Everything is up in the air. They are figuring out what to do with Whoopi...It is still being decided.
"Everybody is counting on one more season."
ABC has been "auditioning loads of people" in recent months in bid to get the right chemistry on the panel and contenders for the vacant spots are said to include Bill Rancic, Bevy Smith, Ross Matthews and Mario Cantone.
The insider also said that things are very tense behind the scenes.
Jenny, 41, took to Twitter to break the news to her fans.
She wrote: "My View will be changing too. As will with many hard working folks.

French Montana gave Khloé Kardashian a $25,000 diamond ring for her 30th birthday.

Robin Thicke thinks Paula Patton is "a remarkable woman."
The 'Blurred Lines' hitmaker, who split from his actress wife of nine years in February, admits they are still in regular contact and hinted she is all he thinks about.
The 37-year-old singer, who named his new album, 'Paula,' told 'On Air with Ryan Seacrest' today (27.06.14) that he wants to keep the current status of their relationship "private."
He added: "I think you should keep a little mystery. I think it's important to make something out of it. As an artist, I have to make art. As an entertainer, I want to entertain. And as a human being, this is all I want to talk about.
"She's not just my wife, she's been my very best friend for 20 years. I lost two people. That's a lot to talk about."
Robin wrote all of the tracks on his album about his estranged wife, 38.
He said: "Obviously all the songs were about her or about how I feel about her. A lot of songwriters have done this kind of thing before. They won't tell you in the title or they'll be suggestive...I was just like, 'There's no reason to hide who this is about.' It's all about her."
But he sometimes finds listening to his songs about her overwhelming.

Amy Adams gave her first class seat to a member of the US military.
The 39-year-old actress - who was born on a military base as her father was in the army - was reportedly travelling from Detroit to Los Angeles on a busy Delta flight this morning (27.06.14) when she spotted a soldier in uniform and generously asked a flight attendant to swap their seats.
The actress then travelled home in the economy cabin, so he could enjoy a complimentary upgrade on her behalf.
Eyewitness Jemele Hill, who co-hosts ESPN's 'Numbers Never Lie,' told NBC's 'Today' show via email from the plane: "When we were waiting to board, I saw her glance the soldier's way and then she said something to the person she was travelling with. Once we boarded, I saw she was in first class. I was upgraded to first class and she was a couple rows behind me. I think she must have said something to the flight attendant, because before we took off she had vacated her seat and the flight attendant brought the soldier to her seat."
She added: "I just thought it was incredibly classy and thoughtful."
She also tweeted: "Just saw actress Amy Adams do something incredibly classy. She gave her 1st class seat to an American soldier. I'm an even bigger fan now."
A flight attendant said that the soldier and Amy briefly chatted privately near the front of the plane.
The five-time Oscar nominee has spent the past month-and-a-half filming 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' near Detroit alongside Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck.
