Adele has commissioned an 'iconic' portrait of herself.
The 26-year-old singer has approached urban street artist Pegasus to create the image, after seeing a painting which he did for her pal, comedian Alan Carr.
A source revealed: "Adele has been in touch saying that she wants Pegasus to paint her.
"She wants the painting to be iconic. Pegasus painted her friend Alan Carr and as soon as she saw his hilarious picture she wanted one of her own."
The 'Skyfall' singer is rumoured to be preparing for the release of her third studio album next year, following the worldwide success of her previous record '21', and is hoping the painter will also include the cover art of some of the albums that inspired her in the portrait.
The insider continued: "She's also asked for album artwork to be in the painting, as well as cars and some of her other favourite things.
Adele - who has two-year-old son Angelo with her partner Simon Konecki - is hoping the art will brighten up her abode, and is keen for the emerging artist to create the work for her as she thinks he will soon become famous.
Talking to the Daily Star newspaper, the source continued: "She loves art, and her home is covered in loads of artwork.
"She particularly likes to display the work of lesser-known British artists in her home.
"Adele's extremely excited about Pegasus and is certain that he'll be the next big thing."
Josh Hutcherson misses hanging out with Liam Hemsworth.
The 22-year-old actor has admitted that he will miss his 'Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1' co-star Liam now that the franchise has finished filming.
Josh - who plays Peeta Mellark in the movie - said: "I'm gonna miss coming back to basecamp and seeing Liam's door, his trailer door open and just being to jump right in there. Listen to some music, chill out, eat some trail mix.
"We still spend a lot of time together. Just not 13 hours at a time."
His filming buddy Liam - who plays Gale Hawthorne - revealed that he misses his best friend and their leading lady Jennifer Lawrence.
When asked what he misses the most, the 24-year-old actor told Digital Spy: "Just hanging out together. We're so fortunate to become such good friend throughout it. Jen, Josh and I, it will be sad not to spend that much time together."
The boys also praised the fans who take the time to wait outside the film premieres.
Liam said: "I think when anyone is that excited to meet you, it's flattering. It's odd at first but it's really nice that someone's that happy to meet you."

He joked: "I see no reason why he shouldn't host the Academy Awards. Without question."
Kym Marsh says Michelle Connor will be "heavily involved" in the 'Coronation Street' bus crash.
The 38-year-old actress admits details of the shocking storyline are still being kept under wraps but she is delighted her soap alter ego will be in the thick of the action.
She said: "You have probably read about the huge 'Corrie' storyline that will be broadcast in the New Year.
"There's a minibus crash and I can exclusively reveal that my character Michelle Connor is heavily involved in the storyline."
The storyline will see staff of the Underworld underwear factory caught up in a horrific crash as they embark on a work outing in a Street Cars minibus driven by Michelle's boyfriend Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson) and at least one beloved character will be left with their life on the line.
And Kym has promised fans are in for a treat with the spectacular stunt.
She added in her column for OK! magazine: "It's so exciting being involved in such a dramatic storyline and having seen the scripts I can guarantee you'll be glued to your screens. I'd love to tell you more but I can't."
The dramatic stunt is to be filmed before Christmas and suitable locations are currently being explored to ensure the scenes - which are set to air in the New Year - are as spectacular as possible.
Pamela Uddin thinks Daniel Lassman was "absolutely abysmal" in the task on last night's (12.11.14) episode of 'The Apprentice'.
The 23-year-old brand manager was fired from the BBC One reality series after failing to lead her team to victory as project manager, but she believes her exit was unfair and has placed the failure of the board game task on the pub quiz company director.
Pamela exclusively told BANG showbiz: "I'm definitely shocked as I thought I was out of the danger zone, mainly because the questions Daniel wrote were absolutely abysmal and given that he's a pub quiz director, I thought that really showed that the skills in his area weren't there."
The frustrated business hopeful also felt that she lacked the backing of her team after she reluctantly volunteered for the project manager role.
She continued: "An awful lot of team members didn't step-up in this task because it was quite difficult and it was challenging and an awful lot of them shied away."
And although Pamela recognises that she too made some bad decisions, she feels her performance throughout the process had been much stronger than some of the other candidates fighting for an investment from Lord Alan Sugar.
She added: "I think I made some mistakes, but I don't feel like over the course of the six weeks that I've made enough of them to be fired. I thought Daniel should have been fired and I thought over the past six weeks he has made some very fundamental errors."
Kendrick Lamar says his 10-year-old brother is the sole owner of his new album.
