Ciara has lost 60 pounds since giving birth to her baby son four months ago.
The 28-year-old singer welcomed her first child Future Zahir Wilburn in May and wasted no time getting her pre-baby figure back with a gruelling fitness routine.

"It's about keeping her moving. There are a lot of intervals in there. It doesn't make for a happy camper, but [it produces] great results.
"You see the body, she's already right there."
Meanwhile, Ciara has recently rekindled her romance with her son's father Future after they split up in July amid rumours he was having an affair with his stylist.

George Clooney danced ‘all night long’ after wedding

George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin danced "all night long" at their wedding reception last weekend.
The couple, who exchanged their vows in Venice, Italy, partied the night away last Saturday (27.09.14) and showed their guests how to get their groove on.
The pair's deejay, Sam Young, told PEOPLE.com: "They were dancing all night long. George is a big dancer! It was crazy! He can really hold his own."
Sam, who has played for Sir Elton John and Justin Timberlake in the past, provided music for the entire weekend - including the two parties on the Sunday - and believes guests "had a really fun time."
Speaking about what type of music he played, he said: "Everything from 'Rappers Delight' to Michael Jackson, Blondie to David Bowie - all the good classics."
Sam also discovered that the 'Monuments Men' star, 53, had also tried his hand at spinning some tunes in the past, prior to making it big in the acting business.
He explained: "He told me that he was a deejay for 15 years - I think that must have been pre-acting."
Meanwhile, George and Amal, 36, are currently holidaying at an exclusive eco-friendly resort, which is only accessible via helicopter, in the Seychelles.

Zoe Saldana flashed Star Trek co-stars

Zoe Saldana kept flashing her co-stars when she filmed the 'Star Trek' movies.
The 36-year-old actress admits her male cast mates got more than an eyeful when they shot scenes for the two sci-fi films in 2009 and 2013 because of her character Nyota Uhura's revealing outfits.
Speaking to E! News, she said: "I kept being reminded by all my male cast members that I was flashing.
"I would sit down and it would be like, 'Oh, Zoe, cross those legs.' And I would say, 'They are crossed.' [They would say], 'Well, then put something over that because I'm just seeing everything.' "
The brunette beauty - who is expecting twins with her husband Marco Perego - even asked the movie's costume designer Michael Kaplan for some help.
She explained: "I just remember always being exposed no matter how hard I would try.
"I would tell Michael that we had to work on this and [he would say], 'But it looks so cute.' "
However, this isn't the first time Zoe has experienced a costume malfunction throughout her career as she admits she's also struggled to keep her breasts covered when filming movies in the past.
She said: "There's a little bit of unwanted nipple in the frame sometimes. [but] there' s this beautiful, safe environment where everybody - your crew, your director and everybody - surrounds you and you feel really safe. Usually people are absolute gentlemen when things like that happen. You're going to have costumes fail sometimes, but you're never going to run out of people that are going to be there to help you."

Kelly Brook’s ex-fiancé under fire after dodging train fare

Kelly Brook's ex-fiancé has sparked outraged after he bragged about dodging his train fare earlier this week.
David McIntosh, who was dumped by the model last week, has come under fire on Twitter after he boasted about travelling to London without paying for a ticket.
Writing alongside a picture of himself sitting on the Virgin train on October 1, he tweeted: "Living that Virgin train life... on Route to London, made it to stoke so far with out a ticket sickkkkk! If I make it all the way I'm one lucky guy (sic)."
However, some of David's fans didn't agree with the star's sneaky actions and decided to report him to the train company in the hope of landing him in trouble.
One user, Garydread, told Virgin: "Can you look out for this evasive member of the public? He's the reason ticket prices are increasing."
Despite admitting he'd avoided paying his fare, a spokesman for the hunk insisted he had a valid ticket for the journey and was simply joking with his fans.
David's representative told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "David had a valid train ticket that day and made the comment purely in jest. Anyone who follows David on Twitter knows he's a joker who often tweets silly stuff to be humorous. The public should not take everything David says so literally."
Meanwhile, David was left heartbroken recently after Kelly, 34, called time on their engagement after he allegedly cheated on her with his ex-girlfriend.

