Cheryl Fernandez-Versini won’t move to France

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini doesn't want to move to her husband's home country of France.
The 'X Factor' judge, 31, who comes from Newcastle, is adamant she won't be relocating any time soon to suit her new spouse Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini.
Speaking in an interview with Jonathan Ross, Cheryl said about moving: "No I live here, completely."
The 'Crazy, Stupid, Love' hitmaker, who married the hunk in July following a whirlwind romance, can understand french but can only say a few phrases.
Asked what sentences she knows in French, she said: "I couldn't possibly say them ... I hear when he's on the phone and stuff, that's when I pick it up. I can understand more than I can speak to be honest, otherwise it's be very offensive stuff that I'd be saying."
Meanwhile, despite claiming married life is "great", Cheryl insists she's not ready to start a family with Jean-Bernard at the moment but is "very happy" with how their relationship is progressing.
She said about starting a family with her spouse: "I haven't set a plan and I will let nature take its course. Right now I am very happy with the way things are."
Cheryl was previously married to soccer star Ashley Cole from 2006 until she announced they had separated in 2010.

U2 didn’t profit from download

U2 "didn't earn much" from their new album.
The Irish rockers gave away 'Songs of Innocence' to iTunes users because they felt their fans "deserved" to have the record for free, and admit even Apple were shocked by the scale of their generosity.
Frontman Bono told Italian TV show 'Che Tempo Che Fa?': "It is a very difficult time for songwriters because people download music in an illegal way. Apple wanted people pay to for music and we really appreciate it. We spoke to Apple and we decided to do a gift to those who purchase music on iTunes.
"We shared the whole album and Apple were quite shocked about it. I said to them 'You pay the album and then you can give it to the people for free'.
"We obviously didn't earn much but we're happy that a lot of fans can have a chance to listen to our latest album for free. They deserve it. "
Guitarist The Edge recently admitted he had "doubts" about the move to give away the album.
He said: "I absolutely had my doubts about it before we did it, and after, but it was the right thing to do. It was an opportunity that will only ever come around once for anybody. I don't think anybody would want to do it again."

Jake Gyllenhaal says society is complicit in ‘nightcrawling’

Jake Gyllenhaal says almost everybody in society ought to relate to his new movie 'Nightcrawlers'.
The eagerly-awaited film concerns those people who monitor police scanners and then race to crime scenes to film eye-catching incidents before selling the footage to TV news channels.
Gyllenhaal argues that society is complicit in this activity, explaining to the Guardian newspaper: "I equate it with fast food. We all know [it's] bad for us. But people demand it ... This narrative of fear and this spinning of news has a great detrimental effect."
The 33-year-old actor said it's important people remain aware of this issue, warning of the potential impact of "these images ... coming at us so fast and so graphically. It can have a negative effect on us."
Meanwhile, the movie's writer-director Dan Gilroy - whose previous work includes 'The Bourne Legacy' - explained that he's witnessed so-called nightcrawlers at first hand.
He said: "We get there and three young girls had been ejected from a [speeding] car. Our technical adviser [a nightcrawler himself] ... got out of our car and filmed it. Within five minutes, he'd sold the footage for several thousand dollars to the local station. Next night, we saw [several] fatalities. This is just night-time in LA."
He added that while the upcoming film may exaggerate some aspects of nightcrawling, it's not far removed from the reality.

Louis Walsh is ‘sulking’, says Simon Cowell

Louis Walsh is "sulking" because he's already lost two of his acts on 'The X Factor'.
That's according to Simon Cowell, who has hit back at his co-star in light of claims he's a bully, insisting Louis, 62, should focus more of his energy on helping his remaining acts rather than insulting the other judges.
Simon, 55, told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Louis lost two acts and he's sulky.
"The whole point is if you're a mentor you got to keep your acts in the competition and it's pretty hard to lose two on the first show and he managed that.
"In fact, I don't think anyone has ever done that before. So he sort of made X Factor history!"
Louis needs to "raise his game", according to the show's creator, who warned that he could lose his remaining acts if he allows himself to be distracted by off-screen issues.
Simon added: "If he's not careful he could just be watching the show in the next two weeks."
'The X Factor' boss also took aim at fellow judge Mel B, expressing surprise at her description of Ben Haenow's performance last weekend as "boring".
Reflecting on the comments of the 39-year-old judge, Cowell said: "Look, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I think some of her acts, personally, were more boring than Ben.
"I thought Jake [Quickenden] was more boring; I thought Paul [Akister] was more boring."

