Madonna's daughter is relieved to have finished high school.
Lourdes Leon, 17, whose father is personal trainer Carlos Leon, is set to attend the University of Michigan later this year, where she will pursue a bachelor's degree of fine arts in drama and theatre and could not be happier that her high school days are over.
Blogging on the Material Girl website, she wrote: "I don't know if u heard (sarcasm) but I GRADUATED. GRAAAAAD. UATED. From High School. It's very difficult to wrap my head around because I feel like its something I've been talking about FOR EVER and it finally happened.
"There also isn't the ominous presence of another year of high school and test taking up ahead like there usually is when you're about mid way into the beautiful summer (sic)."
Lourdes also revealed that she attended New York City's LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts prom with her classmates and despite some "awkward" moments, she had a great time.
She wrote: "A week before graduation I attended the classic party every American teenager goes to despite the really bad music - this is known as prom. What can I say? Those of you who have been probably know exactly what I'm talking about.
"Of course I had a beautiful time but I'll attribute that to the fact that I partied with my awesome friends all night.
"Not to mention awkwardly avoiding teachers because you may or may not have had some champagne and it would be weird to talk to them.
"I got to spend an entire weekend kicking it with my high school homies. It was a great way to end the year.(sic)"
Ray J has been charged with sexual battery for allegedly groping a woman's breast.
It was revealed yesterday (22.07.14) the 'I Hit It First' singer has been charged with 10 misdemeanour offences after being arrested at the Beverly Wilshire hotel in May and new details have now emerged over one of the charges following some confusion.
Police had originally been called to the Beverly Hills establishment after the singer - who is the younger brother of Brandy Norwood - had brushed up against a woman's butt, but officers at the time insisted it wasn't sexual battery because the contact was incidental.
However, according to TMZ, Ray was seen by multiple witnesses, both staff and patrons, grabbing a woman's chest, prompting the sexual battery charge.
Both the hotel lobby and bar are filled with surveillance cameras which cover every angle of both rooms, while another witness described the singer as "wacked out on something" when he entered the bar.
The 33-year-old star will be arraigned on all 10 charges on Friday (25.07.14), but is not required to be in court.
As well as sexual battery, the singer faces four charges of resisting arrest, three counts of assault and battery, and two counts of vandalism.
After being asked to leave the hotel due to his "rowdy" antics, Ray - who is best known for appearing in a sex tape with then-girlfriend Kim Kardashian - refused to go so security made a citizen's arrest.
Law enforcement officers then arrived at the scene and the R&B star allegedly kicked out the back window of the police car and spat in an arresting officer's face as he was being handcuffed.

The new 'Fantastic Four' will be "different from other comic book films".
Scriptwriter Simon Kinberg has promised the ambitious reboot of the superhero franchise will be unlike anything fans have seen in previous movies in the genre, such as 'The Avengers' and the 'X-Men' films.
He told Latino-Review.com: "We are hopefully going to be refining the way the people see the 'Fantastic Four' movies. There are so many things we are doing different from the previous film and so many things different from other comic books films."
The Josh Trank-directed movie will be a stark departure from the critically mauled 2005 and 2007 'Fantastic Four' films which starred Jessica Alba and Chris Evans.
The new take will star Kate Mara as Sue Storm/The Invisible Woman, Miles Teller as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, Michael B. Jordan as Johnny Storm/The Human Torch and Jamie Bell as Ben Grimm/The Thing.
Kinberg is also the writing talent behind the acclaimed 'X-Men: Days of Future Past' - as well as its 2016 follow-up 'X-Men: Apocalypse' - but fans shouldn't expect an 'Avengers'-style crossover between the two series.
The scribe explained: "I would love to see the X-Men and Fantastic Four team up if only because I'm a fan and certainly it's something we've thought about and talked about.
"The challenge is that they essentially live in different universes. In the 'X-Men' world of the movies, we never hear them talk about a famous super team called the Fantastic Four and in the 'Fantastic Four' movie, they are fantastic because they are the only ones of their kind, meaning there aren't other people with super powers on the streets.
"So given that they exist in these different domains or dimensions there are some inherent challenges."
Nick Jonas' new song 'Chains' describes how he felt trapped in the Jonas Brothers.
The 21-year-old singer and his brothers Kevin, 26, and Joe, 24, disbanded their squeaky clean band last year and with his new solo single, Nick details his unhappiness at how they were perceived but friends now say he no longer "gives a s**t" what people think of him.
A source told the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column: "'Chains' is a metaphor for what he has been feeling all these years.
"He feels free now for the first time in his life. He's making music he believes in. He's done saying sorry for everything and trying to be perfect. He's just going to be himself; if people like him, great, if not, he's done giving a s**t."
