Charlize Theron and Sean Penn are reportedly planning to get married "very soon".
The couple have only been dating for eight months but they are determined to take their relationship to the next level by tying the knot in her home country South Africa - where Sean is directing his beau in 'The Last Face' - later this summer.
A source said: "They want to get married very soon."
The 38-year-old beauty - who has two-year-old son Jackson - is reportedly keen to adopt a child with the 53-year-old hunk shortly after they've exchanged vows.
The insider told Us Weekly magazine: "Charlize always intended to have another child."
Sean - who already has 23-year-old daughter Dylan and 20-year-old son Hopper with his ex-wife Robin Wright - has also been bonding with Charlize's young son.
The insider added: "He is a father figure to him."
Meanwhile, the loved-up pair - who have known each other for 18 years - have watched each other change over the years and are looking forward to a positive future together as a couple.
The source explained: "Charlize has seen Sean grow up. He's a wiser soul and much more patient. They're looking to the future with a lot of hope."

One Direction singer Liam Payne has been busy recording a dance "banger".
While fans may know 1D more for their catchy harmonies, it appears that Liam, 20, is keen to take the boy band down a different musical path.
The singer posted a black and white photo of himself on Instagram with an accompanying caption that read: "Just going to bed been studio written a pure banger for you guys who like dance more info to come."
Fans of One Direction were quick to comment on the post and the initial reaction was overwhelmingly positive.
One fan enthused: "Can't wait!!!"
Liam and the other 1D band members, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan, have all been writing separately for their next album in order to take the LP - the follow-up to 'Midnight Memories' - in a new direction.
Zayn has been working with producer Naughty Boy, while Harry has been writing with Ed Sheeran - who previously penned their hit 'Little Things'.
Harry has previously revealed he always tries to draw on personal experiences when he's writing lyrics.
He said: "You're always going to draw inspiration for things that you're feeling, things that you've felt. It's kind of impossible not to unless there's an exact scenario that you're trying to write a song for."

Drake has had to pay $100,000 for lyrics he "borrowed" from another artist.
The 'Take Care' hitmaker was forced to fork out the huge sum after he copied lines from Rappin' 4-Tay's track 'Playaz Club' for his collaboration with YG on 'Who Do You Love'.
4-Tay was offended that the 27-year-old rapper had ripped off his lyrics and not credited him on the track and is believed to have approached the star's management to come to an agreement over the plagiarism, reports TMZ.
According to 4-Tay's manager the matter was soon solved after Drake's label agreed to pay the 'Problems' singer $100,000 for "borrowing" the lyrics and avoided a lawsuit being filed against them.
The news comes just days after Drake buried hatchet with his long-time rival Chris Brown after a photograph of them together in a recording studio appeared on Instagram.
Tension first erupted between the pair - who have both had on-again, off-again relationships with Rihanna - in New York City nightclub W.I.P. in 2012, when a violent fight left several people injured.
A source revealed to TMZ that the duo made a business decision to put their differences aside, as they believe they can make millions by teaming up together.
Drake, 27, has signed on to produce Chris' upcoming album, and is collaborating with him on several tracks.
The pair believe the album will be a huge hit because fans will want to pick apart the lyrics and compare their vocal abilities.
Another source told HollywoodLife.com: "[Drake] will work with anyone in the biz if he thinks the collaboration has the potential to be epic."

Jason Sudeikis and Jeremy Irons are to star in 'Race'.
The 'Horrible Bosses' funnyman and 'The Borgias' star have joined the cast of the upcoming Jesse Owens biopic which is to be directed by Stephen Hopkins, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Up-and-coming actor Stephan James will take on the role of black racing legend Owens, who won a record-breaking four Olympic gold medals in the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin, Germany during the rule of Adolf Hitler and the Nazi party.
Focus Features - who own the US distribution rights - described the movie as "an enthralling film about courage, determination, tolerance and friendship and an inspiring drama about one man's fight to become Olympic legend".
Sudeikis has signed on to play Owens' obsessive coach Larry Snyder - who coached athletes who set 14 world records and won eight Olympic gold medals - while Irons will play head of the American Olympic committee Avery Brundage, who fought to have the 1936 Olympics held in Berlin.
Hopkins will direct from a script written by Anna Waterhouse and Joe Shrapnel and will also produce alongside Kate Garwood via Totally Commercial Films, Jean Charles Levy for Forecast Pictures and Luc Dyan of ID+.
Sudeikis recently starred in 'We're the Millers' and is currently filming the male lead in 'Sleeping with Other People' while Irons is to portray Bruce Wayne's loyal butler Alfred in 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice'.
'Race' will begin shooting on July 24 in Montreal, Canada and on location at the Olympic stadium in Berlin.

