Only The Young have been eliminated from 'The X Factor'.
The four-piece band made up of Charlie George, 17, Parisa Tarjomani, 20, Betsy-Blue English, 18 and 19-year-old Mike Bromley left the competition this evening (22.11.14) as part of a double elimination, after finding themselves with the fewest number of public votes.
Following the announcement, the group told host Dermot O'Leary: "We're just so grateful to everyone that's kept us in the competition so far. All the people that have worked on the show thank you so much, we've had an incredible time and this is not the end of Only The Young.
"We've had the absolute best time of our lives and we wouldn't change anything we've done."
Earlier in the show, the band performed a rendition of Elton John's hit 'Something About The Way You Look Tonight' as part of the Whitney Houston VS Elton John themed week, but were instantly eliminated following a short voting period.
When asked what the band should be doing next, mentor Louis Walsh gushed: "Getting a record deal and being a massive pop group. It's all there, and theyre great, great kids to work with."
The band have since tweeted: "Never stop fulfilling your dreams... THANK YOU EVERYONE. This has been the best time of our lives (sic)."
A second act will leave the competition during the results show tomorrow evening (23.11.14).
Kourtney Kardashian has hinted her relationship with Scott Disick is on the rocks.
The reality television star has been dating the 31-year-old hunk since 2006, but posted quotes from the Disney film 'Lilo & Stitch' accompanied by a heartbroken emoji in a cryptic image on Instagram on Friday (21.11.14), hinting Scott may be giving up on their relationship.
The text read: "'If you want to leave you can. I'll remember you, though. I remember everyone that leaves."
The couple - who have two children, Mason Dash, four, and Penelope Scotland, two, together - are set to welcome their third child into the world next month, but have been going through a tough few months due to Scott's erratic behaviour.
The Instagram post coincides with a clip taken from their show 'Kourtney & Khloé Take The Hamptons' released by E!Online in which the expectant mother told her half-sister, Kendall Jenner, Scott required medical attention for his spiralling depression and issues with drugs and alcohol.
She said: "He's just, like, severely depressed. He just makes up whatever, like, pills he thinks he needs to take and then if you drink with that I don't think it's good. And just stuff like that."
Concerns were raised for the father-of-two in June when he was admitted to hospital after a long night of partying, but it seems the incident hasn't altered the star's antics.
A source recently revealed to HollywoodLife.com Kourtney is planning on ending their relationship after Christmas.
The insider said: "Now she is about to give birth and has been holding onto hopes that he is going to stop drinking for good.
"Kourtney is due before Christmas, and there's a good chance she'll dump Scott after the holidays."
Wilko Johnson believes he "shouldn't be here" after battling cancer.
The 'Game of Thrones' actor was given the all clear in October following a 17-month battle with pancreatic cancer, and has recalled the "marvellous" time he spent fighting the illness.
He said: "I shouldn't be here at all."
The 67-year-old star was diagnosed with the disease in January 2013 and played a series of farewell shows in the UK after admitting he had refused chemotherapy and only had months left to live.
Despite the terrifying nature of the disease, Wilko insisted it helped him put things in perspective and live life to the full while he still could.
He explained: "I had a marvellous year last year, there's nothing like the imminence of death to make you realise you're alive,
"Then right on top of that, the surgeons at Addenbrooke's [hospital] decided that they could have a go at this tumour, and they did."
The Dr Feelgood guitarist was operated on in May and had a large tumour removed - a procedure which he says saved him.
He told The Chris Evans Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2: "I think it took about 10 or 11 hours or something and they took this tumour out of me. This tumour weighed three kilos, that's the size of a baby."
"I'd been carrying this thing on stage with me all year, my guitar used to stick out. My guitar used to rock on this tumour. Rocking away like a rocker!"
Talking of his recovery, the rocker added: "I'm getting my strength and my weight back.
"The difficult thing is now readjusting mentally."
Professor Green and Millie Mackintosh are not ready to have children.
The 30-year-old rapper - who is married to the former 'Made in Chelsea' star - has revealed they do not want to have a baby yet because their dogs are so demanding.
He said: "Our dogs are our b****y children at the moment. Looking after two dogs, one of whom is a pup, is a chore. But yeah I wouldn't swap them for the world."
The couple got married in 2013 but are keen to make sure their personal situations are more sturdy before welcoming a child into the world.
The 'Read All About It' musician - whose real name is Stephen Manderson - said: "Kids? Not yet, we've got a lot more work I think."
Professor Green released his third studio album 'Growing Up In Public' in September, while his 25-year-old lover recently launched her own clothing line, meaning their schedules are too packed to start a family.
He added to OK! magazine: "We're both so busy in our careers it's definitely not the right time to have children yet. It is on the agenda but I think we both want to be a bit more secure before we do it, and then take the dive into the unknown."
