Mark Wright has lost a stone in weight on 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The 27-year-old TV and radio presenter confessed he's slimmed down since joining the BBC One dance competition in September, but revealed the pounds he has been shedding have been muscle mass and not unwanted fat.
The former 'The Only Way is Essex' star said: "My body has changed but I like being trim.
"I think I have lost about a stone. A lot of it is muscle because I used to do weights but don't any more."
Despite being fitter than ever, the hunk - who is set to marry his fiancée, actress Michelle Keegan next year - admitted that he no longer feels the need to show off his physique.
He continued: "I don't feel as if I want to go out now and show off my body."
Not only has the talent contest changed Mark's figure, the star - who took part in the 2011 series of 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' - revealed that he is now much more partial to sequined outfits than before joining the show.
He explained: "I have had nine costumes so far. When I started they gave me Latin trousers and a top which was covered in sequins and I was like, 'Take all that off, just dress me how I am'.
"Now I can't have a top that has not got sparkles on. I tell them to put it on everything. I am well into the Strictly spirit."
Claudia Winkleman could be absent for the remainder of the current series of 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The 42-year-old star joined Tess Daly as host of the BBC One celebrity dance contest earlier this year but a family emergency has meant she's missed the last two weeks and will also be absent this weekend when the celebrities and their dance partners head to Blackpool to perform at the Tower Ballroom.
Claudia and husband Kris Thykier's eight-year-old daughter Matilda was badly burned while out trick-or-treating on Halloween (31.10.14) and the beloved TV host is reportedly not yet ready to leave her hospital bedside.
A source said: "Getting the gig on Strictly was a dream for Claudia, so it's cruel that she has had to pull out when things were going so well.
"But she is not going to leave Matilda's side until she is sure she is ready."
And the brunette beauty - who hosted the results show last year and previously presented spin-off show 'It Takes Two' before taking over as co-host after Sir Bruce Forsyth stepped down earlier this year - will only return if her daughter's condition improves.
The source added to The Sun newspaper: "Matilda is taking great strides in her recovery, but a long way off being completely better and Claudia just doesn't think it would be appropriate to be on stage being upbeat while her daughter is unwell.
"At this stage she is refusing to put a time on when she'll be back. She is going to give it as long as it takes and the BBC is being incredibly understanding."
'It Takes Two' host Zoe Ball has stepped in as replacement until Claudia - who also has sons Jake and Arthur with Kris - is ready to return.
Mario Falcone has branded Jessica Wright a liar.
'The Only Way Is Essex' regular claims his co-star Jessica Wright is "lying" about him making a pass at her in the wake of her break-up from his on-screen pal Ricky Rayment.
Mario, 26, claims Jess fabricated the story that he "tried it" on with her a year prior to the couple's split in an attempt to get revenge on her now ex-boyfriend.
He wrote on Twitter: "Jess is very much lying to get revenge on Ricky, if I had 'tried' it a year ago why bring it up now Ricky is single? And not then... Strangely convenient."
The notorious lothario was responding to claims Jessica made on last night's series finale in which the brunette beauty branded Mario a "dog" along with her co-stars Chloe Sims and Lauren Pope.
He then went on to defend himself over claims he had been swapping flirty texts with Chloe and Lauren - who recently reconciled months after falling out over the hunky reality TV star.
Mario wrote: "Chloe conversation was very much banter... I didn't intend for it too sound flirtatious but apologise if it did. (sic)"
He added: "Lauren some details true, some quite false.
"But I was a little lonely over a month ago & sent a silly message.. As for the guy your seeing, you said 'he's not the man I will marry' I said 'then why you with him'. (sic)"

Kim Kardashian West's marriage to Kris Humphries was a "life lesson".
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star split from her second spouse in October 2011 just 72 days after they tied the knot but she isn't upset or embarrassed by the short-lived union.
In an interview with Paper magazine in which she posed naked, she said: "It's just one of those life lessons that you have to learn, and it's OK."
Despite starring alongside her family in a series of reality shows since 2007, Kim - who is now married to Kanye West, the father of her 16-month-old daughter North - insists they don't get bored of being around one another.
She said: "We're kind of obsessed with each other."
