Halle Berry believes in aliens.
The 47-year-old actress claims extraterrestrial life exists somewhere in the atmosphere and she hopes one day humans will have the technology to finally meet them.
Speaking on the 'Late Show with David Letterman' last night (07.07.14), she said: "I don't believe we are the only species in existence. My ego doesn't tell me that we're the only ones who survived ... it might take us 20 years to get to those other life forms, but I think they are out there."
Meanwhile, the brunette beauty took part in a zero-gravity flight - which allows passengers to feel complete weightlessness - in preparation for her role as a pregnant astronaut in her new TV series 'Extant', but she admits the experience left her feeling a little queasy.
She explained: "I did well until the fifteenth time [we dived down]. When you're diving down, that's when you're experiencing zero-G."
However, Halle - who has nine-month-old son Maceo and six-year-old daughter Nahla - admits, despite her uneasy stomach, she enjoyed the flying experience.
She said: "It's a really delightful sensation; everyone cracks up laughing. To be upside down and not have a head rush is probably an experience you've never had before ... You're just flying."

Snooki threw Jwoww a surprise baby shower on Monday (07.07.14).
The former 'Jersey Shore' beauty reportedly organised a second party for her ex co-star to celebrate the upcoming arrival of her baby daughter, according to RadarOnline.
Snooki - whose real name is Nicole Polizzi - arranged for their mutual friends to gather at a home in New Jersey to shower the mother-to-be with lavish gifts, before the pair were seen leaving the property with balloons and bags.
JWoww - whose real name is Jenni Farley - previously hosted a party in May, which involved drag queens and alcoholic beverages for the non-pregnant guests.
The 28-year-old star is set to welcome the tiny tot into the world with her fiancé Roger Matthews later this month, but her pregnancy has been a on-going battle as she was suffering from sciatica - a condition that causes pain to radiate down the spine, hips and bottom - but she refused to take pain killers to curb the discomfort.
She said previously of her unborn daughter: "She's perfect and because of that I'll take all the back pain in the world! I can't wait to meet her in a few weeks!"
Meanwhile, Snooki, 26 - who already has 22-month-old son Lorenzo with her fiancé Jionni LaValle - will also welcome a baby daughter in two months time and admits she and JWoww will be raising their children together and hopes they will see one another as family.
She said: "Me and Jenni see each other almost every single day. I just feel like our kids are bound to be best friends and hang out all the time. They're going to grow up and be like cousins. They'll like each other, I hope."

Khloé Kardashian feels like she's "been pregnant for six years."
The 30-year-old reality TV star, who filed for divorce from her estranged husband Lamar Odom in December - believes people have been claiming she's expecting her first child for over half a decade and she admits, at first, she struggled to deal with the false baby rumours.
Speaking to PEOPLE.com, she said: "I feel like I've been pregnant for six years!
"I used to get offended, like, 'Do I look fat today?' or 'Why are they saying that?' But they just say it. Before I was like, 'Do I have a baby bump? Is my belly sticking out?' But no, I mean, one day the rumour will be true, I hope, but who knows? Until then, it is what it is."
The brunette beauty - whose sisters Kim and Kourtney both have children of their own - has spoken publicly about her struggles to fall pregnant in the past, but still dreams of becoming a mother one day.

Kim Kardashian is planning her sister Kourtney's baby shower.
The 33-year-old reality TV star - who has 12-month-old daughter North with husband Kanye West - is starting to gather ideas for her older sibling's party in celebration of the upcoming arrival of her third child later this year.
Speaking to E! News, Kim said: "I love planning things now! I can talk to Khloé - their younger sister - about it later today. I'm going to get the ball rolling. I was on a plane and I got inspired by something. It's going to be small and intimate, it's not going to be a big, huge, baby shower.
"All of her best friends [will be there]. I think they kind of trickle down as you get to your third baby. They [the baby showers] get smaller and smaller and smaller."
Kourtney - who has Mason, four, and Penelope, two, with her partner Scott Disick - recently admitted that her pregnancy news came as a huge shock as she and Scott were not planning to have another baby just yet.
Meanwhile, Kourtney's mother Kris Jenner was over the moon when she discovered the brunette beauty, 35, is expecting again, but she is now trying to encourage her and Scott, who have been together four eight years, to get married.
A source said previously: "Committing to parent three kids, when you haven't even committed to each other doesn't cut it in Kris' book. She comes from a time when, if a girl got pregnant and was still single, she got married as soon as possible.
"And although she understands times have changed, she still has religious values and feels it's only right that Scott make an 'honest woman' out of her little girl."