Nicole Scherzinger labels Alan Carr ‘dumb’ and ‘stupid’

Nicole Scherzinger has called TV chat show host Alan Carr "stupid" and "dumb".
The 36-year-old singer - who thought she was off mic - was heard making the remarks during the 'Stand Up for Cancer' live telethon on Chanel 4.
As the popular host auctioned off items on the show, Nicole - who has previously appeared as a judge on 'The X Factor' - was overheard saying: "He is so stupid."
She later said: "He is so dumb."
Among the items Carr was auctioning off was a cushion once sat on by Hollywood star Channing Tatum, as well as reality TV star Kim Kardashian West's giant thong.
However, a spokesperson for the 'Don't Hold Your Breath' singer has since tried to downplay the incident, insisting Nicole was merely using "urban slang" and her remarks were not intended in an offensive way.
He told Mirror Online: "It's urban slang for when something is funny."
The spokesperson added: "Nicole was laughing when she said it and did not say it in offensive way. She is a big fan of Alan and was catching up with him after the show backstage."

Blake Lively’s organic craving

Blake Lively is craving "organic hand-churned pumpkin-flavoured ice cream".
The former 'Gossip Girl' actress is pregnant with her first child and has husband Ryan Gosling attending to her every need, including late-night shop visits to pick up her favourite foods and regular massages.
A source told heat magazine: "She sends Ryan out in the middle of the night for organic hand-churned pumpkin-flavoured ice cream and small-batch pickles.
"He barely has five hours sleep and even when he gets in bed she asks for hour-long foot and neck massages."
Blake recently celebrated a joint baby shower with two of her pregnant friends and shared intimate photos from the bash on her lifestyle website Preserve.
She also admitted she has "so much to do" before her giving birth to her first child.
In a blog post titled 'Bringing Up Baby,' the 'Savages' star confessed she enjoyed letting her hair down before getting to grips with the realities of motherhood, writing: "With a new baby on the way there is so much to do! But before experiencing the joy of 3am screams, seemingly impossible amounts of poop and having a favorite shirt covered in reflux... there are presents to open, onesies to dye, there is cake to serve, advice to be shared and all around celebration to be had. And that we did..."
The blonde beauty also showed off her growing baby bump and photographs of nieces and nephews playing at the small garden party.
The actress received a number of wooden gifts, including an elephant and a toy camera, for her unborn baby, as well as a batch of luxurious lotions, creams and oils for herself.

Bono has glaucoma

Bono has had glaucoma for the last 20 years.
The U2 frontman is often seen sporting a pair of sunglasses when he appears in front of photographers, but the 54-year-old singer says he does this in order to protect his sensitive eyes.
Speaking on last night's (17.10.14) Graham Norton show, he said: "This is a good place to explain to people that I've had glaucoma for the last 20 years.
"I have good treatments and I'm going to be fine. You're not going to get this out of your head now. You're going to be saying, 'Ah, poor old Bono.'"
The condition is caused by a build up of pressure within the eye that if left untreated, can lead to blindness.
Bono - whose band U2 recently released their latest album 'Songs of Innocence' via iTunes - has previously revealed that his eyes are sensitive to light, but has never admitted to having glaucoma.
In an interview with Rolling Stone magazine in 2005, Bono said he wore sunglasses so frequently because his eyes were "very sensitive to light".
He added: "If somebody takes my photograph, I will see the flash for the rest of the day.
"My right eye swells up... It's part vanity, it's part privacy and part sensitivity."

Kanye West aims to ‘anchor pioneer company’

Kanye West aims to "be the anchor of the first $1 trillion company".
The hip-hop superstar - who is married to reality TV personality Kim Kardashian West, 33, - has announced plans to launch his own line of sports kit, which he intends to ultimately transform into an international business.
The 37-year-old rapper is quoted by The Sun newspaper as saying: "I'm going to be making uniforms for my old high school through my brand Yeezy. I want to... eventually do uniforms for the entire city.
"Then I want those uniforms to be hot and I eventually want to be the anchor and the force behind a $1 billion company. Then I want to be the anchor of the first $1 trillion company".
Kanye made the remarks at LA's Trade Technical College, where he was appearing as part of the community service he was handed for attacking a photographer in 2013.
Speaking about his ambitions within the sphere of fashion, the 'All of the Lights' star added: "I want to stop using the term 'fashion' because Eve made Adam bite an apple and since then it's been illegal to be naked. I'm helping people follow the law in style."