The 27-year-old 'Poetic Justice' rapper has revealed that his little brother has the only available copy of his highly anticipated second studio album.
When asked if he had put the coveted record in a vault somewhere, Kendrick replied: "A copy? You gonna have to go through my little brother.
"He got the album, he got the album.
"He's 10 years old. No, real talk. He has it. He has the album and he told me what he likes."
Continuing his interview with the radio show The Whoolywood Shuffle, he told DJ Whoo Kid: "That's my A&R right there. He has a sophisticated ear. He's in somebody's elementary [school] right now knowing all the lyrics. Telling 'em, Watch."
Kendrick - who released his debut studio album 'Good Kid, M.A.A.D City' in October 2012 - warned his fans not to have any expectations for his new material.
He said: "Don't expect nothing. People always ask me what to expect from an album, don't expect nothing. Don't expect anything. It's just creativity man, it's just life."
Amanda Bynes was denied a neck tattoo after she failed to produce identification.
The 28-year-old troubled actress, who was recently released from a psychiatric hospital for the second time, almost had a name tattooed on her neck before it was revealed that she didn't have any ID on her and the plan was cancelled.
According to the gossip website TMZ.com, Amanda arrived at The Honorable Society tattoo parlor in West Hollywood, California on Tuesday (11.11.14) where she asked to have the name of her rumoured fiance Caleb Pusey permanently etched into her skin.
After denying the 'Easy A' actress the ink, an employee of the tattoo parlor told TMZ.com that even if she had identificaton, Amanda - who claimed to be bipolar and a manic depressive on Twitter last week (04.11.14) - would have been expected to fill out a medical form which "asks for known illnesses".
It is reported that Amanda left the tattoo parlor without incident.
She later posted a series of messages on Twitter, denying that she was engaged to Caleb, as TMZ had suggested.
Amanda wrote: "when I said I was engaged it wasn't to caleb pusey - I don't look myself up online and i just did and I read a bunch of articles saying that (sic)
"he thought i was talking about him but that was news to me - he isn't who I was engaged to - he's not my friend (sic)
"he's not a good person and I don't call him a friend so I don't know why he thought i was talking about him (sic)"
Diplo has started a fundraising account for Taylor Swift's bottom.
The 36-year-old DJ appeared to start an online feud with the 'Shake It Off' singer, 24, after he posted several demeaning and body shaming tweets aimed at her.
Yesterday (12.11.14) under the username BABY DADDY, Diplo wrote: "Someone should make a kickstarter to get taylor swift a booty (sic)"
He later added: "body shaming myself right now (sic)
"are taylor swift fans called the swift boat veterans? (sic)"
Diplo then tweeted a link to a Fundly account - started by a fan called Eric Spivak - which has called itself 'Get Taylor Swift A Booty'.
The description of the campaign claims to be supporting the young singer, although it is deeply sarcastic.
It said: "Taylor Swift Still Needs Your Help! Any true supporter of TSWIFT would definitely not pass up this opportunity to improve her posterior! Spread The Word If You Believe In Magic! (sic)"
At the time of writing, the Fundly account has raised $45 out of its goal of $3,500, a total of 13 supporters have donated to the cause.
Diplo's rumoured girlfriend Katy Perry has previously fought with Taylor on Twitter, after she was accused of stealing a dancer from Taylor's music tour.
In September, the 30-year-old 'Roar' singer tweeted: "Watch out for the Regina Ggeorge in sheep's clothing... (sic)"
Carl Barat's new band are "what The Libertines can't be".
The 'I Get Along' singer formed The Jackals earlier this year and though his most successful band are also working together again, he is enjoying having an outlet for his "anger and vitriol".
He said: "It's what The Libertines can't really be at the minute because that's harder to maintain, with the band's propensity to implode after three nights on the trot.
"I'm doing a different thing that I don't really do with The Libertines, putting a nice bit of anger and vitriol into the songs. That used to end up with me and Peter [Doherty] in a punch-up.
"The Jackals is an outlet for that. It's harder and heavier - I came from a heavy metal background, and I'm not saying it's a metal band by any stretch, but it's a harder, more shrieking guitar sounds, a few more Velvets and American influence. There's a Rage Against the Machine kind of vibe, without the rapping."
Carl - who is joined in The Jackals by Billy Tessio, Jay Bone and Adam Claxton - is about to take his new band on the road and is "really excited", though he knows they have a lot of expectation to live up to.
