Keira Knightley got married because she thought it'd be a "fun thing to do."
The 'Begin Again' star, 29, tied the knot with her beau James Righton, 30, in France last year and she admits she was spurred on to accept his proposal in May 2012 because she thought getting hitched sounded exciting.
She told The Ticket: "When James proposed I just thought, 'Well, I've never done that before.' It seemed like a fun thing to do."
Meanwhile, the stunning actress, who currently resides in Islington, London, with James, insists she couldn't be happier with how her career is progressing at the moment but admits she wouldn't be afraid to quit movies if she decides she no longer enjoys it.
She explained: "At the moment, I love what I do for a living. There are downsides to every job but as long as I love making films then the drawbacks are worth it.
"If the time comes when I don't love making films then the downsides won't be worth it and I'll stop and do something else."
French Montana doesn't think Lamar Odom has a "problem" with him.
The 29-year-old rapper doesn't believe there are any hard feelings between him and his girlfriend Khloé Kardashian's ex-husband Lamar Odom, whom filed for divorce from in December following rumours he cheated on her and battled with cocaine addiction.
Speaking to New York Daily News' Confidenti@l page, he said: "I don't think it's a problem with me and him. She [Khloé] was in love and grew out of love, for whatever reasons. I never ask. I never try to know. I just worry about me and her."
Meanwhile, French - whose real name is Karim Kharbouch - has shot down rumours he's using Khloé, 30, and her family's reality TV show 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' to boost his level of fame.
He explained: "Honestly, we never even think about it. Obviously hers is a bigger fan base because they've been on [television] for about 10 years and this ['Keeping Up With the Kardashians'] is the biggest show ever. But I don't pay attention to that kind of stuff."

The 32-year-old actor has reportedly struck up a relationship with his 'Chosen' co-star after hitting it off when were both cast in the action-adventure TV series in October last year, according to Us Weekly...
Cheryl Fernandez-Versini wanted to be a ballerina.
The former Girls Aloud singer was keen to pursue a career in dance when she was a youngster but her dreams were shattered when she was made to feel like an outsider during her weekly ballet lessons.
She said: "I wanted to be a ballerina. I did ballet from that young. And then I went to the Royal Ballet [summer school] when I was nine or 10. Hated it. Squashed the dream. It wasn't me. I didn't fit in. I had to be sponsored to go there because my parents couldn't afford to send us there, and everyone else was - obviously... Basically I was a bit of an outcast."
The 31-year-old beauty - who has gone on to have a successful solo career - believes her social status played a role in her feeling uncomfortable in class.
Speaking to The Times newspaper, she explained: "It was the first time I'd ever felt class. I didn't know what it was. Everyone around was normal to me. There was this thing, and we were all on the same level...
"I didn't understand it. I just knew it was different. And that they were looking down their noses, if you like.
"But I couldn't express it. was out of place. I think about nine-year-old me, and I think, 'That must have been hard.' Hard enough for me to go home to me parents and say, 'This is not what I want to do anymore.' "
Kim Kardashian has accused her sister Khloé of living a "double life" following her split from Lamar Odom.
The 33-year-old reality TV star is angry at her younger sibling - who filed for divorce from her Lamar in December - for sneaking off to see her new boyfriend without telling her family about her blossoming love life.
Speaking in Sunday night's (17.08.14) episode of 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians,' Kim says to Khloé, 30: "Khloé, I just want to know, why are you lying to me about this supposed boyfriend?"
The brunette beauty is clearly stunned by Kim's remarks and hits back: "That's ridiculous!"
Kim replies: "Like seriously, you lead a double life. You go away at night and you have a whole new set of friends! Who are your friends?"
She then turns to the camera and says: "It's kind of annoying that I have to find out all this information on the Internet instead of straight from Khloé. If anything, my sisters are the first people I tell all my business to, so it's kind of weird that Khloé can be so secretive."