Taylor Swift doesn't want people to know she has a belly button.
The 'Blank Space' hitmaker admitted she chooses not to wear tops which reveal her midriff because she wants to keep her fans guessing as to whether she has a navel.
She quipped: "I don't want people to know if I have one or not,"
Explaining why she chooses not to expose her abdomen, the 24-year-old star said she doesn't want to "commit" to "the midriff thing."
She said: "I don't like showing my belly button,
"When you start showing your belly button then you're really committing to the midriff thing. I only partially commit to the midriff thing--you're only seeing lower rib cage."
The 'Shake It Off' singer - who released her fifth studio album '1989' in October- continued to joke about her mystery midriff hinting she may in fact have a secret piercing which her fans are unaware of.
She said: "I want that to be a mystery. As far as anyone knows based on my public appearances, they haven't seen evidence of a belly button. It could be pierced. They have no idea."
The star also revealed if she was to get a tattoo which she didn't want anyone to know about, her tummy would be her body part of choice for the inking.
She told the December/January issue of Lucky magazine: "If I'm going to get some sort of massive tattoo, it's going to be right next to my belly button because no one's ever going to see that."
Harry Styles claims he is a mermaid.
The One Direction hunk recently got a tattoo of the mythical creature on his forearm and explained he had the image emblazoned on his skin because he is himself, a mermaid.
Revealing the design, he said: "My newest tattoo is of a mermaid."
The 20-year-old singer was then asked about the inspiration behind the latest inking, to which he replied: "I am a mermaid,"
The latest addition to his collection of body artwork joins other designs including a large butterfly on his chest, a ship on his left arm and a padlock tattoo on his left wrist which was done by 'Thinking Out Loud' singer, Ed Sheeran.
Despite suggesting that he is actually an aquatic organism, the 'Steal My Girl' singer also expressed his wish to own a land-dwelling bear, admitting that a newborn panda would be his ideal buddy.
He told HollywoodLife: "I would love to have a pet baby panda."
Harry - along with his bandmates Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne - are currently in the US promoting their fourth studio album 'Four' and have been rehearsing for their performance at the American Music Awards - which will take place on Sunday (23.11.14) - where they have been nominated for three awards including Artist of the Year, Favourite Band, and Favourite Album, for their 2013 record 'Midnight Memories'.
Russell Crowe says the hardest part about being an actor is not being around his sons.
The 'Noah' star finds himself away from home for much of the year due to his busy acting schedule, and admitted he is finding it "harder and harder" to take new roles because he hates leaving his children, Charles Spencer Crowe, 10, and Tennyson Spencer Crowe, eight.
In a conversation on upcoming Foxtel Bio show 'The Truth About Us', he confessed: "It absolutely drives me crazy, the tension that I live with... when I get on that plane, because I'm not able to get to them in five minutes if they need me.
"It gets harder and harder."
The actor - who turned 50 earlier this year - separated from the children's mother, singer-songwriter Danielle Spencer in 2012, and explained family life has been more difficult than he expected.
He continued: "For me, the choice of having children was not about the fact that I would be leaving them to go off overseas,
"I always just somehow assumed we'd be like other showbiz families and we'd always work out a way of being together."
The 'Man of Steel' star added that his wish to be nearer his sons - who now live with their mother in Sydney - has even meant he is becoming more apprehensive about taking overseas movie roles.
He said: "Since the boys stopped travelling, it's had a wonderful effect on them -- the fact that they have a constant life,
"But it's really difficult, I've got to find more things to do at home because it's where I should be now -- I need to be where they are."
Kendall Jenner feels like Hannah Montana.
The 19-year-old star has forged a career as a fashion model after gaining prominence on hit reality show 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians', and now feels like the Disney Channel character - played by Miley Cyrus - who led two separate lives.
On juggling her two jobs, she said: "It's definitely two different worlds. I feel like Hannah Montana. But it's fun."
The Estée Lauder model - who was recently forced to deny rumours she is dating her friend, 'As Long As You Love Me' singer Justin Bieber - admits she has grown used to the busy world of showbusiness because she has been on television since the age of 11, when she used to wear outfits which now make her cringe.
She explained: "On season one of our show, I would wear, like, neon green jeans and a white polo shirt, the craziest things,
"I would literally sit at home and have my friends take pictures of me on my little Canon camera that my mom gave me for Christmas. Obviously, the show was me being in front of a camera. It's just something that I've kind of always been around."
The catwalk star - who is currently appearing in spin-off reality show 'Kourtney and Khloé Take the Hamptons' - also said she believes her television career means people can be sceptical about her ability as a model.
