Jared Leto and Will Smith are among the stars confirmed for 'Suicide Squad'.
The 'Dallas Buyers Club' actor and 'Men In Black' star are among the star-studded cast confirmed for the upcoming Warner Bros. supervillain movie based on the DC comic book of the same name, Variety reports.
Will Smith's 'Focus' co-star Margot Robbie, 'The Dark Knight Rises' actor Tom Hardy, Divergent's Jai Courteney and model-turned-actress Cara Delevingne will also star in the film to be directed by 'Fury' filmmaker David Ayer.
Warner Bros. president Greg Silverman said: "The Warner Bros. roots are deep in this one. We look forward to seeing this terrific ensemble under David Ayer's amazing guidance, give new meaning to what it means to be a villain and what it means to be a hero."
The script centres on a team of supervillains who are given a death-defying mission to complete in return for redemption from the government.
Although the names have long been rumoured for the highly anticipated project, it's now been confirmed which stars will be taking on which roles.
Leto will transform into The Joker - a character made famous by Jack Nicholson and the late Heath Ledger - while Smith will play Deadshot, Hardy Rick Flag, Robbie Harley Quinn, Courtney Boomerang and Delevingne Enchantress.
Jesse Eisenberg is also said to be in talks to play Lex Luthor in the upcoming project, a role he will first take on in 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice'.
However, the studio is yet to cast the role of supervillain team leader Amanda Waller, although Viola Davis, Octavia Spencer and Oprah Winfrey are being eyed for the part.
'Suicide Squad' - which is scheduled to open in cinemas on August 5, 2016 - is expected to begin shooting in Toronto next April.
Chloe Sims realised Elliott Wright wasn't right for her when he partly blamed her daughter for their problems.
The 'Only Way is Essex' stars recently ended their five-month relationship and the 33-year-old beauty is adamant she won't be going back to her former lover after he claimed one reason for their break-up was that she shares a bed with her nine-year-old daughter Madison.
Chloe believes Elliott wants a stay-at-home wife who will always put him first but she's not willing to settle for a "mediocre" life.
In an interview with OK! magazine, she said: "It's over completely. Things were rocky anyway and then he spoke about my daughter, saying her sharing a bed with me didn't help our relationship, which really upset me.
"Madison is not the reason I split from Elliott, he just wasn't for me. He wants a little wifey that's going to stay at home and be happy with a mediocre life - I'm not that."
Chloe, 31, has accused Elliott, 33, of being very controlling and she claims he didn't trust her when she went out without him, making her phone him at certain times.
She said: "He tried to tell me I couldn't go on another girls' holiday and that I can go out but would have to be home at 2am or go home to him.
"On holiday, I had to FaceTime him every night to show I was in. He didn't trust me."
Pixie Lott "loves" Jake Wood's "twerking hips" on 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The 23-year-old singer - who is dating model Oliver Cheshire - is competing alongside the 'EastEnders' actor on BBC ballroom competition and can understand why he is a "guilty crush" for so many people.
She said: "I absolutely love Jake and his twerking hips. I love that he just goes for it and really gets into character, that's why he's done so well in his dances.
"Everyone says Jake is a bit of a guilty crush and even more people feel that way now they know he can dance. I love being around Jake - he has us all in stitches when we're together backstage."
Pixie - who is partnered by dancer Trent Whiddon on the show - has been getting high scores from the judges week-after-week and admits the hardest part of the show for her is having to say goodbye to the axed contestants.
Speaking to Closer magazine, she said: "Having nerves before the live show is all part of the experience. It's not a massive low for me because it's what's expected from a competition of this standard, but a bigger low for me has been when we lose someone each week in the competition.
"It will either be Trent and I who leave or one of our good friends, so that is the saddest part. Everyone is so close and when you return to the show the following week and someone is missing, it's really strange."
Kendra Wilkinson is trying to cure her heartache.
The 29-year-old beauty's marriage to former American football star Hank Baskett came under sever strain when it was alleged he'd cheated on her with a transsexual model and a friend of the star has now revealed she's competing on British reality series 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!' in order to take some "time out".
Jessica Hall shared: "She wanted to do it to prove to herself what a strong person she is, because she has had a tough year. She needed the time out.
"When it [the news of Hank's alleged cheating] came out, I never left Kendra's side.
"I was there from step one and it was hard to watch as a friend."
However, the former Playboy model's best friend admits she's hoping Kendra and Hank - who have four-year-old son Hank Baskett IV and six-month-old daughter Alijah Mary together - will work things out once Kendra returns from Australia.
She added to The Sun newspaper: "It was out of control. But you have to remember there are two sides to every story.
"I would love to see them make it work, because I adore both of them and they are terrific together. I'm rooting for Hank.
"And she is learning things all the time in the jungle."
Martin Freeman thinks Bilbo Baggins is a realistic example of an everyday hero.