Pink jokes of Carey Hart and Dallas Green bromance

Pink fears finding her husband Carey Hart in bed with singer-songwriter Dallas Green.
The 35-year-old pop star has worked alongside Green on a new acoustic project entitled 'You + Me', and she says her new collaborator has already succeeded in charming her 39-year-old hubby.
The singer, whose real name is Alecia Moore, joked: "I am worried about Carey and him falling in love because Carey is already his biggest fan.
"I will be shopping one day for face soaps and we are going to come home and they are going to be spooning, one big tattoo, listening to records."
Green, 34, is a married man already but quipped: "I'm lying in bed with my wife and I tell her, 'I've got one goal for tomorrow. I am going to get Carey's phone number."
The pair appear together on their new album 'Rose Ave', but while Pink has been impressed by the work of her collaborator, she recently credited her three-year-old daughter Willow Hart for helping her to re-evaluate her life.
She told PEOPLE magazine:"It's like starting over in a way - really healing and wondrous, and you're reminded constantly how sarcastic and how presumptuous you can be, and how hardened life has made you.
"That innocence is so worth protecting. That's a really long-winded answer for, 'She's way cooler than I am.'"

Sigourney Weaver too tall for roles

Sigourney Weaver loses roles because of her height.
The 'Prometheus' star admits some directors are reluctant to cast her in their movies because, at 6ft tall, she would tower over her male co-stars.
She said: "I've been lucky with my career. When I started, hardly anybody wanted to hire a woman who was six feet tall.
"What man wants to spend their days on set standing on an apple box just to be able to look into my eyes? A lot of directors decided to pass on hiring me."
Sigourney got her big break starring as Ellen Ripley in 'Alien' and admits it was an unusual step for her to make as she had previously been such a "snob" about movies and only wanted to work on stage.
She told Britain's HELLO! magazine: "Ripley gave me a career. Without her, my life would have taken a different direction.
"I was a real snob at times and didn't really want to do cinema. All I really wanted to do was theatre."
And despite the lasting popularity of the sci-fi series, the actress doesn't want to be thought of as a legend.
She said: "I don't feel comfortable being called a legend or a star. I'm thankful for being able to provide a good living for my family but I can do without the fame part."

Ella Eyre’s album is ready

Ella Eyre's debut album is 'pretty much done'.
The 20-year-old has finally finished working on her first record but wants to be a more well-known artist in her own right before she release the collection.
She told BANG Showbiz: "It's pretty much done, it was done earlier on this year but because I'm on tour so much and also I'm going away to America for a month I'm not able to promote it really,
"I think I want people to hear some more music and for me to establish myself a bit more before I release my very first project into the world."
The 'Comeback' singer rose to fame with 'Waiting All Night' - her high-profile collaboration on with drum and bass quartet Rudimental - which topped the UK singles chart in 2013, but has suggested that there won't be any other famous names singing alongside her on her own debut.
When asked if there will be any collaborations on the album, she said: "Not necessarily, no, because I think, y'know, last year I did a lot of features and collaborations and I think it was a question of this year, establishing myself as a solo artist."
Despite not wanting other artists on her album, she praised Rudimental for allowing her to tour with them when she was starting out, claiming it has been beneficial in helping her learn who she is as a musician.
She gushed: "From being a featured artist I've been able to experience things that not a lot of new artists get to experience."

Bono cheated death as a teen

Bono "should have" died in a bomb attack.
The U2 frontman believes a decision to ride his bike to a record store in Dublin, Ireland in 1984 stopped him from being in the midst of a terrorist effort, and he claims the experience sparked his desire to write political music.
Speaking on Italian TV show 'Che Tempo Che Fa?', he said: "Ireland was very close to a civil war. There was a lot of violence on the streets. But the most terrible violence was hidden behind the doors of the houses. The violence from father to son, from a man to a woman. And this happens everywhere.
"I found a way to fight this fear and it is in the music.
"The reason that we write songs about political violence perhaps can be found in the fact that on a Friday night in 1984 in Dublin three car bombs exploded in the city centre, killing 33 people. That day I was at a record store. I should have been there at that time but that day I decided to ride my bike. I saved my life with that decision."
The 'One' rockers admit their desire for success was fuelled by an urge to leave their home nation behind.
Guitarist The Edge said: "We were 18 years old, we wanted to visit the States, go to Italy and France, to travel, to play everywhere. We wanted to leave Ireland. "
