Ashley Roberts loves playing "dress-up".
The 33-year-old singer - who shot to fame as part of the all girl pop and dance ensemble, The Pussycat Dolls, in 2003 - has confessed the best thing about her career in showbiz is getting to dress up in "sassy" costumes for shoots and on stage.
She told FHM magazine: "I just love that I get to play dress-up for a living. It's kind of awesome, isn't it?
"Growing up dancing and knowing how to move my body - I enjoy that and I like that I can express that. I've been dancing and wearing costumes my whole life, so there's that sexiness to who I am that I enjoy.
"There's a part of me that always has the little bit of the sassy, sexiness in her. That's probably why I ended up with The Pussycat Dolls in the first place."
The blonde beauty - who also appeared on the jungle reality TV series 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here' in 2012 - was recently forced to deny rumours she had grown close to the show's married host Declan Donnelly.
The 'Don't Cha' hitmaker shrugged off reports that she had gotten close the 39-year-old presenter and insists she isn't a "homewrecker".
She explained: "I have never snogged Dec. We're friends.
"It's funny because he's been in a relationship for a while now but people still ask. I'm like, 'I'm not a homewrecker!'"

Selena Gomez is "learning the hard way".
The 22-year-old actress took to Twitter yesterday (01.10.14), posting two cryptic messages, claiming she didn't feel "good enough" and was turning to god, just days after her on-off boyfriend Justin Bieber was spotted enjoying a boozy lunch date with her model pal Kendall Jenner while the trio attended Paris Fashion Week.
The brunette beauty is also believed to have deleted Justin - with whom she recently enjoyed a luxurious break to the Caribbean island of St Martin - off her Instagram account and has started following a pair of hunky models instead.
She wrote on the social media site: "Sometimes we think we aren't good enough. But then I realize when I think I'm alone I have God."
"We have to learn the hard way sometimes."
Although it isn't known whether her tweets are directly related to Justin's date with Kendall, Selena - who is thought to have flown back to the US alone - previously had a bust-up with Kendall and her younger sister Kylie Jenner, 17, after they attended the Coachella Valley Music Festival in California, when she found text messages from Kylie on Justin's phone.
However, Selena reportedly ended her feud with the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' stars in April after realising she "overreacted."
A source said at the time: "Selena has no issues with the Jenner girls. They had an issue but they have cleared it up. She has always liked the Jenner girls. They had been fans of Selena since they were young."
Meanwhile, Justin, 20, was seemingly enjoying his time in the French capital.
Following his lunch with Kendall, 18, he wrote on Twitter: "I love Paris."

Zach Braff has hit back at criticism of his Kiskstarter project.
The multimillionaire actor and filmmaker - who is best known for playing the character of Dr. John Dorian on US sitcom 'Scrubs' - felt his the response to his use of the crowdfunding platform to support 'Wish I Was Here' was "unfair and uninformed".
Braff, 39, told Screen Daily: "I was completely taken aback by the criticism."
He continued: "I was expecting a conversation because it's a fascinating and new model. But I felt that a lot of the criticism was unfair and uninformed.
"It was frustrating having the debate with people who didn't have all the analytics and facts. I knew that we were driving new people to Kickstarter who then invested in other projects, for example.
"The onus was on me to explain why someone like me couldn't get a film made in the traditional way."
Braff added that he won't be using Kickstarter to fund another of his film projects.
He explained: "This was always meant to be a really fun art experiment."
'Wish I Was Here' was based on a script Zach wrote with his brother Adam Braff and was made after the funding goal of $2 million was reached in just three days.

Giuliana and Bill Rancic still hope to have a second child.
The couple, whose two-year-old son Duke was born via a surrogate mother in 2012 because the reality TV star can't get pregnant due to medication she is still taking following her successful battle with breast cancer in 2011, were left devastated when their gestational carrier Delphine miscarried their unborn baby at nine weeks in June and subsequently halted their plans to expand their family.
But the 40-year-old star told E! News they haven't given up hope, adding: "You know we're still trying to figure it out, we definitely took a little break there and just trying to see when is a good time to try for baby number two.
"We definitely want to have another child if we're so lucky. I don't know, we're coming back around to thinking about it again, kind of talking about it, which we hadn't been doing in a few months. Hopefully, it will happen sooner rather than later but we would love to have another child and have a sibling for Duke."
She added: "We've been so lucky with Duke, if we could have another child that would be incredible and a real blessing."