The steamy video for the song features Sean Penn's daughter Dylan and will be a departure from the Jonas Brothers.
Friends of Nick have also claimed he found the Jonas Brothers a "burden" and now finally "feels free".
The pal said: "Nick has spent years experiencing a burden that's hard to explain. He's not blaming anyone for it; it's just what fame does to people, especially at a young age.
"Different people respond in different ways - some do drugs and act out, but his response was to conform to what he thought people wanted him to be. Remember, he was a 13 year-old kid when he became famous. For example: He thought that when he slept in a hotel room on tour, people would talk s**t about him if he didn't make his own bed. So he made it."
Calvin Harris is taking a break from writing for other artists to concentrate on his own music.
The DJ - who has worked with stars including Ellie Goulding, Cheryl Cole and Chris Brown - wants to focus on his own career and plans to finish his new album before he helps out anyone else.
He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "It's very rarely that I have to deal with it face-to-face. Usually, it's not really a case of turning them down, it's the case of I've got too much on. Do you know what I mean?
"It's a serious thing. I've got to finish my album, I have to take care of me before I take care of anyone else."
And one person Calvin has no desire to help is his ex-girlfriend Rita Ora as it was recently claimed their split has has left plans for her new album in chaos.
Rita, 23, recorded a number of songs with her former beau - including hit single 'I Will Never Let You Down' - but he's now said that she cannot release any more of the tunes they made together.
A source previously said: "Rita's album has hit a bit of a road block after Calvin pulled all the songs he had worked on for the project before they split.
"He'd made a lot of songs for her but they're now likely to go to other artists."
It's been reported that the pair made at least a dozen tracks together, which were to represent the bulk of the eagerly-awaited record.
The source added: "Calvin wants a clean break, personally and professionally. He's already given her one massive hit so doesn't feel her owes her.
"He doesn't want to be linked to her, especially now she's in a new relationship with Rich Hilfiger."
Britain's Duchess of Cambridge is related to Beatrix Potter.
The 32-year-old wife of Prince William - who is second in line to the throne - is a distant relative of the famed children's author who was born in London in 1866.
Duchess Catherine nee Middleton is related to Beatrix through her great-great-great uncle, Dr Arthur Lupton, whose brother in law, Lord Ashton, 1st Baron Ashton of Hyde, was the Peter Rabbit creator's cousin, reports Telegraph.co.uk.
The pretty brunette's family also own some of the writer's original hand-painted illustrations.
Art historian Micheal Reed said: "Beatrix had given the Middleton family a number of her own drawings, including four for Kate's blood cousins, sisters Elinor and Elizabeth - who were the daughters of Dr Lupton.
"These four drawings were auctioned in 2006 and sold for £41,500."
News of the Duchess' ancestry comes just days after her mother Carole Middleton threw a Peter Rabbit-themed first birthday bash for her and Prince William's son, Prince George.
The party was held at the Middleton's family home outside Bucklebury in Berkshire where party planner Carole brought Beatrix Potter's stories to life.
A friend of the family previously said: "When she chooses a theme there's no holding back.
'There will be pictures and posters everywhere, vol au vents in the shape of rabbits, fun trails, you name it."
Cheryl Cole's husband bought £10,000 worth of red roses for their wedding party.
The 'Crazy Stupid Love' singer and her new husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini celebrated their recent nuptials with a party for family and friends at The Library members club in London on Monday night (21.07.14) and the hunky businessman is said to have had the venue filled "from top to bottom" with flowers.
A friend of the couple revealed: "The party was very special for Cheryl and JB, it was a chance to celebrate with their nearest and dearest. It was still a very small affair.
"Cheryl told the guests how in love she was and Jean pulled out all the stops with hundreds of red roses. He had done a similar thing for her 31st birthday and that went down really well."
The newly-married couple's guests - who included Cheryl's former Girls Aloud bandmates Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts, JLS's Marvin Humes and his The Saturdays singer wife Rochelle Humes - all dressed according to the monochrome theme while food was provided by the La Roche restaurant across the road.
Cheryl and JB also had a four-tiered wedding cake with flavours including Chocolate Oreo, lime and coconut.
One of Cheryl's guests told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "It was beautiful. It was very low key. The speech was absolutely fabulous. Cheryl spoke of her commitment to Jean and how much she cared for him. She made sure she spoke to everyone in the room.
"We don't know Jean-Bernard that well but he seems a really lovely guy. He's made quite an impression."
Cheryl and JB got married during a secret ceremony on the Caribbean island of Mustique earlier this month after just three months of dating.
Richard Gere has sparked speculation he has a new girlfriend.
