Debbie Rowe is furious with the Jackson family

Debbie Rowe is furious with Michael Jackson's brothers for accusing her of abandoning her children for money.
The former nurse - who was married to the late 'Thriller' hitmaker for just under three years until October 1999 and had children Prince, 17, and Paris, 15, with him - was criticised by his siblings Tito, Randy, Jermaine, and Jackie Jackson for asking to be made her children's legal guardian and take responsibility for their brother Blanket, 12, who was born via surrogate, as she thinks their grandmother, Katherine Jackson, is too old to care for them properly.
A source told gossip website TMZ.com that Debbie, who began rebuilding her relationship with her children after Michael's death in 2009, wasn't surprised by the attack but insists she never turned her back on Prince and Paris, as Michael regularly called her for parenting advice.
Michael's siblings hit back at Debbie on Friday (11.04.14), saying: "[The children] are well loved and well taken care of. We are quite taken back [sic] that Ms. Rowe has decided now to enter their lives, after she abandoned her children many years ago for money."
But she claims Michael often accused his brothers of sponging off him and he thought Janet Jackson was the only one of his siblings with talent.
While she likes Katherine, Debbie wants the children to live on her horse ranch in Palmdale, California, as she believes they have no proper supervision.
She thinks the Jackson brothers are merely worried that they won't have access to $50,000 monthly child support from the Michael Jackson estate if she secures custody.
Debbie recently confirmed she is engaged to her long-time friend Marc Schaffel, who worked with Michael on his charity single 'What More Can I Give' in 2001.

Beyoncé surprises fans at Coachella

Beyoncé Knowles made a surprise appearance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on Saturday night (12.04.14).
The 'Drunk in Love' hitmaker joined her younger sister Solange Knowles on stage as she performed her hit 'Losing You.'
Although not listed as an official performer, the 32-year-old star clearly took some time away from her busy schedule to prepare for the show at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California as the siblings performed perfectly synchronised choreography during the song, according to Billboard.com.
Solange, 27, is a regular attendee at the annual three-day festival and also performed the same track last year with The XX.
Meanwhile, Beyoncé's husband Jay Z also shocked fans by jumping on stage to perform an impromptu rendition of 'Dead Presidents II' during his friend Nas' midnight set.
The 44-year-old rapper then rapped his own track 'Where I'm From,' before Nas, 40, continued with his show, which honoured the 20th anniversary of his debut album 'Illmatic.'
P. Diddy helped him to end his set by stopping by to perform 'Hate Me Now.'
Selena Gomez, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Vanessa Hudgens, Aaron Paul, Katy Perry and Lea Michele were among the other celebrities spotted at the event.
A second run of the festival will take place next weekend.

Katy Perry parties at Coachella with Robert Pattinson

Katy Perry partied with Robert Pattinson at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
The 'Dark Horse' singer, who split from John Mayer in February, was spotted catching up with the 'Twilight Saga' heartthrob at the H&M Loves Music party on Saturday night (12.04.14).
A source told PEOPLE.com that the 29-year-old star met up with the British actor, who was accompanied by a group of pals, in the VIP section, where she sipped on water.
The insider said: "(They) chatted and bobbed their heads along to Major Lazer before Perry eventually disappeared further into the crowd."
Another source said that the newly single beauty, who attended the festival at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California with John last year, "seemed really relaxed and was having a great time."
Katy and Robert have been close friends for years and a friend recently revealed he has been helping her to get over 'Who You Love' hitmaker John, 36.
The source told OK! magazine: "Right now, Rob has made her promise to count on him for support, like she did for him when he split from Kristen Stewart.
"They do have a wonderful friendship, and they trust each other. No matter how down she is, Rob can always make her laugh, and she loves that."

Michelle Williams ‘was always incredibly smart’

James Van Der Beek isn't surprised by Michelle Williams' success.
The 37-year-old actor claims he always knew his former 'Dawson's Creek' co-star, 33, who has been nominated for three Oscars, would eventually become one of the biggest stars in Hollywood because she is multi-talented.
The 'Friends with Better Lives' star said: "Michelle was always incredibly smart. I always joked that we'd all be asking Michelle for a job. I thought she would produce, she would write."
He also told the New York Post: "She was always a deep thinker, way beyond her years. She was the youngest of us, age-wise, and the oldest in every other way."
Meanwhile, James admits that he was "freaked" out by fame after starring in 'Varsity Blues' with Jon Voight in 1999, and can relate to Justin Bieber, 20.
He said: "It freaked me out. I remember signing my first autograph and hardly being recognised and two weeks later, making an appearance in Seattle, and [the promoters] said they were expecting 200 people. I said, 'No way are 200 people coming.' More than double that showed up. Screaming girls. Barricades. They shoved me into a car to get out of there. I am proud to say it was the first time I'd ever been shoved into the back of a cop car. I realised very quickly that this was something I had zero control over."
Asked if had any advice for the 'Baby' hitmaker, who has sparked controversy with his bad behaviour in recent months, he said: "You're able to make people very happy by doing something simple."

