Britain's Prince William has taken a job as an air ambulance helicopter pilot.
The 32-year-old royal - who is second in line to the British throne - is believed to have taken on the position
with the East Anglian Air Ambulance, based near Anmer Hall, in order to stay close to his son Prince George and his wife, the Duchess of Cambridge.
According to the Mail Online, William will start the £40,000-a-year job in September - which has a flexible four days on, three days off shift pattern - allowing him to remain a hands-on dad to his one-year-old son.
It is believed that Duchess Catherine, 32, and Prince George will join William in Amner for a large part of each week, residing at the Queen's Sandringham estate, as he is keen for the toddler to experience a rural upbringing.
Although Royal Communications have declined to comment on the news, it is thought that Kensington Palace officials will confirm that the Prince is stepping back from his full-time royal duties to pursue his career with the air ambulance service in the next few weeks.
Beyonce and Jay Z are planning to split.
The couple - who are currently on their joint 'On The Run' world tour - are said to be working out a way to break-up without divorcing following the final dates of tour in Paris this December and have already removed their wedding rings.
A source told The New York Post's Page Six: "There are no rings, if you haven't noticed.
"They are trying to figure out a way to split without divorcing . . . This is a huge concert tour and they've already gotten most of the money from the promoters up front."
The source added that the tour will be the last for Jay Z, 44, and Beyonce, 32, after marriage counsellors failed to help them get their relationship back on track.
It is believed the couple - who have a 2-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy - thought having their first child would bring them closer again but they soon started to go their separate ways.
The source explained: "For just a split moment, things got real for them and she was even talking about adding to the family.
"But, after a while, Jay was out doing Jay and Bey was out doing Bey. They made the classic mistake of thinking a child would change everything and help to rekindle the initial fire, and it didn't."
The news comes just two months after Beyonce's sister Solange Knowles was seen attacking Jay in leaked security footage from an elevator as the trio made their way out of a Met Ball after-party in New York.
A statement was later released, saying: "At the end of the day families have problems and we're no different. We love each other and above all we are family. We've put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same."
Scarlett Johansson is getting married next month.
The 29-year-old actress was overheard telling fellow guests at a dinner thrown by Martha Stewart at her East Hampton estate on Saturday (19.07.14) that she and French journalist Romain Dauriac - with who she is expecting her first child - will tie the knot in four weeks, the New York Post newspaper reports.
The wedding venue is being kept secret, but it is expected the 'Lucy' star will either marry in her fiance's native Paris, or in the Hamptons, where they have been spending most of the summer.
Scarlett and Romain were joined at the dinner - which marked the launch of $400-a-bottle Dom Pérignon's P2-1998 champagne - by the likes of Howard Stern and his wife Beth Ostrosky, Katie Couric, Matt Lauer, Barbara Walters, Rachel Zoe and Harvey Weinstein.
The 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier' star has admitted she would probably "wing it" on her big day.
She said previously: "I don't plan anything. I'm terrible at planning. Yeah, I'm not gonna plan anything - I like to wing it!"
Scarlett - who was married to Ryan Reynolds from 2008 until 2011 - previously admitted she finds it "easier" to date someone not in the public eye.
She said: `"It is [easier to be with someone who isn't famous], but it's more than that. We do different things. He's [Romain] in the whole art-scene world. So it's nice, because we can enjoy each other's worlds, but we don't have our crazy conflicting schedules and all that other stuff to contend with."
The members of legendary comedy troupe 'Monty Python' performed together for the final time on Sunday (20.07.14).
Eric Idle, 71, John Cleese, 74, Michael Palin, 71, Terry Gilliam, 73, and Terry Jones, 72, took their last bow together at London's O2 arena following a sold-out 10 night run which pocketed them all £2.2million each.
Celebrities including James Corden, David Walliams and Rob Brydon attended while Mike Myers and Eddie Izzard featured in some of the sketches on the last night of the One Down, Five To Go performances which included many of their classics such as the Dead Parrot sketch.
The troupe received a standing ovation from the crowd of 20,000 at the arena, while the final night was broadcast on UKTV GOLD and in cinemas around the world.
As the quintet took their final bow, the caption Monty Python 1969-2014 could be seen before being replaced by a sign which told the audience to "P**s Off".