Khloé - who ended her marriage to Lamar last year following rumours he cheated on her with multiple women and was battling cocaine addiction - confirmed last month she has been dating French Montana, 29.
The couple first sparked rumours they were romancing after they were spotted together on a night out in April, before enjoying a safari tour in South Africa in June.
Sir Cliff Richard is to be banned from entering the US.
The 73-year-old star may be forced to miss his annual trip to the US Open Tennis if he is refused entry into the country while police investigate allegations that he sexually assaulted a young boy at an event in 1985.
An insider told The Sun newspaper: "You would be mad to try to get on a plane if you had a child abuse inquiry hanging over you."
However, people who have been questioned under caution by police can apply to the US Embassy for special consideration for a visa and will be assed on an individual basis.
The US Embassy in London said: "We do not comment on individuals."
The 'Summer Holiday' hitmaker's property in Berkshire, South East England, was searched earlier this week and items were taken away for investigation after the allegations came to light on Thursday (14.08.14).
Sir Cliff - who was residing at his home in Portugal at the time - has strongly denied the allegations but admits he's been aware of them for a "while."
He said previously: "For many months I have been aware of allegations against me of historic impropriety which have been circulating online.
"The allegations are completely false. Up until now I have chosen not to dignify the false allegations with a response, as it would just give them more oxygen.
"However, the police attended my apartment in Berkshire today without notice, except it would appear to the press."
The singer has not been arrested and is yet to be questioned by police.
Denzel Washington has reportedly completed a "high-end" detox following a boozy month-long vacation.
The 59-year-old actor has just finished a two-week stay in a plush facility in Orange County, Los Angeles, after spending four weeks partying and guzzling down alcohol on a luxury yacht with his wife Pauletta.
A source told TMZ.com: "This was more than just alcohol ... it was an overall cleanse for toxins."
The '2 Guns' star also had professionals - such as a nutritionist, a trainer and a chef - on hand to supervise him and help him get the best out of his detox.
It is believed Denzel splashed out on a two-week stay at the facility to help him clear his mind and cleanse his body before he embarks on his next project.
However, Denzel is no stranger to detoxes as he "regularly" takes part in cleanses and has even struck up a new workout plan to help him get into shape.
A source told Gossipcop.com: "He does it regularly."
Denzel, who has four grown up children with Pauletta, even abstained from drinking booze for 45 days whilst filming his role as an alcoholic pilot in 'Flight' two years ago, according to TheFix.com.
Robin Williams reportedly feared his Parkinson's Disease would prevent him from cycling.
The 53-year-old star - who committed suicide last week - turned to the sport to help him kick his previous drug and alcohol addiction but sunk into depression when the degenerative nervous disorder threatened his chances of being able to carry on riding.
Robin's close friend, Tony Tom, told The Sun newspaper: "It [Parkinson's Disease] would have affected his ability to ride, no doubt.
"He could have turned back to his earlier vices if he wasn't riding and maybe that was one of the things he was thinking about."
The 'Mrs. Doubtfire' star's wife Susan Schneider revealed earlier this week her husband was in the "early stages" of Parkinson's Disease, but he didn't feel ready to speak about his illness publicly at the time.
Robin was found dead at his home in Tiburon, California, on Monday (11.08.14) with a belt pulled around his neck and "acute, superficial cuts" on the inside of his left wrist.
Chemical substances were also found in his system during an autopsy, but toxicology results will not be made available for approximately two to six weeks, so further tests can be carried out.
Robin leaves behind his three children, Zak, 31, Zelda, 25, and Cody, 22, from two previous relationships.
Katy Perry has got her nose pierced.
The 29-year-old singer took some time out from her 'Prismatic World Tour' yesterday (15.08.14) to have a stud punched through her nostril.
The brunette beauty posted a video of the procedure on her Instagram, which sees her wince with pain as the needle is pushed through the right side of her nose.
Her nervous cry clearly unsettled the trained piercer as he can be heard saying: "I know, I'm sorry! Don't say anything. You're making me hurt."
