Lady Gaga has wished her "hero" Taylor Kinney a happy birthday.
The 'Applause' hitmaker posted a message to her boyfriend on Twitter yesterday (15.07.14) to wish him all the best on his big day as he celebrated turning 33.
She tweeted: "Happy Birthday to my darling @TaylorKinney11 he plays a hero on TV but in real life he's my Hero."
The 'Chicago Fire' actor also took to Twitter to thank his fans for their kind messages, and wished a happy birthday to anyone who happened to be celebrating their own milestone.
He wrote: "Thank you all! Lots of love ... If anyone else has a B-day today, happy happy! Here comes the sun. God bless."
While Gaga described him as her "hero", Taylor called his girlfriend an inspiration earlier this year and insisted their relationship works because they believe in each other.
He previously said: "It's someone who's always in your corner, that believes in you and your work, and vice versa.
"You know, I love what she does and her work and music and charity. She inspires so many people including myself."

Glenn Close: Mental illness isn’t shameful

Glenn Close wants mental illness to not be seen as a taboo.
The 'Guardians of the Galaxy' actress - whose sister has bipolar disorder - has called out for people to discuss the issue more freely and realise it isn't something to be ashamed of.
She told the New York Daily News newspaper: "It is part of the human condition ... Actually, because so many people are affected by it, it is something that should be a uniting, hope-filled issue rather than something that people have always been loathed to talk about, and afraid and shamed about it."
The 67-year-old star - who is a founder of the Bring Change 2 Mind charity aiming to end the stigma surrounding mental illness - called for people to speak openly about it, given that they are likely to know someone suffering in some way.
She added: "It's really important to now be able to have open conversation about it."
She isn't the only star to open up about certain issues, and Demi Lovato has spoken about her father - who passed away on June 22, 2013 after battling cancer - and his own illness in the past.
She previously said: "My dad suffered from severe mental illness so at least there's peace in knowing he's not suffering anymore."

Jonas Brothers set for summer reunion

The Jonas Brothers are set to get back together this summer.
The 'SOS' hitmakers - made up of brothers Kevin, 26, Joe, 24, and 22-year-old Nick - are reportedly planning a reunion just nine months after they announce their split.
A source told RadarOnline.com: "The Jonas Brothers have settled their differences and are going to be reuniting by the end of this summer .... The boys are extremely close and have realized that they need each other more than they would like to believe.
"Kevin has adapted well to fatherhood, Joe is doing really well and has seemed to have beaten his demons and Nick just really wants to get back to making music."
When the three siblings announced the band's breakup in October 2013, their representative claimed there was a "deep rift within the band".
However, it is said any issues between the brothers have now been dealt with.
An insider added: "There was a lot going on with all of them at the time.
"Kevin was getting ready to have a child with his wife Danielle, Joe was dealing with some personal issues and Nick was simply feeling restless and wanted to test the waters on his own."

Lily Allen bans ‘all internet’ from home

Lily Allen has "banned" the internet and social media in her house.
The 'Hard Out Here' singer has admitted she doesn't want her too very young daughters - Ethel, two, and 18-month-old Marnie - discovering the controversial things she has said and hopes it will be hidden by the time they "are old enough to Google".
Speaking on BBC Radio 1 today (15.07.14), she said: "We ban all social media, all internet is banned in our house.
"I'm just trying to say as much stuff as I possibly can so that when my kids are old enough to Google, all the bad things have got so far back in the internet they're on page 7,465,000."
Lily has also revealed in the past that she has had to "tone it down" when it comes to her performances because husband Sam Cooper doesn't think it's appropriate for their children to see.
She previously admitted: "He's told me to tone it down now I'm a mum. On my last tour, when I sang 'Not Fair', I used to act out fellatio using my microphone.
"Recently I have been rehearsing for this new tour and Sam said, 'You're not doing that thing again are you?' I said not if he didn't want me to. And he said no as he didn't think it's good for the kids.' "

Cameron Diaz: Kids’ questions catch parents ‘off guard’