He told NME magazine: "We're gonna bomb around and have it in-your-face and dirty. The boys are really hungry for it and I'm really excited about the record and getting it out to people who give a f**k.
"They're ready for it, the boys are really getting their chops up. Everyone's excited. I guess there's pressure on them to be f***ing good, especially with The Libertines going on as well, and it being their first thing. We're all in it together, hoping for some glory days."
Jean-Marc Vallée "cried like a baby" after reading 'Wild' for the first time.
The 51-year-old director admits he felt a deep connection to author Cheryl Strayed before signing on to help turn her best-selling biography into the new movie starring Reese Witherspoon.
The Canadian filmmaker said: "It's about this mother-daughter relationship. I had a mother who is so close to Cheryl's mother, and I lost her to cancer three years ago. I cried like a baby when I read the book - it was like I was finishing mourning.
"I knew not only that I had strong, beautiful material, but that I had the kind of material that allows a director to play, to treat the medium like a toy."
Meanwhile, the 'Dallas Buyers Club' director admits he is still surprised by the success he has achieved in his career so far.
He told the Holiday 2014 issue of MEN's FASHION magazine: "I'm on a roll in my professional life. It's crazy - I'm living the dream."
Despite carving out a career in Hollywood, Jean has no desire to relocate from Montreal to Los Angeles.
He said: "I live in Montreal. I'm gone only three months when I shoot, then I do the post-production back in Montreal. It's my home, it's my town, it's my family, it's my place - I will never move and I don't want to move."
Lena Dunham "really wants" to have kids.
The 28-year-old actress is happily settled with Fun. guitarist Jack Antonoff and wants to have a family with him, but not until she is less busy with work so she can fully "experience" pregnancy.
She said: "I really want to have kids. I just want to do it at a moment where... As a working woman, it's not realistic that you shout everything down and pay full attention to your pregnancy every day, but I want to do it at a moment when I can really feel like I can be present and experience it."
The 'Girls' star recently fuelled speculation she had got engaged, and though she isn't bothered about getting married, she sometimes wishes Jack had proposed because of the excitement it generates in others.
She told Britain's Grazia magazine: "I posted an image from my PhotoBooth and it had reversed, so it looked like I had a ring on my left finger and all these people were like, 'Yay! Engaged!'
"And even though I don't want to gt engaged, I wish I could be like, yes guys! The big news! Because there is still the Thing.
"When someone gets engaged, it's like there's a big shiny thing on their finger and everyone's screaming, 'You're a worthy human being, someone wants to marry you.' "
Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux go on dates in graveyards.
Despite both stars being successful actors, the 'Cake' actress insists she and her fiance rarely bring their work home and find it easy to switch off by enjoying a romantic meal among dead bodies.
Asked if they talk about work at home, she said: "To be honest, we're like, 'Oh baby, how was your day? Man it's good, let's take a romantic picnic to the cemetery.'
"Justin is probably one of the funniest human beings that I've ever encountered, so I have the great fortune to laugh a lot.
"So I think that yeah, we don't actually take it home, but he does act beautifully on film and, like I say, we get to laugh a lot."
While Jennifer admits it can be frustrating having her personal life constantly speculated on, she and Justin do their best to ignore rumours and just "enjoy" their relationship.
She added to LOOK magazine: "I can't really explain why there seems to be this obsession when it comes to my personal life and the constant reports about me being pregnant.
"I just try to pay as little attention as I can and live my life. Things will happen at the right time.
"It's all about living your life and not being distracted by anything that's being said about you. You need to enjoy everything that's good and be grateful to have found each other."
Barbra Streisand admits she didn't fall in love with James Brolin instantly.
The 72-year-old singer, who has been married to the 74-year-old actor for 16 years, admits it took her "a couple of months" to realise how special he was after they met at a dinner party.
Asked when she knew he was "the one" for her, she said: "It took me a couple of months."
But the legendary performer believes she captured James' heart immediately because she told him she didn't like his hair.
She said: "Most people don't tell the truth, they are afraid of the truth, but I like the truth. You don't have to think about what you said before, it's just the truth."
Barbra brushed off recent rumours their marriage was on the rocks and asked if they're "still holding hands" after all of these years, she told 'The Meredith Vieira Show': "Yes we are. No matter what you read in those silly things."
But she admits she wishes James could cook.
She said: "He charmed me when he was courting me. He told me he could cook and since I can't I thought, wow, this is a catch. So he came with a sushi roller, that wooden thing and made sushi and I love sushi. So, I thought, 'This is really great.' He has never cooked again."
