Jennifer Lawrence has splashed out $7 million on a new house.
The 'Hunger Games' actress has forked out the seven-figure sum on a new five-bedroom Los Angeles abode which features its own home gym and gourmet kitchen.
According to E!, Jennifer's new plush pad also has its own sizeable swimming pool and the outside features a "quaint stone courtyard" which leads to a pond full of koi.
This comes after her new boyfriend Chris Martin also reportedly spent nearly $7 million on a new home in California opposite his ex Gwyneth Paltrow.
Her mother Blythe Danner is even said to have helped the 37-year-old singer move into his new plush pad, which features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
The Coldplay frontman's pals are said to approve of the 24-year-old star - who was recently caught up in a hacking scandal when a number of naked pictures of her were published online - because they think the pair have a lot in common.
A source said: "Although Jennifer is different from Gwyneth, both girls are earthy. They like to play and act silly at times.
"Chris is happy because he and Jennifer are on the same wavelength.
"They found each other when both needed someone new."
Chris split from Gwyneth Paltrow in March after 10 years of marriage, while Jennifer was last dating Nicholas Hoult.
Elizabeth Pena died from complications caused by alcohol abuse.
The 'La Bamba' actress passed away aged 55 in Los Angeles last week following a brief illness and it has now emerged she was suffering from cirrhosis of the liver "due to alcohol".
According to website TMZ, Elizabeth had had the disease for months but it became acute shortly before her death.
The site obtained a copy of the 'Modern Family' star's death certificate which said she had acute gastrointestinal bleeding hours before her death, which caused her heart to stop.
The 'American Dad' actress' manager had previously said she died of natural causes following a brief illness.
Elizabeth had recently finished filming the action series 'Matador' for the El Rey network - who recently said they were "deeply saddened" by the loss of the actress.
They said in a statement: "We are deeply saddened by the passing of our friend and colleague, Elizabeth Pena.
"She was a role model, a truly extraordinary performer and an inspiration in every sense of the word. Our thoughts are with Elizabeth's family and friends during this difficult time. She will be deeply missed."
Elizabeth leaves behind her two children and husband Hans Rolla, reports Variety.

One Direction earned almost £6 million each last year.
Figures filed on behalf of the band - which comprises - Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan - at Companies House showed they logged a turnover of £49.1 million last year, and each member drew a salary of £5.6 million.
However, it is thought that these figures do not take into account One Direction's earnings from the US, where the band - who were put together on UK TV talent show 'The X Factor' in 2010 - just finished their incredibly successful 'Where We Are Tour'.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Their earning power has rocketed over the past 12 months.
"Who knows what the next year will bring? It's not bad considering they only finished in third place when they were on 'The X Factor'."
Their earnings have more than doubled since 2012, where they earned £18.1 million and took home £2 million each.
In the past two years, One Direction have sold more than 45 million records and launched three international tours.
Earlier this week the boys topped heat magazine's annual list of Britain's richest stars under 30 where they beat 'Harry Potter' actor Daniel Radcliffe and 'Twilight' star Robert Pattinson to the number one spot with estimated global earnings of over £77 million.
Phillip Schofield is to broadcast for 24 hours non-stop to raise money for charity.
The TV presenter will host a number of shows starting with 'The Morning' on December 1 and then doing a full day of hosting, minus toilet breaks, to generate cash for ITV's annual charity appeal Text Santa - and he is said to be "raring to go" for the challenge.
An ITV insider told The Sun newspaper: "The details are still being worked out but Phillip will be on screen live for 24 hours non-stop -- minus toilet breaks.
"He's not quite sure how he's going to physically manage it yet but it's all for a good cause and he's raring to go."
This comes after Chris Moyles and his former Radio 1 team raised more than £2 million for Comic Relief when they hosted a show for 52-hours.
After reaching their 50-hour target in March 2011, Chris said: "We're going to carry on for another two hours. Why? I have no idea."
Several TV presenters have also endured marathon stints in front of the camera, such as David Dimbleby, who put in an 18-hour shift during the May 2010 general election while presenting BBC One's coverage of the event.