Ice-T angers neighbours over building works on house

Ice-T and Coco Austin have allegedly angered their neighbours over their "never-ending" construction work.
The couple, who got married in 2011, have reportedly been renovating their mansion in Edgewater, New Jersey, for three years and other residents nearby are starting to get annoyed by the long and noisy process.
A source told the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column: "Three years the construction has being going on, things have been changed over and over, they build something, change their minds and take it apart."
Another added: "Everybody is resigned to the fact it will never end. People are just getting construction fatigue. There's a constant flow of trucks and noise."
However, the pair's real estate agent, Kristin Ehrgott, insists the building works are expected to be finished by the end of the year but have been delayed due to difficulty obtaining permits.
She said: "The main reason it took so long is they changed the original construction a lot, so that required permits that took a long time to issue. Through the winter they can't dig . . . The delay was mostly because of the timing of the permits and when the work started."
The couple's builders have been busy installing lifts in the garage, which can now store six cars, a glass elevator and have completely ripped out the bathroom and bedroom, so that Coco has plenty of wardrobe space for her skimpy clothes and stunning accessories.

Kate Winslet: Actress shouldn’t complain

Kate Winslet has criticised actresses who complain about the difficulties of juggling work and home lives.
The 38-year-old star - who has children Mia, 13, and Joe, 10, from her previous marriages and Bear, 10 months, with husband Ned Rocknroll - insists people in the spotlight are in a very "lucky" position and they are no worse off than other working mothers.
She said: "We've heard a lot from actresses recently about how difficult it is. But we should never be saying that it's difficult because we are so bloody lucky. It's just not an OK thing to share. It's always a juggle, but isn't it for every working mother?"
The 'Divergent' actress says the thing she finds most difficult about being a working mother is making the "emotional jump" between two very different worlds.
She told Britain's Marie Claire magazine: "The thing for me personally is that it is a difficult transition, is that my life at home is just so different to my life at work.
"It doesn't matter which of the two is harder, it's the emotional - rather than logistic - jump from one place to another that's difficult. The juggling of it all... we just get on with it. And we do, because we can."

Ian McKellen: X-Men is gay metaphor

Sir Ian McKellen believes that 'X-Men' is an metaphor for young gay men.
The 75-year-old actor - who plays Magneto in the 'X-Men' film series - has described the comic books, on which the movies are based, as an outlet for people who feel marginalised.
He said: "The people who created 'X-Men' were writing a parable about the way society treated minorities - and the demographic for the comics over the years has been young blacks, young Jews and young gays. They all identify with the mutants - and they're meant to."
Sir Ian also spoke about his own coming out experience in 1988 and why he decided to help others who might be scared about the reaction to their sexuality.
He told Gay Times magazine: "I was sometimes a successful theatre actor in those days. It meant that I got a lot of publicity and had access to the media in a way that other people who'd been out longer than me - and had more to say and perhaps were more savvy about the world - didn't have."

Kendra Wilkinson Baskett feels sexy

Kendra Wilkinson Baskett feels "incredibly sexy" after losing 40lbs.
The 'Kendra On Top' star, who recently admitted she felt very insecure about her body while she was expecting her second child, Alijah, now four months, earlier this year, followed the high-protein Atkins Diet to get her pre-pregnancy body back.
The 29-year-old beauty said: "I feel incredibly sexy right now.
"I used to weight 109 pounds, but after kids that's just unrealistic. Now 120 pounds is perfect for my new shape. I'm still 15 pounds away from that."
The former Playboy model - who also has son Hank IV, four, with husband Hank Baskett - also tries to work out every day.
She said: "I try to get into my gym once a day for 45 minutes. I'm still healing. I'm just trying to wake my body up again.
"Sundays are a great excuse to say, 'I'm gonna sit on the couch and drink beer all day.' Don't do it! You can do some lunges and crunches with the game on too."
Kendra, who marriage was rocked by claims her husband had an affair with a transexual model earlier this year, insists she doesn't want any more children.
She told America's OK! magazine: "My kids bring me so much happiness - but no, I'm completely done!"

Jerry Hall is worried about Mick Jagger

Jerry Hall is worried about Sir Mick Jagger following L'Wren Scott's death earlier this year.
The Rolling Stone rocker's ex-wife has admitted it will be "very difficult" for him to continue with his band's tour of Australia, which was postponed after his girlfriend took her own life in March.
Speaking to the Daily Mail Weekend magazine, she said: "That's going to be very difficult for him. What a tragedy. She was such a lovely girl and really talented.
"I guess it's a moment of insanity when people do something like that, isn't it? I don't think anyone saw it coming. It was completely out of the blue."
Jerry remained close to Mick following their split, and revealed their children - Elizabeth, 30, James Leroy 29,, Georgia May, 22, and 16-year-old Gabriel Luke - always "got on really well" with their father's girlfriend.
She added: "We all got on really well. She was so good with the children. It's sad for everyone - the whole family.
"I heard about it from my daughter Elizabeth because my children were with Mick at the time.
"It's still tough for him, and now what with having to go back..."