Ginnifer Goodwin marries Josh Dallas

Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas got married on Saturday (12.04.14).
The 'Once Upon a Time' co-stars, who are expecting their first child in the near future, tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at sunset in Los Angeles in front of just 30 family members and friends.
An eyewitness told E! News that guests began arriving for the formal affair at 5.30pm and a cocktail reception kicked off immediately after the couple's nuptials at 7pm, with a Spanish guitar playing in a courtyard filled with cactuses and stone pathways.
The insider said: "Ginnifer and Josh seemed very relaxed and happy. They were surrounded by their nearest and dearest friends and kept it very intimate and simple."
The 35-year-old actress wore a custom-designed Monique Lhuillier gown.
Josh, who proposed to Ginnifer in October after more than a year of dating, previously admitted he was instantly attracted to the brunette beauty.
The 32-year-old actor said: "It hit me like a blinding light. I thought, 'I'm in trouble now.' "
An insider also said there was an "immediate connection" between the co-stars when they met for the first time in 2011, adding: "They were shooting in Canada together, and because they were both away from home, they inevitably started to socialise together off the set as well as on--and they got closer as friends.
"The relationship has been full-on since the moment it turned romantic. There was no reason to wait and take it slow--they fell in love, and it feels right."

Debbie Harry thinks her solo work was ‘overlooked’

Debbie Harry believes the material in her 80s solo albums has been "overlooked".
The 68-year-old singer - who co-founded Blondie in the 70s with Chris Stein - pursued a solo career following the band's split in 1982 and although she was still working, Chris became unwell, suffering from auto-immune condition pemphigus vulgaris, and she had to care for him.
She explained to Mojo magazine: "It was a very difficult time. All I can say is that I did move on in the mid 80s and I started doing a series of solo albums which Chris wrote on and helped me with. I did not five up my career. I had a lot of tours and I had some smaller hits. I really think that there's some great material on those solo albums that I feel to a degree has been overlooked."
She began using her full name - Deborah Harry - with her third solo album, 'Def, Dumb & Blonde', in 1989, to help form her own identity and break away from the image created in Blondie.
Debbie added: "That's my proper name and I was trying to, as you say, draw a line in the sand between the Blondie identification and me as a solo artist. I think I was often confronted by the record company saying, 'Why can't you use the name Blondie?' Well, I'd like to use the name Blondie, but it's not Blondie, it's me."

Bruce Forsyth got ‘the flu’ on Strictly Come Dancing

Sir Bruce Forsyth has admitted 'Strictly Come Dancing' made him ill.
The 86-year-old entertainer recently announced he was stepping down from co-hosting the ballroom show, and he has now revealed his exit has come after he was "getting the flu" because of his workload.
Speaking on 'The Michael McIntyre Chat Show', he explained: "You get to the stage where you think this is enough. And I do get tired doing it.
"Live television is very strenuous, especially when some shows are an hour and 40 minutes. I have to do all the announcements and run up the stairs to get out of the way.
"I probably do that 40 or 50 times. And I was getting the flu. I always got flu in studios. They were so full of germs."
The veteran star had previously missed shows in both 2009 and 2013 due to illness, and it is believed he battled through on other occasions.
While he admitted it will "miss it like made", he is confident he made the right decision.
Bruce added: "I will miss it like mad, but it is a decision I would rather do this year than wait another year because you never know."