Kay Burley put in a 13-and-a-half hour presenting shift while Duchess Catherine was giving birth to Prince George last July.
She was said to have spent a huge 36 hours filling live TV while standing outside St Mary's Hospital in Paddington, west London, waiting to report on the royal baby news.
Tyga is trying to distance himself from his record label after admitting he "doesn't get along" with Drake or Nicki Minaj.
The 24-year-old rapper is signed to Lil' Wayne's Young Money Entertainment and Cash Money Records (YMCMB) label but insists he feels like he has been "forcing relationships" with the pair when he actually doesn't like Drake "as a person" because he thinks he is "fake".
He said: "Yeah, I'm tryna' go independent. I don't really get along with Drake. I don't really get along with Nicki Minaj.
"I don't like Drake as a person. He's just fake to me. I like his music; you know what I'm saying? I think his music is good, but we're all different people. We were forced together and it was kinda' like we were forcing relationships together. It is what it is.
"But I been friends with Chris Brown for like six years. That's my real genuine friend. We hang out all the time. He lives up the street from me, so we don't just do music we hang."
The star - who has been romantically linked to Kylie Jenner recently - is keen to go it alone due to his dislike of Drake and Nicki and insists he only signed to Young Money because he wanted to work with Wayne.
In an interview with Vibe magazine, he added: "I think being signed to Young Money, everybody felt like they had to force a relationship 'cause Wayne put us together.
"At the end of the day the reason why I signed to Young Money is because of Wayne. Not because of Drake, not because of Nicki.
"It was because of Wayne and my relationship with him. I try to be cool with everybody, but sometimes, everybody just has different personalities, motives, and different characters.
"When you realise that, you realise that's not a place where you want to continue to grow."
Lindsay Booth would have resigned from 'The Apprentice' if Lord Sugar hadn't fired her.
The 29-year-old swimming academy owner has admitted that she was "out of her depth" on the BBC One show and was actually relieved when the businessman asked her to leave the program last night (22.10.14).
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, Lindsay explained: "If I hadn't been fired and I think Lord Sugar knows that. I would have resigned it's just that he got there before me, which I'm pleased about. I'm glad I was fired. I didn't want to take the back door route and resign.
"It was a huge relief. I think that if I was allowed I would have skipped out of the boardroom. I think [Lord Sugar] would have been shocked! But I think he knew I was secretly relieved."
Lindsay revealed that she had applied to the show with no prior experience in sales but is glad she went over another candidate.
She said: "Funnily enough when I applied I thought I would be quite good at it. Clearly not! I didn't feel in that moment that I deserved to stay over any of my other candidates."
Following Lindsay's elimination, Lord Sugar then fired Nurun Ahmed after Roisin Hogan brought Nurun and James Hill back to the boardroom for a grilling.
Despite admitting that she was "relieved" to be leaving the show the fashion retailer added that the blame for the failure of the task lays "absolutely" with the project manager Roisin.
Simon Cowell told Mel B she was "average" looking.
The former Spice Girls singer - who has shown off a new shorter hair cut and stylish dresses in her new role as an 'X Factor' judge - was left speechless ahead of the first live show when her fellow judge paid her a backhanded compliment about her new look.
In an interview with Grazia magazine she recalled: "Me and Simon were behind the screen waiting to go on and he turns to me and goes, 'I have to tell you darling, you look cute now.' I went, 'Well what was I before?' and he says, 'Average'. I couldn't say anything back because the doors were opening."
Mel credits her improved image to her new stylist and admits he has done "wonders" with her look.
She said: "I've been working with a stylist who's a good friend of mine, Jason Bolde. He told me, 'I'm only going to work with you if you listen to me and let me make changes.'
"He wanted to give me a sleeker, more chic look, and so far he's done wonders. Because it's the UK 'X Factor' I told him I wanna wear UK designers."
Margot Robbie is set to star in 'The Taliban Shuffle'.
The 'Wolf of Wall Street' actress is in talks about joining forces with Tina Fey for the adaptation of Kim Barker's wartime memoir of the same name, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Should the 24-year-old star sign up to the forthcoming film then Robbie will portray a "very competitive" news anchor in Afghanistan who becomes friends with Kim (Fey) and is prepared to take serious risks to launch her career in the war-torn country.