Cameron Diaz says children can catch their parents "off guard" with certain questions.
The 'Sex Tape' star insisted her new raunchy comedy is actually "really relatable" for people with kids because her on-screen daughter Giselle Eisenberg poses the kind of deep questions every parent will recognise.
She told E! News: "It is real, it's really relatable. Giselle has a hilarious scene in the movie where she talks about, you know, what is this all about where we go to sleep and we get up again, like 'when is this going to end?!'
"And kids can really ask those questions that take you off guard as an adult and you have to think about those moments like, right, you're a kid, you don't really understand what this is about."
Cameron - who doesn't have any kids of her own - added that despite having to give the answers to their children, even adults don't really "know what it's about" yet.
She said: "I think as an adult you still don't know what it's about ... I think that's what's really fun about this movie.
"It's so relatable. People who have kids are going to watch it and go oh my god, that's that kind of question my kids ask!"

Jimmy Fallon treats Tonight Show staff?

Jimmy Fallon treated his 'Tonight Show' team to a feast as a 'thank you' for their work.
The chat show host reportedly showed his gratitude to 120 members of staff by ordered food and alcohol for the whole crew.
According to the Daily Mirror newspaper, Jimmy made the gesture after finishing filming at the Rockefeller Centre in New York.
He is said to have ordered hundreds of cheeseburgers and a side of onion rings from Pop Burger, while there was also plenty of booze available too.
A source said that the comedian, 39, addressed his staff - including house band The Roots - through a microphone, thanking them for all their hard work in contributing to his success.
Jimmy took over the 'Tonight Show' in February, but last month he insisted becoming a father to Winnie Rose, who was born via a surrogate last July, had made 2014 a truly "amazing" year for him.
He previously said: "This has been the craziest year of my life. But being a father is the most exciting, amazing thing that ever happened to me.
"And everything's going well on the show. My life has never been this cool."

Katie Price tells Kelly Brook to stop hiding her curves

Katie Price says Kelly Brook needs to stop hiding her curves.
The former glamour model has hit out at her rival - despite calling her "beautiful" - by claiming she is "fooling the consumer" by hiding her real body shape in photo shoots.
Speaking on her FUBAR Radio show today (15.07.14), she said: "I'm not having a pop at Kelly, because I think she's one of the most beautiful women around, but she does look quite curvy and she's always in the gym, but she's looking bigger than she normally does.
"When you look at her campaign pictures she looks amazing and it's fooling the consumer ... Why can't she show her real body off? I'm quite happy at photocalls standing there in my underwear.
"So why don't people like Kelly Brook stand there in her underwear and show off what she really looks like? Show it. She's stunning, she's a beautiful looking woman and she's got curves, so don't be afraid of it."
Katie also offered her thoughts on Kelly's whirlwind romance with fiance David McIntosh - who she got engaged to in March 2014 after just a month of dating - and admitted she didn't think they'd go the distance.
She said: "I don't think they'll last. Prove me wrong, I hope they do. I met him once, maybe twice. I don't really know him."

Halle Berry is "as sweet as" her cookies.
The 'Extant' actress is apparently very talented at baking tasty treats, and her eight-year-old co-star Pierce Gagnon has claimed she has the kind personality to match her skills in the kitchen.
According to E! News, he said: "I met Halle on the first day when I walked into my trailer there were some cookies there and I ate them all. I went over to say thank you and she's been really nice.
"She's been as sweet as those cookies ever since. I know I'm supposed to be amazed that she's this big Oscar winner - and I've learned a lot from her - but what I think is really cool is that she's just a sweet, nice person."
Meanwhile Halle - who has daughter Nahla, six, from her relationship with Gabriel Aubry, and son Maceo, eight months, with husband Olivier Martinez - recently admitted she was glad to be working on the new TV show because it gives her "stability" and lets her be close to her family.
She previously explained: "My days of being a traveling gypsy have come to an end.