The 'Roar' hitmaker's decided to have her nose pierced in the hope of covering up the scar she was left with at the age of 13 when she poked a hole in her nose herself with a safety pin and an ice cube.
She accompanied the footage with the caption: "Last time I did this I was on my own with a safety pin & cube of ice @ 13. This time I thought it was best I left it to the pro's. Sorry mom (again) (sic)."
Katy previously opened up about the rebellious act in 2012 when she admitted she had the procedure done despite her mother and father's wishes.
She said on 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno': "I asked my mother permission so I could get my nose pierced and of course she didn't give it to me.
"She said it was ridiculous and she wasn't gonna do that. So she then went on an errand, so I took a safety pin and a piece of ice and I pierced my own nose.
"I still have this horrible scar that everybody brings up when they get really close."
Iggy Azalea's pet dog has been attacked by a coyote.
The 'Fancy' hitmaker was left fearing for her bulldog Jelli's life after the cute puppy was viciously assaulted by a brush wolf in her back yard yesterday (15.08.14).
Taking to her Twitter account after the brutal attack, she tweeted: "Please pray for my puppy Jelli. #iam in Canada and she has been attacked by a coyote in her back yard... (sic)."
However, just two hours later, the 24-year-old singer announced Jelli had been given the all-clear by the vet and was extremely lucky that the bite wasn't very deep.
She wrote: "The Drs said she's gonna be fine. Lucky she's got lots of wrinkles so the bite on her neck was only skin deep. Thanks for the positive vibes guys."
Meanwhile, Iggy isn't the only one to have her pet pooch abused by a coyote as Miley Cyrus, 21, was left heartbroken when her Alaskan Klee Kai Floyd was killed by the wild animal in April this year.
Miley, who has a tattoo of Floyd under her arm pit, has since hired a psychic to help her get in contact with her dead pooch as she felt guilty about not being there when her four-legged friend tragically passed away.
Animal medium Melissa Bacelar said previously: "It was particularly hard as [Miley] wasn't there when Floyd died, so there would have been a huge amount of guilt. I connect with the dog telepathically. Some will give me actual words but, most of the time, I will get images and feelings which I pass on to the owner."
Robert Pattinson lived on a diet of bread and barbecue sauce while filming 'The Rover'.
The 28-year-old actor insists he didn't mind shooting the movie - in which he plays a troubled man who is left for dead by his brother in the Australian outback - in remote surroundings because he found it so peaceful.
Asked whether it was a miserable experience filming in the heat and humidity of the desert, he explained: "No! Everyone keeps asking about how it awful the conditions were. But it was kind of nice.
"I liked it. The landscape is amazing and beautiful. The town was nine hours out of Adelaide in the desert. There was nothing to do. One pub. That was it. I literally ate bread and barbecue sauce for six weeks, every single day."
Pattinson also revealed that despite his acting successes, he still struggles from debilitating anxiety in front of the camera.
He told Time Out magazine: "My main problem with acting is crippling anxiety, especially in auditions. Since 'Twilight' I've tried to avoid them; I've maybe done three.
"The idea of it being a competition gets too much for me."
Miley Cyrus is desperate to play her Dolly Parton on the big screen.
The 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker is concerned the role in the highly-anticipated biopic about her godmother will go to actress Scarlett Johansson and is doing everything she can to convince the 'Jolene' singer she is the right person to play her in a movie about her life.
A source said: "Miley is bugging Dolly for the role."
But Dolly refuses to play favourites, even though Miley has been bombarding her with audition tapes.
The insider added to America's Star magazine: "This movie is her legacy, and she told Miley she doesn't have the acting chops to pull it off."
The '9 to 5' hitmaker still isn't sure who she wants to take on the role and is considering a number of stars who she thinks could successfully pull off the right portrayal.
The source added: "Dolly is holding out, though, and isn't 100 percent on Scarlett either. She'd consider Kristin Chenoweth or even Jessica Simpson."