Kevin Feige has denied claims Edgar Wright's ideas for 'Ant-Man' were "too far out".
The 'Guardians of the Galaxy' director has spoken out against suggestions that himself and Marvel Comics parted ways with the filmmaker - who was on board to direct the project - because his vision for it was "too far out".
Quizzed on whether the creative differences - cited as the reason for Wright's stepping down - had involved personality issues or whether Wright's vision for 'Ant-Man' felt out-of-sync with Marvel's wider universe of superheroes, Feige claimed it was a "combination".
He said: "We sat round a table and we realised it was not working. A part of me wishes we could have figured that out in the eight years we were working on it. But better for us and better for Edgar that we figure it out then, and not move it through production."
Speaking to The Guardian newspaper, he added: "The Marvel movies are very collaborative, and I think they are more collaborative than what he [Wright] had been used to. And I totally respect that.
"[But] the notion that Marvel was scared, the vision was too good, too far out for Marvel is not true ... It would have to be really out there to be too out there for us."
Peyton Reed has now taken over the reigns of the film, which will star Michael Douglas as Hank Pym (Ant-Man) - a brilliant scientist who invents a substance that allows him to change size.
'Ant-Man' is slated for release on July 17 2015.

Britain's Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall visited Jamie Oliver's restaurant in Cornwall yesterday (16.07.14).
The royal couple were on the last day of their official tour of the West Country of England when they made short stop at the Watergate Bay branch of his Fifteen restaurants.
The first in line to the throne, 65, and his wife Camilla, 66, arrived by car and were greeted by a row of happy chefs - who are taking part in Jamie Oliver's apprentice programme - waiting in the eatery.
Young people taking part in the programme - which gives unemployed people the chance to train with chefs at different Fifteen branches - spoke to Charles and Camilla about healthy eating and the skills they'd learnt so far, while also presenting them with snacks they had prepared for the occasion.
The pair also met with local traders and Charles - who is a keen supporter of home-grown produce - appeared very impressed with their collections of fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and more.
Following on from the visit, Charles and Camilla continued with the food theme by making a trip to the Camel Valley vineyard near Bodmin, where Camilla was gifted with a six-litre bottle of sparkling rosé wine ahead of her birthday today (17.07.14).

Gwyneth Paltrow was seen on a date with a "hot young guy" on Tuesday (15.07.14).
The 41-year-old actress - who separated from Chris Martin in March after 10 years of marriage - appeared close to the mystery man, who was described as having "dirty blond" hair, at New York restaurant Narcissa.
An onlooker told the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column: "He had curly, shaggy hair and looked like he was in his 30s. I think they may have been holding hands."
News of Gwyneth's date comes shortly after it was claimed she and her estranged husband - who have children Apple, 10, and Moses, eight, together - were growing increasingly close.
Last week, they further fuelled speculation they are getting back together after they were seen dining together with their kids numerous times in the Hamptons this week.
A source said: "They were operating like a couple, and with the kids looked like a happy family."
And it was recently claimed the former couple - who are still living together - had grown closer after the "pressure" to try and save their marriage eased.