Lee Ryan ‘ashamed’ of arrest

Lee Ryan says his arrest has been a big "wake-up call".
The Blue singer - who was arrested on Friday (11.04.14) on suspicion of drink driving and later charged with failure to provide a specimen and criminal damage - has admitted he has "let people down".
He told the Daily Star Sunday newspaper: "I know I've let people down. Being arrested and ending up in a cell was the biggest wake-up call to me.
"It made me realise there is a problem I can't keep ignoring. I need to do something about it."
It was confirmed yesterday (12.04.14) that Lee - who was also found with a controlled substance in his possession - will be going to rehab to help him overcome his persona issues.
He added: "Me going to rehab isn't a cop-out. I still take full responsibility for the way I've behaved.
"There is nobody to blame but myself and I'm deeply ashamed of what has happened.
"I am doing this because I have finally admitted I need help. I want to stop hurting the people around me."

Kirsten Dunst considering directing career

Kirsten Dunst is considering a career in film-making.
The 31-year-old star has been acting since the 80s, starting off as a child star in TV series and moving onto films like 'Spider-Man' and 'Melancholia', but she has now admitted she is definitely interested in trying her hand at directing in future.
She told Harper's Bazaar magazine: "I would love it. I love getting immersed in things and being busy all the time."
However, she confessed she would have to leave the script-writing to someone more experienced as she doesn't think she has the right skills to write a good story.
She added: "It's just that I'm not going to write my own script. I don't think I can, I honestly don't. It would be easier to find a book to adapt."
Despite claiming that she's definitely interested in making the move behind the camera, Kirsten - who will next appear in 'The Two Faces of January' - says her career change is a while away yet.
She said: "I'm not interested in directing right now. Maybe in three years. Who knows? Maybe I'll have children then. I probably will - one day - want to try it."

Mollie King ‘checks out’ women more than men

Mollie King prefers checking out women to men.
The Saturdays beauty admitted while she doesn't like to compare herself to other women, she has "girl crushes" and even notices them before "guys" she sees in the street.
Speaking to The Sun on Sunday newspaper's Fabulous magazine, she said: "I don't [compare myself], but I definitely have girl crushes.
"If there's a hot couple walking down the street, I'll check out the girl before the guy - what she's wearing, how she's done her hair, what make-up she's wearing."
The pop star isn't the only girl in her group who can appreciate feminine beauty.
Her bandmate Rochelle Humes also revealed she doesn't mind looking at other women - and she even encourages her husband Marvin to do the same while he's hosting 'The Voice' UK.
Asked whether she minds him working with Kylie Minogue on the talent show, she said: "No! I was like, 'Oh my God, please look at her bum, is she that hot in real life?'
"I was at one of the live shows and saw it for myself. She is beautiful!"

Kate Moss keeps rock ‘n’ roll alive, says Chrissie Hynde

Kate Moss is flying the flag for rock 'n' roll, according to Chrissie Hynde.
The Pretenders frontwoman has praised the supermodel for keeping the spirit of the rock music scene "alive", but still criticised her for wearing fur.
She told the Mail on Sunday newspaper's Event magazine: "Kate flies the rock 'n' roll flag and she keeps it alive!
"Although she's a fur-whore and we all have a problem with that, Kate."
The 62-year-old singer also discussed contemporary pop stars like Miley Cyrus, and insisted they don't do enough for their music.
She explained: "I see a lot of these young girls who say they're singer/songwriters. It always turns out that their songs were written by some bunch of other guys.
"And these girls are all 'producers' too - because they walked through a studio one day. All they've ever done in their lives is sit in front of a computer. They haven't lived a life. I've never so much as looked at a Facebook page. Even my own.
"And what is twerking? I actually don't know what twerking is. If it's something that all the young girls do then I don't know why you're talking to me about it."

Nick Carter's brother missed his wedding due to his plane being delayed.
The Backstreet Boys singer married Lauren Kitt yesterday (12.04.14), but his 26-year-old sibling Aaron was unable to attend the ceremony in Santa Barbara, California after problems with his flight from Washington, DC.
He wrote on Instagram: "Really?? @USAirways @drakebell bro are we both sitting here?? Like really I DIDNT want to miss my bros wedding!! F**K!"
He later apologised to his brother, joking that he hopes the 'As Long As You Love Me' hitmaker doesn't "hate" him for missing his big day.
Aaron added: "Really p***ed off that I missed my brothers wedding today.. i hope he doesn't hate me .. I tried to get there... I'm sorry bro @nickcarter #technicalProblems"
Meanwhile, Nick's bandmate A.J. McLean had posted his congratulations just before he attended the rehearsal dinner on Friday night (11.04.14).
He said: "Chillin at the house getting ready to head to the rehearsal dinner of the wedding most of u thought would never happen but I'm so happy it is finally!