Melissa McCarthy was ‘really scary’ in high school

Melissa McCarthy's husband thought she was "really scary" before they dated.
The 'Bridesmaids' actress married her co-star in October 2005, and Ben Falcone has admitted he "stared at her in horror" when she was flaunting a wild "goth" image in high school.
Speaking on 'Chelsea Lately', he said: "She was a couple years older than me. She was in college in my hometown where I went to high school [and] she was this goth person.
"She had blue hair and she was really scary. In a good way! Scary and pretty ... I just stared at her in horror.
"She wore kabuki makeup and blue hair and heavy black coats in the summertime. She had a whole thing."
Ben also claimed the girls he hung out with were jealous of Melissa for being able to "dress like that", and he was delighted to end up marrying his high school sweetheart.
He explained: "I had long bangs and a couple of earrings and 'A Clockwork Orange' shirts and Tevas.
"I had a whole situation...I was light-alt...The girls that I knew were also light-alt, and they would look - they didn't know it was Melissa - and they would say, 'Man, I wish my mom would let me dress like that.'
"So I knew who she was all those years ago and then I married her many years later."

Cameron Diaz is aware of sex tape dangers

Cameron Diaz is aware of the pitfalls of filming a sex tape - and has no intention of becoming another victim.

Reflecting on the potential pitfalls of making a personal porno at a New York screening of the film on Monday night (14.07.14), Cameron told the USA Today newspaper: "That is one of those things that we, as a society, have to pay attention to. Just because technology is there it doesn't mean that it has to own us.
"We can utilise it however we want, you know, and if you're going to put your most valuable material into other people's hands, it's a good thing to make sure that it can't just go anywhere."
Cameron was joined at the event by Jason, 34, and a host of other stars, including Katrina Bowden, Julie Henderson, Britne Oldford,
Away from the silver screen several celebrities have been victims of publicly leaked sex tapes such as Pamela Anderson, Paris Hilton, Colin Farrell and Kim Kardashian.

Danielle O’Hara: I do have an alcohol problem

Danielle O'Hara believes she does have an "alcohol problem".
The former beauty queen - who has three sons Archie, Harry and George with her soccer player husband Jamie O'Hara - is adamant she isn't an alcoholic but accepts she gets "too friendly" when she's had too much to drink and can behave badly, much to the annoyance of her 27-year-old spouse.
After a few drinks, Jamie thinks that Danielle - who was criticised for her behaviour while under the influence during a trip to Las Vegas -has a tendency to act like she is single.
Speaking in the new issue of OK! magazine, she said: "I don't think I'm an alcoholic because I don't wake up wanting a drink, but I do have a problem with alcohol. I become too friendly.
"Jamie says, 'When you're not drunk you're Danielle O'Hara and when you're drunk you become Danielle Lloyd, and I don't like it.'"
Danielle also defended her husband against rumours he had been physically abusive during a spat with fellow holidaymakers when the couple and their friends were in Las Vegas in June to celebrate her 30th birthday.
The couple - who racked up a £4,500 bar bill on the day the row occurred - were spotted having a very a public argument with a group of men but she denies rumours the altercation caused problems between them.
Danielle insisted Jamie was just trying to calm her down after the group made a lewd comment about her as she swam in a pool, and in no way got physical with her.
She explained: "I'd just got out of the pool and one of the lads made a comment about me being wet and my brother kicked off. He was like, 'She's not a f***ing piece of meat!' We were all arguing and they were going to fight. I was annoyed at my brother, but I was also trying to protect him. Because I was going mad, Jamie was trying to calm me down.'
She added: "The worst part was that people made out Jamie and I were arguing and that he'd hit me, but Jamie would never hit me, he'd be too scared of me hitting him back!'
"I felt terrible. I woke up thinking, 'What the hell happened?' I've got three kids, that shouldn't have happened. The worst part was when my cousin ran into my room saying get out of bed you're all over the internet! I'm a mum and I didn't want my boys to see the footage ... When I'm drunk people can't control me, I push them away and won't listen ... I can be a bitch when I'm drunk."