The 'Pretty Woman' actor had been romancing 'Top Chef' host Padma Lakshmi for the last few months, but he was seen holding hands with a brunette who was "definitely not" the 43-year-old beauty at Tutto Il Giorno in Southampton, New York, on Friday (18.07.14) evening, a source told the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column.
However, another source insisted Richard, 64, and Padma have been travelling a lot internationally and only saw one another last week.
The Buddhist actor - who split from wife Carey Lowell last September after 11 years of marriage - was in the Himalayas earlier this month as part of the Dalai Lama's 79th birthday celebrations, while Padma has been in London.
Richard and Carey - who have 14-year-old son Homer together - never officially confirmed they were separating but were said to have been living apart for some time before their split.
The hunky actor was also previously married to Cindy Crawford for four years until 1995.
Former model Padma, 43, was previously married to author Salman Rushdie for three years until 2007 and dated billionaire Teddy Forstmann until he died of brain cancer in 2011 at the age of 71.
The presenter has a three-year-old daughter, Krishna Thea Lakshmi-Dell, with Adam Dell, the venture capitalist brother of computer maker Michael Dell.
Robin Thicke and Paula Patton have put their Los Angeles home on the market.
The 'Blurred Lines' singer and the 'Baggage Claim' actress split in February after eight years of marriage and have now listed their house on the exclusive Bird Street for $2.9 million.
The three bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home was first bought by Robin's father Alan Thicke in the 1990s and gifted to the couple in 2005 after their wedding.
One bedroom is currently being used as a recording studio by Robin, according to the listing, while the property also features a pool, spa and small courtyard with impressive views of Downtown Los Angeles.
The decision to put the house on the market comes after months of attempts by Robin to get his wife back, even going so far as to name his latest album 'Paula'.
However, the singer - who has a four-year-old son Julian with his estranged spouse - recently admitted his efforts to win her back might be a waste of time.
He said: "I actually have no idea what I'm doing. I'm just kinda flying by the seat of my pants on this one."
He added: "I just wanted to make something artistic out of a very difficult period.
"When you lose the love of your life you don't have much to hide anymore."
But Robin, who recently claimed he hasn't seen his estranged wife in four months, is prepared to be just friends with the actress in the future.
Asked about the final track about friendship, 'Forever Love,' on his album, he said: "The album... I didn't want it to be all depressing. I didn't want her to listen to it and make her sad only. I wanted there to be moments where she had hope and positivity that her and I can both still have a great life, no matter what happens, and we'll be great friends and great parents."
Miley Cyrus hired a psychic to contact her dead dog.
The 'Wrecking Ball' singer was left devastated when her Alaskan Klee Kai, Floyd, was killed by a coyote in April earlier this year and she has sought comfort by hiring a medium to get in contact with her deceased pooch.
Animal medium Melissa Bacelar revealed that Miley felt a great deal of guilt about not being there when Floyd died.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "It was particularly hard as [Miley] wasn't there when Floyd died, so there would have been a huge amount of guilt.
"I connect with the dog telepathically. Some will give me actual words but, most of the time, I will get images and feelings which I pass on to the owner."
The 21-year-old singer has had a very public grieving period, including sharing many photos of her shrine to the late dog on Instagram and getting a tattoo of Floyd underneath her armpit.
Last month, Miley welcomed a new dog into her furry family.
Rough Collie, Emu Coyne Cyrus joined Miley's three other pups in June, Mary Jane, Happy and Bean.
After announcing the news on Instagram, the blonde was adamant that Emu was not a replacement for Floyd, as she wrote: "There will never be anyone like Floyd. There was a bond that was so deep it's irreplaceable but that's not what I am trying to do. Never will I replace Floyd and that's something I had to take time to understand."
Jacqueline Jossa says her relationship with Dan Osborne is going "swimmingly".
The pair - who first sparked rumours they were dating when they exchanged a number of messages on Twitter last year - have now confirmed their relationship and the 'EastEnders' actress has revealed she and 'The Only Way Is Essex' star are getting on great.
Quizzed on whether things were going well, she told new! magazine: "Yes, it's all going swimmingly!"
The 21-year-old beauty - who stars as recovering alcoholic Lauren Branning in the BBC One soap - has also revealed she's getting to know her new love's 'TOWIE' co-stars, including his pal James "Lockie" Lock and Danielle Armstrong, with whom Lockie recently reunited.
Speaking at the Attitude magazine awards party in London, she said: "We see each other at more events now. And we're going for a Chinese after!"
When asked if she'd visited her boyfriend in his hometown of Essex yet, Jacqueline added: "I've never been. The first time is going to be Danielle's boutique opening."
