Charlie Sheen has branded a dental technician who accused him of making threats with a knife a "desperate troll".
The unnamed technician - who has since been dismissed from her job - told police the 'Anger Management' star had threatened his dentist while high on rock cocaine but the 49-year-old actor insists her allegations are false.
Sending a message via website TMZ, Charlie said: "Hey cholesterol pants: Maybe you should have taken the crack you so brazenly and ignorantly accused me of being on, and sold it!
"Now that you're a jobless washout and a traitor, you're gonna need the extra dough ... lick those food stamps, you desperate troll. C."
According to the website, Charlie's dentist has denied the claims of the technician, and fired her from his practice after she spoke out about his famous patient, violating privacy regulations.
A spokesperson for the former 'Two and a Half Men' star - who had sought treatment for an abscess - previously insisted any altercation was caused due to the actor experiencing a "bad reaction" to nitrous oxide.
His representative Jeff Ballard said: "Charlie went to the dentist and had a bad reaction to the nitrous oxide which the dentist administered to him. There was no knife involved and there were no illegal drugs involved as well."
The technician had claimed Charlie went "insane" and was flailing his arms when she placed a mask over his face to administer nitrous oxide, so she left the room and his bodyguard entered.
Following a "lot of commotion", Charlie's dentist - who had also been in the room along with an oral surgeon - left the room and allegedly told the technician his famous patient had gone after him with a knife, but he was unhurt.
The technician also reported to officers that Charlie's bodyguard had told the dentist the 49-year-old star was "high on rock cocaine" at the time of the altercation.
Kendra Wilkinson Baskett says her husband is having "a lot of therapy".
The 'Kendra On Top' star was left devastated when a transsexual woman claimed to have had an affair with Hank Baskett - the father of her children Hank Jr., four, and four-month-old Alijah - earlier this summer and she admits their marriage was in trouble long before the allegations were made.
Asked when their relationship started to become rocky, she said: "He was going through a lot of stuff that nobody knows about and he was trying to talk to me about it and I would not deal with it," she said, looking back on when their relationship started to become rocky.
"He was very lost. Very, very lost and I wish I would have had it in my heart to slow down a little bit and listen... right now, he's in a lot of therapy... and figuring out a way to explain everything. I don't get it."
While Hank is insistent the infidelity claims are false, Kendra admits "some of it is true" and she is still unsure about the future of their relationship.
She added: "In my eyes, life is too short and this man who I loved for six years - I believe he deserves... a second chance, if he did make a mistake.
"And right now I'm working that out. I'm working on what happened and if this was a mistake, which I believe, I'm starting to believe it was.
"If I believe that Hank had an affair on me, the divorce would have gone through already. I'm holding on to any hope I have."
And the 29-year-old beauty went on to praise the sportsman as a "perfect guy".
She told 'Access Hollywood': "At the end of the day, he comes from an amazing place and amazing background. He's a perfect guy and he's never done me wrong, he's not like some douchebag. He's not a douchebag.
"He's never treated me wrong, so if he was, I wouldn't be with him right now.
"He is an amazing father."

A group of female stars - including Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton and Kim Kardashian West - were left horrified when private images were taken from their iCloud accounts and posted online, and the subsequent scandal has prompted the 'Divergent' actor to take measures to stay extra safe.
He said: "I immediately turned off my iCloud."
In his new movie 'Men, Women & Children', the 20-year-old star plays an online gaming obsessive and admits the continual playing of 'World of Warcraft' which he did while preparing for the role took him to a "dark place".
He told Buzzfeed News: "It takes you to a f***ing dark place.
"Like, we were at my family's house during Thanksgiving, and just to really feel it out -- and my parents were kind of like, 'What the f**k?' -- I was playing 'World of Warcraft' throughout Thanksgiving weekend, all day, every day.
"At the table, eating, I'd be like, ''Gotta play 'Warcraft', gotta play 'Warcraft'. This sucks. I want to just take this food upstairs and play by myself.' "
The 'Fault in Our Stars' actor is hoping to continue having movie success for a long time and is determined his final work will be his best.
He admitted: "I've joked with myself that I want a post-mortem Academy Award nomination. The last movie I do better be f***ing good."
Nick Jonas wants people to "have sex to" his new music.
The former Jonas Brothers singer is working on a solo album - which is due to be released in November - and says each track has a specific "purpose".
He explained to the new issue of Flaunt magazine: "I really try to be aware of the purpose of each song. There are songs on my record that I want people to have sex to, and songs people can listen to when they're p***ed off.
"And I think that's the beautiful thing about music: that in those moments, you hear it and it elevates the scenario."
The 22-year-old singer recently admitted there are three vital traits he looks for in a woman before he starts a relationship with her.
When asked what he looks for in a partner, he said: "Honesty, sense of humour, and good times."
However, he admits he can't stand going on dates with people who spend all of the time on their phone, rather than enjoying the romantic occasion and doesn't even think it is acceptable after a couple have been together for a long time.
He added: "No phones. Put your phone away. That's, like, every date, even years into a relationship. Stop texting. Pay attention to what's going on right now."

The 28-year-old actress' priorities have drastically changed since leaving The CW drama in 2012 as she admitted that these days she is less focused on work and more interested in learning to surf and spending time with her new husband, Adam Brody, whom she married in an intimate ceremony in February 2014.
In an interview in the November issue of InStyle magazine, Leighton said: "My values have shifted greatly in terms of what I find important. It's my family, my friends and having a personal life. Those are the things that need nurturing."
The star - who has recently finished starring in the Broadway production of 'Of Mice and Men' - did add that she didn't have any regrets about her career and even joked about the sexy music video for her 2009 single 'Somebody to Love', which featured Robin Thicke.
She explained: "It was fun. It wasn't at all me. I guess you can look back and say everything happens because you learn from it and you're better for it."