Leonardo DiCaprio refuses to have a joint 40th birthday party with Kate Winslet.
The 'Divergent' star - who will celebrate the milestone in October 2015 - has been close friends with the actor for almost 20 years and he even walked her down the aisle during her secret wedding to Ned Rocknroll in 2012, but she admits he likes to be the centre of attention so will host his own bash when he turns 40 next month.
She told the November issue of Marie Claire magazine: "He's 40 this year and I'm 40 next - that's weird. Isn't that weird?
"He wouldn't have a joint party with me, he really wouldn't. Definitely not. He likes to have his moments... but also I don't think I'd want to have a joint party with him, more to the b**ody point!"
But Kate insists they are still best friends and formed a close bond because they "needed each other" when they first found fame after co-starring in 'Titanic' in 1997.
She said: "I think the reason that friendship works is because there was never any romantic thing.
"He always saw me as one of the boys; I've never really been a girly-girl.
"We needed each other to lean on because we were very young and working all kinds of crazy bl**dy hours and it was a shock to the system."

Jordin Sparks plans to return her BMW to Jason Derulo.
The 'No Air' singer, who split from the 'Talk Dirty' hitmaker last month, has decided to give him back the luxurious vehicle that he bought for her last Christmas.
Asked whether she plans to return the car, the 24-year-old singer said: "I haven't really had time to think about it, but yeah, I probably will."
She added: "He can have it."
Jordin was overjoyed when Jason, 25, surprised her with the champagne-coloured sedan in December and shared a picture of it on Instagram at the time, with the caption: "I still can't believe it! He surprised me on Christmas but I wanted to make sure I wasn't dreaming before I posted it! ha! Thank you so much @jasonderulo! I love you baby! Omg omg omg (sic)."
Jason recently revealed he ended their three-year relationship over the intense pressure to get married, but Jordin thinks they were partially to blame for the engagement rumours as she participated in his 'Marry Me' music video.
She told 'The Wendy Williams Show' on Wednesday (01.10.14): "Hey, listen, we set ourselves up for that."
The former 'American Idol' beauty is excited to start dating again and is having fun after moving to Los Angeles.
She said: "I'm good, really. I'm exploring my neighbourhood. I'm finding places I [where] like to eat [and] meeting new people. It's been really great."

Robert Downey Jr.'s wife refused to marry him until he got sober.
The 49-year-old star first proposed to Susan Downey three months after they started dating after meeting on the set of 'Gothika' in 2003, but the 40-year-old beauty threatened to break up with him unless he sought treatment for drug and alcohol abuse.
In a new joint interview, she told The Hollywood Reporter: "Addiction was so foreign to me. I was incredibly ignorant of the hold it had on people."
Robert added: "Thank God for that. If she knew the depths of my depravity, we would not be sitting here."
The couple - who will welcome a baby girl into the world next month - eventually tied the knot in the Hamptons in 2005 after Robert went to rehab.
Susan, who already has son Exton, two, with the 'Iron Man 3' actor, admits her priorities have completely changed since meeting the actor.
She said: "I didn't care about having a family or making a home. I didn't think about kids. It's not that I didn't want those things; I just didn't think about them. And then I had someone who came in as a tornado, this creative, beautiful ball of insane energy and passion. And it completely opened me up."
The duo set up their own production company Team Downey in 2010, and Robert believes they balance each other out.
He said: "We co-parent our children, our relationship, our business. It's all the same. It's all part of the therapy of life."

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher have reportedly welcomed their first child into the world.
The 'Black Swan' actress, who started dating her former 'That 70s Show' co-star in 2012 and got engaged to him earlier this year, is said to have given birth to a baby girl at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles on Tuesday night (29.09.14).
A source close to the couple told gossip website TMZ.com that the couple were taken straight into the delivery room after arriving at the hospital at 6am on Tuesday morning.
The insider said they arrived alone, without any family members or assistants.
It was recently revealed the 31-year-old actress was tired of waiting for her daughter to arrive and was getting desperate to go into labour.
Another insider said: "Mila just wants the baby to come out already!
"Mila hasn't slowed down at all. She seems to have a lot of energy."
The couple were disappointed that Mila didn't go into labour while Ashton was on a break from filming 'Two and a Half Men' last month.
A friend said at the time: "They were hoping the baby would come this week because he's on hiatus. He is a nervous wreck."

