Britain's Sarah Ferguson has written a new book based on her childhood.
The Duchess of York's new children's tome, 'Fergie's Farm' was inspired by her upbringing at Dummer Down Farm in Hampshire, South England, and features a cast of friendly farmyard characters.
The 55-year-old duchess - who was previously married to Prince Andrew - began work on the story three years ago but shelved the incomplete manuscript until now and as well as publishing the book, she also has spin-off deals in the pipeline.
Her spokesperson told the Daily Mail newspaper: "It's now at a very advanced stage and the book is written. She has set up a company to deal with all of the formats needed for children's books today, including e-books, apps and games."
The duchess - who has daughters Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie with Andrew - has yet to find a publisher but it is believed she will make a deal with Simon and Schuster, who have published six of her other books.
Sarah enjoyed success as a children's author over 25 years ago with her 'Budgie the Little Helicopter' series, which was later turned into a popular animated television show.

Britain's Duchess Catherine has been left saddened by the death of a young boy with leukemia.
The 32-year-old duchess - who is expecting her second child with husband Prince William - was touched by the plight of 12-year-old Fabian Bate when they met at the Royal Marsden hospital in Surrey, South East England in September 2011 and she and her spouse were upset to learn the youngster passed away this week after losing his eight-year battle with the disease.
Her spokesperson said: "The Duke and Duchess are sad to hear the news and their thoughts are with Fabian's family."
After their meeting, Catherine - who was known as Kate Middleton before her marriage - wrote a letter to Fabian and his dad Darrell has revealed he cherished the note so much, it has been placed in his coffin.
Darrell told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I want Kate to know it wasn't just a letter, it was a message that meant so much. It has stayed with him and it's staying with him now he's departed.
"It is the only one in the world, it has that uniqueness - it is very personal and special.
"It was synonymous with what Fabian went through, he would not have got it otherwise.
"It would be amazing to think that Kate and William knew that the letter she wrote three years ago is now sitting next to his body at rest."
In her letter, Catherine - who has 16-month-old son Prince George with William - praised Fabian's "strength" and reassured him he was in good hands.
She wrote: "Despite your enormous, demanding course of treatment, I was so touched by your strength of character and delighted to hear the news that one of your big sisters will be able to donate bone marrow to you later this year.
"This must be a troubling time for you, your parents and sisters, but I left the Royal Marsden assured by how incredibly talented, kind and clever the team are."

Kim Kardashian West is buying her daughter a private island in Australia.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star - who has 16-month-old daughter North with husband Kanye West - is reportedly in negotiations to buy $5 million Turtle Island, which is situated off the coast of Queensland, and plans to rename it Isle Kardashian.
According to Australia's New Idea magazine, 34-year-old Kim - who is currently in Australia promoting her fragrance line - wants to build an amusement park for her daughter on the island, which boasts stunning views of the Great Barrier Reef.
Coldwell Banker's Richard Vanhoff is managing the sale of the island, and confirmed he has been negotiating with a "high-profile person", but wouldn't reveal their identity.
He said: "I can clearly say that I am in negotiations with an overseas party. The overseas party is a high profile person but I cannot name names.
"I can't confirm whether it's Kanye West or Kim Kardashian or President Obama."
However, he did admit he had been contacted directly by the potential buyer, who had visited the island last week.
The 9.41 hectare private island boasts tropical gardens, a four-bedroom mansion, a jetty and a helipad.
It has previously been looked at by 'Mirror, Mirror' actress Julia Roberts, while politician Clive Palmer and businessman Geoffrey Edelsten are also said to have made enquiries about the island in 2013.

Paul still feels his late son's presence in his daily life and thinks the actor is "always" looking at him.
Speaking to 'Entertainment Tonight' in an interview airing today (17.11.14), he said: "He's not around anymore but I see him. He's always looking at me. I just see his face."

Asked what he would like people to remember about his son, Paul said: "He was a fine man. He was the real deal."

Rebecca Ferguson has revealed the father of her third child walked out on her and admitted to cheating on her when she told him she was pregnant.
The 28-year-old star was left "heartbroken" and feeling "shameful" when her ex confessed he didn't want anything to do with their daughter Arabella, now three weeks, because he had another girlfriend, and she was devastated when he left her to go through a tough nine-month pregnancy alone.
She said: "On the outside everyone must have thought everything was rosy at home. I kept a smile on my face and kept all my feelings inside because I had this awful feeling of shame, but I was heartbroken.
"Carrying Arabella for all those months on my own was so hard. But I thought there are two ways I could go about it.
"I can sit there and be bitter and angry at him, or accept life is short and I'm not going to waste my precious time with Arabella thinking of him."
The mother-of-three - who also has children, Lillie, 10, and eight-year-old Karl Jr. - admits she felt "in denial and went into total shock" when she found out she was pregnant for a third time but that soon turned to anger when the father, who she doesn't want to name, abandoned her.
She added to HELLO! magazine: "It was quite heartbreaking, to be honest - not that he wasn't ready to be a dad, but his reaction to me.
"He said he didn't want to carry on with us and then he admitted he had a girlfriend.
"It wasn't just heartbreaking, it was shameful for me. I remember thinking, 'People are going to think bad of me.'
"Apparently his girlfriend knew about me but chose to accept it, but I had no idea about her.
"I was fuming when I found out, I was so angry. And the main focus from him was to protect her feelings and her family's feelings. The way I was treated was wrong."
Since giving birth to Arabella last month, Rebecca insists she wants to "thank" her daughter's father - who she knew growing up in Liverpool and had dated in 2012 before recently reconciling - and "wishes him well" with his girlfriend.
Another of Rebecca's exes, Karl Dures - the father of Lillie and Karl Jr. - and his mother have since moved in with the former 'X Factor' star to help her out with her three kids, but the she insists the pair are just friends rather than in a relationship.