Katie Price is selling her marital home.
The pregnant former glamour model has put the £2 million property in West Sussex, South East England, on the market because she wants a fresh start before her fifth child is born and the property - where husband Kieran Hayler cheated on her with her best friend Jane Pountney - holds too many bad memories.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "She wants a fresh start and to forget about what happened. This sale will be a big part of that."
Kieran has previously admitted that he had drunken sex with Jane in the stables and now Katie is unhappy visiting the area where the infidelity happened.
The insider added: "The stables hold very painful memories for her and she has been visiting them less and less."
The six-bedroom property was originally purchased by the 36-year-old beauty - who also has kids Harvey, 12, Junior, nine, and Princess, seven, from previous relationships, and 11-month-old Jett with KIeran - in 2010 with then-husband Alex Reid and she later lived there with her fiance Leandro Penna.

Monty Python are set to make £2.2 million each from their recent reunion.
The legendary comedy troupe - consisting of John Cleese, Michael Palin, Eric Idle, Terry Gilliam and Terry Jones - will all earn a seven-figure payday for their 10 shows at London's The O2 arena, which have been billed as the group's last ever gigs together.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Each will pocket at least £2.2million. That's quite a tidy little sum for just 10 days of them performing material they could recite in their sleep."
All 10 'Monty Python Live (Mostly): One Down, Five To Go' gigs have sold out, with some 20,000 fans attending each night, and the septuagenarian comics are set to earn even more money as they've sold lucrative TV rights for their final show on Sunday (20.07.14) to UKTV Gold. The gig will also be broadcast in cinemas around the world.
The lavish production - which features state-of-the-art sets, expensive video skits and backing dancers - is thought to cost £4.5 million to stage.
A portion of the profits will go to the estate of late Monty Python star Graham Chapman, who died in 1989 but continues to have a presence in the troupe's sketches.
The bumper payday will go a long way to help alleviate sitcom legend John Cleese's hefty alimony payments, as he has been ordered to pay ex-wife Alyce Faye Eichelberger around £600,000 a year until 2016.

Len Goodman has criticised stars for quitting the BBC in favour of ITV.
The 'Strictly Come Dancing' judge has spoken out about the habit of presenters and talent who begin their careers on the BBC leaving to work for rivals ITV when they're offered more money.
He said: "I can't stand these people. The BBC made them what they are and then they shoot off to ITV. You have to be a bit loyal in this game.
"I'd never not do Strictly, it's fantastic. I love it and without the BBC I would have got nothing."
Examples of BBC presenters who have switched to ITV include former Strictly judge Alesha Dixon - who joined ITV's 'Britain's Got Talent' for a big-money deal in 2012 - and former 'BBC Breakfast' host Susanna Reid, who now works on rival show 'Good Morning Britain'.
Len, 70, first joined the BBC in 2004 when the first series of Strictly aired and he insists that he will remain 100% loyal to the company.
He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I've been so fortunate to work on Strictly. Sometimes I read, 'Goodman isn't going to do it any more'. That's a load of nonsense. I'll never not do it for as long as they ask me to do the show."

Kate Mara claims 'Fantastic Four' will not be based on any existing comic books.
The 31-year-old actress - who is set to star as Susan "Sue" Storm in the upcoming reboot of the film franchise - has revealed the storyline isn't based on any material that has been published in the past.
Quizzed on whether she was a fan of comic books, Mara said: "I've never been a fan of comics, I've never actually read one. I was going to for this movie but the director said it wasn't necessary.
"Well, actually he told us that we shouldn't do it because the plot won't be based on any history of anything already published.
"So I chose to follow his instructions. The one fact is I am a fan of comic book movies, so it's very exciting to be part of a movie like this."
Mara will be taking over the role from Jessica Alba, who played Storm in 2005's 'Fantastic Four' and 2007's 'Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer' directed by Tim Story, but she's admitted she's not nervous.
Speaking about how she feels about being the new Invisible Woman in the Josh Trank directed film, she told Esquire Mexico: "I don't feel more responsibility with this role than I've felt with others. I understand there are many fans of Fantastic Four and I guess they expect a lot from me, but I prefer not to be pressured by that.
"We are also trying to create a new way of seeing these superheroes, I'm focusing on making her [Storm] as real as possible."
'Fantastic Four' is slated for release on June 19 2015.
