Charlotte Hawkins is "conscious" about losing her baby weight.
The 39-year-old 'Good Morning Britain' presenter -who is currently six months pregnant with her first child - has admitted that she is already thinking about how she can shift the baby weight after she's given birth.
When asked how she has handled her weight gain, Charlotte explained: "I still take our dogs for walks and do pregnancy yoga. I'll be conscious of losing weight, but I won't rush - the main thing is you're healthy, energized and have enough nutrition to support a new life. That should be the focus, not whether you can fit into your skinny jeans.
"I just look forward to having lots of cuddles with this amazing being we've created."
The first-time mum also revealed that her fellow ITV presenter Ben Shephard failed to notice her growing bump despite her repeatedly raiding the work biscuit tin.
She said: "I wasn't actually sick, but I felt like I was going to be every day. I was having to go into work and pretend everything was okay and I just had to eat my way through it. I thought they must have suspected because I ate biscuits and pastries all morning. I said to Ben later, 'Didn't you wonder why I ate so many biscuits?' And he was like, 'I'm a boy. I thought you just ate a lot of biscuits.'"
Charlotte, who married her husband Mark Herbert, 41, in 2008, admitted that she "feels" for the Duchess of Cambridge who suffers from acute morning sickness.
Charlotte told HELLO! magazine: "It's not just in the morning, it's the whole time. It's just so debilitating and you do feel so vulnerable because it's such early days."

Olly Murs still gets starstruck.
The 'Wrapped Up' singer has met his fair share of celebrities since appearing on 'The X Factor' in 2009, but confessed he still feels jittery when he meets people he really admires such as David Beckham.
Recalling the moment when he met the footballing hero earlier this year, he said: "He'd actually asked to see me. I was at a football game and a woman came down and said, 'David would like to meet you.'
"I ran to his box and we had a great chat about Comic Relief, which we'd both been involved with. I have to admit, I was starstruck, but I soon realised he's just a normal guy.
"I've been a fan of his since I was a kid - and he was everything I wanted him to be."
The 30-year-old star - who counts Robbie Williams and Simon Cowell amongst some of his close friends - also worked with Paul Weller on his new album, 'Never Been Better'; another moment which he found unbelievable.
He explained: "I can't believe I've worked with him on my new album. I'm a huge fan and he's the soundtrack to my childhood."
Luckily for the 'Dear Darlin' hitmaker, the former The Jam lead singer soothed his nerves so he wasn't left speechless by the experience.
Talking to the Sunday Mirror newspaper, he added: "It could have been intimidating, but he was very comfortable around me. I didn't feel that at all.
"He was intrigued by my experience of the industry."

Iggy Pop enjoys twerking around his house.
The 67-year-old musician has said he was "proud" when Debbie Harry made comments earlier this year saying he had been twerking for his whole life.
In an interview with The Guardian in which she spoke about the stage antics of modern popstars, the Blondie lead singer joked: "I think Iggy [Pop] has been vomiting and twerking for most of his career."
When asked whether he had heard the comments, Iggy said: "Yes, I was so proud."
The Stooges frontman continued, admitting he is a huge fan of the dance move which involves him provocatively shaking his derriere, but isn't as good as his wife, Nina Alu, who he married six years ago.
He said: "But I'll tell you something, when something with a good beat comes on, I twerk around the house with my wife. Her father's Nigerian and she can tweeerk. And I try. (sic)"
The singer also said apart from wiggling his backside, he is always trying to keep fit and skips meals in order to avoid looking like Homer from the animated television show, 'The Simpsons'.
He told The Sunday Times newspaper: "I do get an appetite,
"I try to ride it out because I think it's only fair that I resemble myself.
"I was probably born to be 10 stone, and at my peak of obsessiveness I would run about nine stone. When it gets up to 10, I get like, 'Hey! What is this, Homer Simpson?' I start getting nervous."