One Direction have quit iCloud over fears their pictures could be hacked and leaked online.
The boy band - made up of Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne - have insisted they will no longer keep their images on the storage service following the recent hacking scandal, in which naked images of hundreds of celebrities were posted onto the internet.
Speaking about the web's impact on fame, Louis said: "The positives far outweigh the negatives. You've got your toes in now ... I'm just not going to be using iCloud again."
Niall added: "I am shutting it down now."
Despite removing their pictures from iCloud, Zayn insists the group don't have anything to hide anymore because they are always pictured while out and about, and he insists he wouldn't be "bothered" about being snapped while falling over or making a fool of himself.
He added to Metro newspaper: "I think we have protected ourselves a little bit because we're not bothered about falling over or whatever.
"If you were to see us falling over in the street would it even be that big news?
"People have seen us do a hundred times worse things. I'm not bothered about falling over or doing something stupid."

Lynda Bellingham's emotional last role involved playing a cancer patient, just a few months before she lost her own battle with the disease.
Scenes from the late actress' last acting role in the film 'Too Close for Comfort 2' showed her breaking down in tears as she told her real life son Michael Peluso (who also starred in the movie) that she was dying from cancer, just a few months before Lynda passed away on October 19, 2014 after battling colon cancer.
Recalling the moment Lynda burst into tears on set, the director Donna Taylor shared: "Lynda was the most wonderful actress but I swear they were real tears.
"Despite putting on a brave face most of the time, she often said there were times at night when she used to get quite scared. And this was that moment."
Donna told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Michael couldn't bear the sound of her crying and to see her so upset, so he had to go in the other room. He couldn't cope with it. Everyone was crying afterwards."
In 2011, Lynda starred in the first 'Too Close for Comfort', which also featured her son Michael, however, Donna explained that the decision to give the actress' character cancer was not deliberate.
She said: "We discussed the script together, myself and Michael first, then Lynda. I didn't come up with the idea, 'Let's give you cancer'. It was their idea.
"However, it had to be that the character was positively fighting it which Lynda, of course, was. I was hoping that psychologically it would help her."

James Tindale has reportedly been axed from 'Geordie Shore'.
The 24-year-old star has appeared on the MTV reality series set in Newcastle since it first began in 2011 but was dropped by bosses just days before he was set to start filming for the upcoming tenth series.
Despite being younger than co-star Gary 'Gaz' Beadle, 26, and the same age as 24-year-old Charlotte Crosby, James is reported to have been cut from the lineup to make way for younger castmates.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Geordie Shore is James's life. He's gutted that he has been put into early retirement."
The cast of 'Geordie Shore' has seen a number of changes since the first series, with stars including Jay Gardner, Sophie Kasaei and Ricci Guarnaccio all leaving to make way for new faces such as Marnie Simpson, Kyle Christie and Aaron Chalmers.
Meanwhile, James' fellow reality TV veteran Vicky Pattison, 27, announced last month that she had quit the show, claiming she felt she'd outgrown it.
She said at the time: "I know a lot of the people in the house are going to be quite content to sort of be 40-years-old and still downing jagerbombs and bucking birds, but for me that was just never an option."
James and Vicky have now been replaced by a new boy - whose identity is yet to be revealed - and a girl named Chloe November.

He shared: "I want my kids to enjoy every single moment of life. If that means going away and living in a remote place with a remote people, whether it's a tribe, whether it's people who have gone to live off the grid, then so be it."

Jennifer Ellison wants a UK versus US version of 'Dance Mums'.
The former 'Brookside' actress fronts 'Dance Mums With Jennifer Ellison', which follows a number of young dancers at her Fame Academy school in Liverpool and their pushy parents, and she's confessed she wants to see her girls go up against the girls on the US version.
In the United States, 'Dance Moms' follows dance teacher Abby Lee Miller as she deals with difficult parents and their darling child performers as they take their first steps on the road to stardom.
Quizzed on whether there's plans for the two shows to join forces, Jennifer exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "There is, there's talks, so we're just going to see how this goes and then go from there. I'd love it to get another series, I'd love to follow the girls' stories and careers.
"I'd love to do the UK versus the US, my girls versus her [Abby] girls. I think that would be an amazing show. It would just be really exciting and really great TV."
The 31-year-old star also claimed she'd be more than capable of standing her ground against Abby, who has become notorious for her no-nonsense attitude on the US show.
Jennifer said: "I could give her a run for her money, no problem. I've been in this industry for nineteen years and done various West End shows and won every title there is to win in dance so yeah I can give her a run for her money."
'Dance Mums With Jennifer Ellison' is on Mondays at 9pm on Lifetime (Sky 156 / Virgin 242 / TalkTalk 490)