The book tells the story of Kim arriving in Kabul and her trials and tribulations of being a woman in conflict-ridden Iraq and Pakistan.
Robbie will team up once again with directing duo Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, who helmed her 2015 thriller 'Focus', which also stars Will Smith, should she sign up for the upcoming project.
Since making a name for herself as Donna Freedman in TV soap 'Neighbours', the Australian stunner went on to achieve worldwide acclaim for her role as Naomi Lapaglia in 2013 movie 'The Wolf of Wall Street' opposite Leonardo DiCaprio.
She recently wrapped filming for 'Focus' and 2016 motion picture 'Tarzan', in which she plays female lead Jane Porter.
Beyonce Knowles and Jay Z are set to get their two-year-old daughter French lessons.
The power couple - who tied the knot in 2008 - have reportedly been house-hunting in Paris after falling in love with the city, and are keen on ensuring Blue Ivy learns the language before they move there when they retire.
The source said: "They've said they want Blue to learn French."
The insider added to Us Weekly magazine: "They want to buy a place in Paris because they have so many memories there and they want to be able to be there more often. They plan on retiring in Paris eventually."
Jay, 44, and Beyonce, 33, also appear to have finally quashed split rumours once and for all by reportedly declaring their love for each other officially once again after overcoming their "problems".
A source told PEOPLE magazine: "They did have major problems. But they worked it out and they've renewed their vows."
This comes after Jay heaped praise on the city during the couple's Paris gig last month, their final show on their joint 'On the Run' tour, which was dogged by rumours they are going to split when the run of gigs was over.
He told the crowd: "We love Paris. It's special to us because we got engaged here, and this is where Blue Ivy was conceived."
The pair are also said to be keen on an $85 million mansion after they were spotted house-hunting on a Beverly Hills estate recently.
Kelly Brook's friend stopped speaking to her after she reunited with David McIntosh.
The 34-year-old actress, who called off her engagement to the former 'Gladiators' star last month amid claims he had been unfaithful, has now reunited with her former flame, much to the unhappiness of her pals and family, who think she is "hooked on drama".
A source said: "Kelly's petrified of the backlash she's started to receive from friends and family.
"One of her friends was so angry at her 'stupidity' she refused to speak to her - saying she couldn't watch her set herself up for more heartbreak.
"Kelly's insisting she's going to take things slowly and see what happens, but she's also saying she knows she's playing with fire and is going to get badly burned.
"Her friends are fearing it's as if she's hooked on all the drama and worry she's heading for disaster."
And friends are said to be worried the 'One Big Happy' star will "rush into" having a baby with David because she is so determined to have a family.
The source added to Closer magazine: "Kelly's still desperate to have a baby and that's one of the reasons her friends think she's determined to sustain relationships - even when they're so wrong.
"She talked about having kids with David and now pals are worried she may rush into things."
James Blunt is ready to have children.
The 'You're Beautiful' hitmaker married Sofia Wellesley last month and is keen to start a family but would be content to shower his love on a pet if that doesn't happen.
He told HELLO! magazine: "Having children seems like an amazing thing to do. A lot of my friends and family have done it. It would be a shame not to experience that.
"Failing that, I'll just have to buy a little dog."
The 40-year-old singer and his new bride spent their honeymoon on a tour bus with James' "hairy and smelly" road crew as he went straight from marriage back to work.
He said: "Our honeymoon is on a tour bus with 35 hairy, smelly, and beer-swilling band members and crew."
The couple - who met at a party in 2012- legally tied the knot in the UK but then staged a blessing in Majorca before flying to their home on nearby island Ibiza for a party with friends.
Although they were unhappy about helicopters flying overheard to get a glimpse of the celebrations, James says they had a "very beautiful" day.
He said: "I know I'm a singer and in the public eye, I get that. I guess they didn't understand the fact that if you didn't get an official invite through your door then you weren't supposed to be there.
"It was a very beautiful and very private affair with my closest friends and family."