Ryan Reynolds thought his father was "scary".
'The Proposal' star - who is expecting his first child with his wife, Blake Lively - has admitted that his dad worked incredibly "tirelessly" to provide for their family.
He said: "[He was] the toughest man alive: a former cop, former boxer and full-time land mine. He worked tirelessly to provide for his family and in return, you were expected to do what he said, often before he said it.
"In a word, he was scary. Not because he was sadistic or physically abusive. He was scary because he was one of those people with an energetic 'weight' to him."
The 38-year-old actor explained that as a young boy, he was "terrified" to get a gold stud earring and his brothers even tried to convince him not to do it.
Writing in Time magazine's 'Time for Thanks' column about the moment he sat down at the table with his father after it had been done, he said: "The little gold earring felt like it was flashing ember-red, as if to say, 'LOOK AT ME!!! Over here! Your son is a tool! You raised a future Zen-garden salesman who collects artisanal bongs!'"
"I could see he wasn't just looking at me. His confused eyes darted spastically between all four boys in shock, disbelief and directionless anger.
"What he was in fact looking at, were four young men, sitting at a dinner table, each, with a freshly pierced ear."

He said: "I've been there before, and I'm excited."
Scott also spoke out about the difficulties he faced this year after losing his father, Jeffrey, just months after his mother, Bonnie, passed away.

Speaking of his time on the show, Steve said: "To all my fellow contestants, the absolute highlight is seeing these people, who have become really good friends of mine - it has blown my mind seeing Mark [Wright] blossom from nothing into a superstar, seeing Jake [Wood]'s salsa, Sunetra's american smooth, Judy [Murray]'s foxtrot ...
"I am just absolutely bursting with pride at everything you all achieved and I think that's why everyone loves 'Strictly' because it's this incredibly lifting experience and seeing that anyone can learn to dance."

He explained: "I don't think you can underestimate the achievement it is, to take someone who was quite as bad as I was to get them to week nine, it's quite an achievement."

Jennifer Aniston has joked that she was one of the "original" women who posed nude for a magazine.
The 'Horrible Bosses' star - who exposed her bottom on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine in 1996 - compared herself to Kim Kardashian West, who recently did a naked photoshoot for Paper magazine.
Speaking to Extra! TV, Jennifer quipped: "I was an original, alright? Sorry Kim K."
Meanwhile, sources previously revealed that the 45-year-old actress is a huge fan of 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' and "couldn't wait" to meet her at a recent event.
The source explained: "Jen couldn't wait to meet Kim during a recent party. She told Kim that she secretly watches [the show]. She was gushing to Kim about how much she loves her skin and her hair."
34-year-old Kim is believed to have then replied: "But you're Jennifer Aniston. It's your hair that's famous!"
Jennifer has also previously defended reality television stars, admitting that although her career path was different, if they want to become famous that way then they should be allowed to.
She said: "There's nothing wrong with Kim Kardashian and all those people. If that's how they choose to make a living, more power to them.
"My line of work is different. I want to entertain people."

Kris Jenner has defended her boyfriend over stalking allegations.
The 59-year-old 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star - who is currently dating 33-year-old Corey Gamble, following her separation from Bruce Jenner - doesn't think her new beau is "capable" of being a stalker.
Corey - who's ex got a restraining order against him in 2010 after he allegedly followed her everywhere - isn't the right "type" of person to be a stalker, according to Kris.
She is believed to have told her friends that Corey is just a "background guy", so he is unlikely to have ever stalked anyone, TMZ reports.
Kris also defended Corey's professional job, as a tour manager for Justin Bieber, explaining that he could easily have tried to "exploit" that relationship but didn't.
Before the allegations came to light, Corey came clean to the businesswoman and television personality, insisting that his ex never had a case against him.
Meanwhile, sources close to Kris recently revealed that she is falling hard for Corey.
The insider said: "[Corey] constantly tells her how hot, sexy and smart she is.
"[They] are like teenagers, non-stop making out and it's major PDA all the time! [Kris] is having fun and is so attracted to him."