The lavish production - which featured state-of-the-art sets, expensive video skits and backing dancers - is thought to have cost £4.5 million to stage.
A portion of the profits will go to the estate of late 'Monty Python' star Graham Chapman, who died in 1989 but continues to have a presence in the troupe's sketches.
Speaking before the final performance, Idle told The Sun newspaper: "I'd just like to be remembered at the end of the show for getting through it. How would I like to be remembered? With a small ripple of applause!"
Katie Price claims Kieran Hayler first cheated on her when she was in hospital after giving birth to their son.
The 36-year-old star confessed earlier this year that she'd discovered her husband had been having a "full blown sexual affair" with her best friend Jane Pountney and she's now revealed that they first got together while she was in hospital after having an emergency Caesarean section when her waters broke prematurely.
Katie, Kieran, her children - Harvey, 12, nine-year-old Junior and seven-year-old Princess - and Jane and her husband Derrick were all on holiday in France when she first suspected something was going on between them and she now claims they took advantage of her being in hospital.
She told The Sun newspaper: "They had their first sex in the bathroom upstairs in the villa. Later on, they had sex in my bed while I was lying in hospital alone.
"I felt so scared. All I wanted was for Kieran to visit me but he kept saying his shoulder was hurting and he needed to rest. I couldn't reach Kieran on his phone and kept texting Jane asking to tell Kieran to come and visit but she was not passing the messages on.
"Instead, she was telling him things like, 'You're just one of many, Katie will get rid of you soon'."
Katie - who is now heavily pregnant with her and Kieran's second child - had had a traumatic experience giving birth to Jett but claims her spouse rarely came to the hospital to see if they were OK, and instead continued his affair, even after she had been discharged.
She added: "Apparently, I once returned to the villa just 10 minutes after they finished having sex in the kitchen ... I felt like I had lost the man I'd married. Deep inside, I was really struggling. He had dramatically changed and now I know why."
Dannii Minogue is planning a UK TV comeback.
The 42-year-old singer - who starred as a judge on 'The X Factor' from 2007 to 2010 - has revealed she wants to return to British television screens and is waiting for an opportunity that can live up to the popular ITV reality show.
She told Fault magazine: "I've been having meetings. I definitely want to come back and do something - I'm just trying to find the right thing.
"Leaving X Factor here when it was just such a juggernaut... you kind of want it (the new project) to be something just as special."
The 'All I Wanna Do' hitmaker also expressed an interest in working in television production.
She explained: "I am looking for projects where I can be involved, not just as hired talent but from the production side.
"I'd love to being doing both: Being on camera and also involved in the production."
Meanwhile, Dannii - who played Emma Jackson on 'Home and Away' from 1989 to 1990 before her character left Summer Bay to take a job as an air hostess - previously admitted she'd love to reprise her role and get back together with her former co-stars.
She said: "I'd love to get back on the 'Home and Away' set and have a revisit. I think anything is possible with the right scriptwriters. I think it would be fun.
"There are a few old friends there who were there when I was on, so it could be great."
The pretty brunette - whose sister Kylie Minogue starred on rival soap 'Neighbours' in the '80s - also confessed she'd like to make a cameo appearance in prison drama 'Wentworth'.
She said: "I would love to do 'Wentworth' - really. No make-up, a prison outfit, working the press and the bad Dannii would come back. Now that would interest me."
Rose Byrne says Glenn Close is a "joker" on set.
The 'Damages' actress was worried at how her co-star would behave on set, and has revealed while she was expecting to "feel intimidated", she actually became a victim of one of the veteran's pranks during filming for the legal thriller which ran for five years.
She told The Observer Magazine: "I was worried I was going to meet Glenn Close and feel intimidated.
"Thankfully on the first day of shooting 'Damages' she proved to be ever the joker, blowing up a big picture of Brad Pitt in my dressing room for me. We worked together on 'Troy', and had shared a naked seen."
However, the 'Insidious' star wouldn't have been able to get her own back after the creative prank, having admitted that she is "not a natural" when it comes to comedy, despite starring in 'Bridesmaids'.
She added: "I'm not a natural comedian but I try. 'Bridesmaids' was like a breath of fresh air for me as I'd longed to do comedy for a while.