The 'Fashion Police' host had the gnashers removed in 2006 but clearly held onto them afterwards as she revealed her friend Brooke Dulien is to have them dipped in gold, saying one would be saved for herself and one for her rocker dad Ozzy Osbourne, 65.
Speaking on Twitter, the 29-year-old explained: "I had my wisdom teeth pulled out in 2006 and for my 30th @whitetrashcharmsjewelry is dipping them in gold! One is for me & one is for my dad! #IAmAnOsbourneAfterAll (sic)"

Danny Dyer is set to sign a new three-year deal with 'EastEnders'.
The new contract for the 36-year-old actor - who plays Queen Vic landlord Mick Carter on the popular BBC One soap - is thought to be worth an estimated £400,000.
Dominic Treadwell-Collins, who produces 'EastEnders', explained to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "We're in negotiations with Danny. He and I are very happy. He's lovely - clever, warm and loyal. We've got a bit of a bromance."
Danny, who's also appeared in 'The Football Factory' and 'Adulthood', was named Best Actor at the Inside Soap Awards earlier this week.
And speaking after the event, the London-born star said he finds filming 'EastEnders' to be hard work, but a challenge he's really enjoying.
He commented: "I've done 155 episodes now, I'm shattered, but a good shattered. It could have been a car crash and I think there were a lot of people who were hoping that it would be."
Meanwhile, Danny was recently reduced to tears when he watched his daughter - Dani - pose for photographers at the screening of her new film, crime drama 'We Still Kill The Old Way'.
Speaking at the event, Danny said: "She's a chip off the old block, but she's just done her first lead role and she didn't ask her dad for one bit of advice through the whole thing."
Caroline Flack feels "intimate" with her 'Strictly Come Dancing' partner, Pasha Kovalev.
The former 'Xtra Factor' host has been speaking about her relationship with the professional dancer and revealed she's surprised by how close they've become in such a short space of time while training for the BBC One dance contest.
She said: "It's funny how intimate it becomes though, like quickly.
"You don't know this person and then you are doing the tango and you have your thigh between their thighs all day."
However, Caroline - who is dating music manager Jack Street - insists there are no romantic feelings between her and Pasha, 34, who is dating his celebrity partner from last year's series, 'Countdown' beauty Rachel Riley.
The 34-year-old beauty also rubbished claims she's taking part in Strictly to get back at ITV rivals 'The X Factor' after her 'Xtra Factor' job was given to her pal Sarah-Jane Crawford, 29, earlier this year.
Speaking on 'Alan Carr: Chatty Man', she's reported by the Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: "People have said I have done it on purpose, I have gone to the rival.
"I watch 'The X Factor' on catch up. I don't see it like that. The job I was doing was no longer mine and Strictly came up at the right time and it was good timing.
"I had three brilliant years on X Factor but this year is really good."
'Downton Abbey' are planning to release a Christmas album.
The cast of the popular ITV period drama are said to be planning to produce a festive record just in time for Christmas, The Sun newspaper reports.
The project - which is titled 'Christmas at Downton Abbey' - has been backed by classical music label, Rhino, and will feature the vocal talents of Elizabeth McGovern, who plays Cora Crawley, Countess of Grantham.
It is uncertain, however, whether any of the other stars of the show, such as Michelle Dockery, Hugh Bonneville or Dame Maggie Smith will be joining Elizabeth in the recording studio.
The ITV show has previously released an album which showcased original classical music from the composer John Lunn, but this will be the first featuring vocals from the cast themselves.
Meanwhile, Hollywood star George Clooney is set to make an appearance in the upcoming 'Downton Abbey' Text Santa charity appeal.
Downton creator Julian Fellowes said of the cameo: "He very, very, very kindly agreed to come and be a part of a little special we did that supports the ITV group of charities.
"It was a great privilege and pleasure to have him on the set, and he was very sweet to do it."
Gregg Wallace is worried Craig Revel Horwood will get his revenge against him on 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The 'MasterChef' judge criticised the professional dancer when he took part in the BBC One cookery show in 2007 and he's now worried Craig's going to get his revenge by slamming his dance moves when he performs for him on the celebrity dance contest.
Gregg said: "The irony isn't lost on me that I'm a judge on one show and now going to be judged on another, and Craig was on 'Celebrity MasterChef'.
"I'm trying to rack my brains to think back to what I said to him. I keep trying to replay his dishes over and over in my mind."
The 49-year-old presenter has shed a lot of weight since he first appeared on 'MasterChef' but admits he's still struggling to get the hang of his and partner Aliona Vilani's dance routines.
Writing in the Daily Telegraph newspaper, he said: "There are a lot of moves I'm not used to doing as a greengrocer.
"I woke up with one completely knotted right calf and an aching muscle where I didn't know I had a muscle near my left hamstring."
However, Gregg has no plans to lay off the puddings while taking part in the competition.
He added: "I think we can eat what we want. I lost three pounds in two days of training!
"I'm ambitious but I don't think I can win really, considering some of the younger, fitter contestants. It's not possible.
"Pixie [Lott] is just incredible and so is Frankie [Bridge]."