She told The New York Times newspaper: "Some people are hesitant with me, and they just worry or wonder for a second,"
Katy Perry has slammed the Australian press saying they have "NO HUMANITY".
The 'This Is How We Do' singer is currently travelling around the country with her 'Prismatic' world tour, and criticised paparazzi in Sydney for their rude behaviour.
Taking to Twitter with an angry post, she wrote: "Australian PRESS: you should be ashamed of your paparazzi & tabloid culture. Your paparazzi have no respect, no integrity, no character. NO HUMANITY (sic)."
The star - who is rumoured to be dating 36-year-old DJ, Diplo - continued the furious tirade by claiming she had been followed during a private stroll by men who laughed at her when she requested they leave.
She said: "I was stalked by many grown men today as I tried to take a quiet walk to the beach. These men would not stop as I pleaded over & over to let me have my space. Many other people stopped to try to help but the paps continued to laugh at me & hold their barrels up and shoot. (sic)"
Lashing out in a further tweet, she posted images of the paparazzi from the incident with the caption, "THESE ARE A FEW OF THE STALKERS:(sic)"
Thankfully, the intimidating incident didn't stop the 30-year-old superstar from taking to the stage at Sydney's Allphones Arena on Friday evening (21.11.14), where she performed a selection of her hits to 60,000 fans.
The 'Roar' chanteuse also took time earlier in the day to surprise her fans by turning up unannounced at her pop-up store in the city.
Evangeline Lilly found it "liberating" playing a new character in 'The Hobbit' movies.
The former 'Lost' actress joined the cast as Tauriel in second movie 'The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug' and though she was concerned people would instinctively dislike her because she didn't appear in J.R.R. Tolkein's novel, she was relieved not to have to worry about living up to expectations.
She explained: "It was totally liberating that Tauriel was a new character.
"I was, of course, aware that I would be under deeper scrutiny because people would be wanting to hate her, but once the decision was made to do it, then it was nothing but a blessing.
"At that point it was all about, 'Let's create the best character possible so that people have to fall in love with her' instead of, 'How do I live up to 50 years of people envisioning this character?'"
Movie boss Sir Peter Jackson was keen to introduce Tauriel because he wanted a "great kick-ass chick" in the thick of the action.
He told SFX magazine: "It was a very cold-blooded decision to cast a female character because there's a lot of strength in women within the Elvish rank.
"We just wanted to have a really great kick-ass chick, basically."
Mariah Carey wants to do a mini residency in the US.
The '#Beautiful' singer, who split from Nick Cannon earlier this year after six years of marriage, reportedly wants to ink a multi-million dollar residency deal like Britney Spears, but doesn't want to move to Las Vegas.
A source said: "Mariah doesn't want to go to Vegas. She put out feelers to the Borgata in Atlantic City and the Mohegan Sun in Connecticut about a mini residency."
The 44-year-old beauty, who has three-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, believes she can make a lot of money from the gigs as she was recently forced to add another date to her upcoming Christmas concert series in New York City due to high demand.
The insider added to US Star magazine: "She wants a stable, high-paying gig that will keep her close to her New York home. Mariah is crossing her fingers that she can figure out a way to make money on her own turf."
While Mariah is still shopping around for a deal, Jennifer Lopez is rumored to have agreed to $350,000-a-show 72-date residency in Las Vegas recently.
But a source previously claimed she is waiting for promoters to sign off on her list of demands, including an all-white dressing room, before she signs the contract.
'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here' star, Edwina Currie, is "one tough lady", according to her husband of 13 years.
Retired policeman, John Jones, thinks the 68-year-old former Conservative MP - who entered the show on Thursday alongside 'X Factor' reject, Jake Quickenden - will cause a stir with her fellow campmates.
He said: "Knowing Edwina as I do they'll be wishing she'd been locked up in The Slammer for a few days before being unleashed on them.
"She's a big girl and she can look after herself. Edwina is one tough lady and she's a lot nicer than the image of her that's often portrayed.
"Whether she'll be nice to everyone in the camp is another story - but that's what the programme is about, isn't it? Friendship and enmity."
John - who will be looking after the couple's home in Derbyshire whilst Edwina competes on the show - has revealed that her "honest" qualities will mean she won't take any nonsense from the campers.
He explained to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Once she finds her feet, you can expect plenty of fun and games. Edwina will help anybody, especially anyone who is struggling, but if they're being lazy or selfish she won't be scared to have a dig.
"She doesn't suffer fools gladly, so it will be interesting to see how she deals with the different characters in there. Her greatest quality is that she is utterly honest and I don't think she'll be any different in the jungle.
"If she thinks anyone is taking the Michael than she will instigate 'proceedings'. Maybe she'll still end up in The Slammer."