Britain's Prince Charles enjoyed a glass of Pimms in Somerset today (08.07.14).
The 65-year-old royal took a trip to the south west of England to meet with local residents, politicians and business owners who had fallen victim to flooding and witness firsthand how things have changed in the last five months since his visit.
Spirits were high as Charles arrived at the village of Muchelney and sipped on the refreshing summer drink as he was told how the community had rallied together in the wake of the natural disaster.
The scene was a far cry from last February, when the heir to the throne first visited the location and was forced to travel on a makeshift boat due to the volume of dirty floodwater.
According to the MailOnline, villager Maxine Gryce said: "It's nice that he's come back to the area. He seems a nice man and I do think he really does care.
"When he came here last time he just put on his wellies and got in the boat like everyone else. It was almost nicer because it didn't seem like there was any health and safety or anything."
Earlier in the day, Charles toured Glastonbury Abbey with music festival founder Michael Eavis and met with key members from Visit Somerset, who are striving to prevent tourism from suffering in the wake of the flooding.
He also went to Michael Eavis Railway Station and showed his support for First Great Western's 'Be A Great Westerner' campaign to boost tourism.

Cher Lloyd's husband fell for her instantly.
The 'Swagger Jagger' hitmaker - who married hairdresser Craig Monk in November last year - has revealed there was an instant connection between the pair when they went for a cigarette break together at the salon where he worked following her stint on the seventh series of 'The X Factor' in 2010.
She told the Metro newspaper: "It's embarrassing how we met when I think about it. I went to a hair salon to get my hair done just after I got off 'The X Factor'. I wanted to go for a cigarette but I couldn't go out the front because it was swimming with paparazzi.
"He was the only one who could take me out the back. So that's where I met him."
The 20-year-old singer was surprised that Craig, 23, was so taken with her as she wasn't looking her best at the time and insists it was him that made the first move.
She explained: "I had a plastic bag over my head because I was getting my hair stripped so it was ginger at the time and I had taken half my make-up off because I had a pimple and spots so I wanted my skin to breathe.
"I remember he touched my arm saying, 'Let's have a look at your tattoos', but blatantly he was just touching my arm.
"I always say to him, 'You weren't looking at my tattoos. You were just looking at my arms.' "
Cher - who married Craig in a secret ceremony last year - announced the news of their nuptials by posting a photograph of the couple on Instagram.
The pretty brunette was seen wearing a white lace wedding gown and captioned the photo with the image of a love heart.

Zoe Saldana had a "beautiful" time after splitting from Bradley Cooper.
The 'Avatar' actress dated the 'Silver Linings Playbook' actor for around a year until December 2012 and though she met her now-husband Marco Perego just a few months later, she cherished her time alone.

'Geordie Shore' has been banned from filming in Blackpool.
The cast of the reality TV show won't be allowed to bring their wild antics to the UK seaside resort, with the local council decided to snub their request.
Councillor Graham Cain, Cabinet Member for Tourism and Leisure, told the Blackpool Gazette: "On a daily basis we receive requests from production companies wishing to film in Blackpool.
"As a town that relies on tourism we have to be careful about allowing any programmes to film in the resort which may have a detrimental effect on the town's 
economy.
"We prefer to work with companies that appeal to our target market of families and do so on a regular basis. All requests are carefully considered but on this occasion we chose to refuse Lime Pictures' application for permission."
It is said the cast member's behaviour was considered "less than savoury" and "off message" for the popular seaside destination.
Show bosses were hoping to film a night out in Blackpool as part of the programme's ninth series, but they will have to find another setting for the episodes.