Tracy Morgan may never fully recover from his car crash in June.
The comedian is still using a wheelchair and undergoing treatment for the critical injuries, including broken ribs, a broken nose and a broken leg, he sustained when a Walmart truck smashed into his limo bus in New Jersey, and doesn't know if he will ever be able to get back on stage.
Asked if the former '30 Rock' star will ever perform again, his lawyer Benedict Morelli told the New York Post's Page Six: "The jury's still out. The doctors don't know the answer. I don't know the answer."
The 45-year-old actor and three of his friends are also battling some cognitive disabilities, including memory loss, after surviving the crash, which killed comedy writer James McNair.
His lawyer explained: "When you have a traumatic brain injury, you remember certain aspects. This isn't unusual - it wipes away certain thoughts."
Morelli also backed up Tracy, who lashed out at Walmart for suggesting in court earlier this week that he was partially to blame for his injuries because he wasn't wearing a seatbelt, saying: "These people are despicable. They knew that they changed these people's lives forever and killed somebody. They're good blame shifters."
The actor issued a statement yesterday (30.09.14) in response to the retail giant's accusations.
He said: "After I heard what Walmart said in court I felt I had to speak out. I can't believe Walmart is blaming me for an accident that they caused. My friends and I were doing nothing wrong. I want to thank my fans for sticking with me during this difficult time. I love you all. I'm fighting hard every day to get back."

Amal Alamuddin quit smoking for George Clooney.
The British human rights lawyer, who married the 'Monuments Men' star in Venice, Italy last weekend, reportedly went "cold turkey" after she started dating the Oscar winner last October and has never been happier.
The 36-year-old beauty's close friend Jae Kim told guests in her wedding speech: "She quit smoking and ever since she met George she has been on time. I had never seen her smile like that. She has had that smile for almost a year straight."
Amal's decision to adopt a healthier lifestyle comes as no surprise, as George previously admitted he is "a big non-smoker."
While promoting 'Good Night, and Good Luck' in 2005, he told Interview magazine: "My grandparents back in Kentucky owned a tobacco farm. So to make money in the summer we could cut and chop and top and house and strip the tobacco. It sure made you not want to smoke."
He added: "You know I had 10 great aunts and uncles on my father's side, and six of them died of lung cancer. Rosemary [Clooney's aunt] died of lung cancer, too, and she had emphysema. Both of my grandparents died of lung cancer. So I got quite a lesson in the payback later in life of smoking, and if you keep it up how bad it can be. "
Meanwhile, the 53-year-old star's father Nick Clooney also made an emotional speech at their wedding and revealed his son was a "nervous groom," according to PEOPLE magazine, after "getting down on one basketball battered knee and asking the savvy Amal to marry him" in April.

Jennifer Lopez has "nothing but love and respect" for Diddy.
The 'Booty' hitmaker, who split from the rapper in 2001 after two years of dating, says they are still very close and she is glad to have his support after he hailed her bum a "work of art."
Asked about the compliment, the 45-year-old beauty told E! News: "It's awesome! Here's the thing about me and Puff, and I'm sorry I'll always call him Puff, we always root for each other, we always support each other. It's great after all these years to know and watch him do all that he's done."
She added: "To see him do all that he's done makes me proud and to know that he's still in the game so strong and to know that he supports me and is proud of me is a beautiful thing."
The 'On The Floor' hitmaker has no regrets about her time with the 44-year-old rapper.
She said: "We shared a moment in our lives and that never goes away. There's nothing but love and respect and always somebody over here cheering for you."
Jennifer's comments came just one day after Diddy insisted he is "lucky" to count her amongst his exes.
Speaking about her incredible physique, he said: "Oh my God. I'm so lucky to have that great woman in my history, she is one of the greatest I've ever seen.
"I mean, it's great. It's a work of art. It's something that will go down in history, for real it will. But also her talent, her drive, her determination, she will never give up. She's a great friend of mine, always will be my friend, and I mean that thing is just incredible, man."