"I think we all harbour secret ambitions and that was mine - I'd always been limited to being seen as a serious actor. Thankfully, it worked out."
Anna Passey is "obsessed" with Ryan Gosling.
The 'Hollyoaks' star - who plays Sienna Blake on the Channel 4 soap - has revealed she has a huge crush on the Hollywood A-lister, who is reportedly expecting his first child with glamorous girlfriend Eva Mendes, and would love to cook him a romantic meal.
She told Now magazine: "I'm obsessed with him! I'd make him a really bloody steak."
The soap actress says she's a good cook, but doesn't really enjoy spending time in the kitchen.
She explained: "I find it all a bit hot and boring. I love baking, though, so if I ever go to a party I'll bring something I've baked. Chocolate Guinness cake is my speciality!"
Anna also praised the kitchen skills of her co-star Sophie Austin, who plays Lindsey Butterfield.
She added: "I live over the road from her and her fiancé and they call me when my tea's ready! She always makes something very healthy, such as salmon salad - and she has a freezer full of ice cream!"
Sinitta thinks Mel B will add "spice" to 'The X Factor' judging panel.
The 'So Macho' singer, who is one of show boss Simon Cowell's closest confidantes, says the Spice Girls star's straight-talking approach is sure to make for great TV.
She told Closer magazine: "I think it did need a bit of spice in there.
"Mel B wants everyone to know why she's Queen Mel B. So I'm excited for a lot of reasons."
Sinitta reckons all of the judges - Mel, Simon, Cheryl Cole and Louis Walsh - will want to prove their credentials on the new series, but she believes we'll see a softer side to Simon, who became a father in February.
She added: "Louis wants to show Cheryl why he belongs on the panel.
"I think Simon, as much as he is very decisive and a genius at discovering, mentoring and organising new talent, is in a different place in his life right now.
"His heart is all wide open with his baby Eric - I think we're going to see a softer Simon."
La Roux always wanted quality over quantity.
The 'Bulletproof' singer - whose real name is Elly Jackson - explained she is a person who would much rather spend "three months" on a project and make it perfect, rather than rush just to get more work done at a much lower standard, and admitted she was even like that at school.
She told the Sunday Times newspaper's Culture magazine: "I was the person that would spend three months on one drawing. Everybody else would be handing in tons of coursework, and I'd be like, 'Look, this drawing is amazing'.
"And they'd say, 'But Elly, you're supposed to have handed in another 10 pages of this'. 'Yeah? But this one thing I'm handing in is, like, way better than the rest of the class.' "
She has carried this belief into her musical career, and as she prepares for the release of 'Trouble in Paradise' - the follow-up to 2009's self-titled debut - she is still happy to take her time.
She added: "Time doesn't really mean anything these days. We're already half-way through 2014, and what have most people achieved?
"It took us two and a half years to make this record, but I'm like, 'Do you know what? Two and a half years ain't very long' ... We'd say something [to the label] like, 'We've only done three songs'.
"And then one of us would go, 'Yeah, but they sound really great'. I don't understand how people do it quicker, though ... It's almost like you can hear the panic in them."
Lorde says Kanye West is like her "school principal".
The 'Royals' hitmaker has admitted she looks up to the 37-year-old rapper like a school teacher who has taught her everything she knows about pop music.
She told The Guardian: "(He's) like my school principal, if the school is pop."
The 17-year-old singer has also revealed that Kanye inspired her to have confidence in herself and doesn't care that people think she is arrogant.
She explained: "I like making grand statements. The name Lorde is quite grand and a little bit arrogant. I like that, I like the intensity of it.
"I don't mind. I'm a really big fan of Kanye West. He's confident and I like that."
Meanwhile, the Grammy Award-winner - who shot to fame after releasing her debut album 'Pure Heroine' in 2013 - has revealed her follow-up album will have a "different vibe".
She previously told the BBC: "I think I've learned so much as a songwriter, there's going to be so much of an improvement because of that. I'm working on stuff quite tentatively, it's definitely still at the beginning and yeah, it's totally different."
She added: "I wrote the last album about that world which was the suburb where I grew up and populated by my friends and people who were really familiar to me. Now I'm in a different place every day and I'm with new people every day and it's a different vibe."