The 43-year-old actor stars as the diminutive Bilbo in 'The Hobbit' film trilogy and feels his on-screen character has more in common with everyday heroes than someone like Dolph Lundgren, the burly Swedish actor who appeared in 'Rocky IV' and 'The Expendables'.
Speaking at the London press conference for 'The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies' - which also features Orlando Bloom - yesterday (02.12.14), Martin reflected: "I think the message of the film is pretty straightforward. It's not the first story in the world that had the message that the little guy can triumph. The reason it recurs is because it's strong and it's also aspirational.
"We want it to be true, but it is also true, you know. Most actual heroes in the world are not 6ft 5 and look like Vikings. Most everyday heroes don't look like that. We all know that to be true.
"Hollywood doesn't always tell us that truth, and that's why we all think it's surprising that Bilbo could be a hero.
"Well, actually most people we've ever met who we consider to be brave or inspirational or heroic don't look like Dolph Lundgren, do you know what I mean?
"Don't get me wrong, Dolph is a lovely fella... so I don't think it's the first tale in human history that told that message, but I think it's one that's worth retelling."
Peter Jackson doesn't know how to use email.
The award-winning director is the creative force behind 'The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies', which features lots of impressive-looking special effects, but Peter concedes he still struggles with technology despite using it to bring the books of J. R. R. Tolkien to life.
Speaking at the London press conference for the new film - which stars Sir Ian McKellen, Orlando Bloom and Martin Freeman - yesterday (02.12.14), the 53-year-old director explained: "Once we knew we were doing the Tolkien movies, we had to create battle scenes and we had to write software. We had to create characters and creatures that didn't exist, so the technology is always driven by the needs of the story you're telling.
"If 17 years ago, instead of doing 'The Lord of the Rings', I was doing a drama in a fish and chip shop, then we wouldn't have developed this technology. Well, unless we wanted a cod to jump around on a bench or something!
"I mean, I can't even do an email! I'm an absolute idiot at computers, but fortunately we have wonderful, wonderful artists that do it."
Tilda Swinton used to be a professional gambler.
The 'Grand Budapest Hotel' star says she made a lot of money from betting on horses before she found fame.
The 54-year-old actress said: "When I lived in London, there were a couple of years when I didn't really earn money doing anything else. I mean, I did other things, like I made work, and I was working with Derek Jarman at the time, but the way I made money was putting money on horses.
"My grandfather had an old gardener called Bert Matheson, and he taught me how to pick winners, and it kind of works! It's very strange. I mean, it doesn't always work, of course. It's got something to do with the form, and there's a certain amount of knowledge about particular horses, but it really is not that. It's to do with, um, just looking at the horses in the ring and asking whether they're gonna win or not! Basically, I mean."
The actress won enough money on a horse named Devilry from one race that "kept us for nearly a year."
Meanwhile, Tilda, who has 17-year-old twins, Xavier and Honor, with ex-boyfriend John Byrne and is in a long-term relationship with painter Sandro Kopp, admits she isn't looking forward to getting older after caring for her late mother every weekend until her death two years ago while she was shooting 'Lovers Left Alive'.
She told GQ magazine: "Old age is really tough. Because let's face it, when people are younger, you have the luxury of saying it's a tragedy, they should have died later, you know, they could have had another forty years. But I remember sitting beside my mother for weeks thinking, What mortality police can I call? We're really supposed to put up with this?
"It's one of the reasons that film was--is--so tender for me. Because every time I came off the set, Sandro would be in the wings trying to find another plane from a small airport that would be leaving on Friday night."
Rixton's performance at Mall of America on Black Friday was "pandemonium."
The four-piece British pop band played at the Minnesota shopping centre on Friday (28.11.14) and were shocked at the huge amount of people who turned out to see them.
Speaking at the Free Radio Live concert at which the band performed on Saturday (29.11.14), lead singer Jake Roche said: "There were over 1,000 people who came out to see us, which for us, being a UK band heading over there is incredible for us."
The 'Me and My Broken Heart' hitmakers - comprised of Jake, Charley Bagnall, Lewi Morgan and Danny Wilkin - also explained they found it difficult to comprehend the scale of Mall of America as it is so different to their local shopping centre Lakeside in Essex, South East England.
He continued: "It was no Lakeside. It was pandemonium. For starters in the shopping mall, there is a theme park, which doesn't make any sense. There are 27 rides in this Mall of America and they are not small rides. They are terrifying."
The band - who will release their debut album, 'Let the Road', in January - have been spending much of their time in the US for the last few months, but confessed it has been difficult to kick-start their career in the country because it takes so long for music to be played on the radio.
The 22-year-old frontman explained: "We spend a lot of time over there - everything takes longer in America. In terms of the radio process, you start your song, you service it and it will take three months to hit its pinnacle. It's huge."
While the guys - who will be supporting 'Love Me Harder' hitmaker Ariana Grande on her tour of North America and Europe in 2015 - are thrilled with the reaction they have been receiving, Jake insists they always look forward to returning to the UK.
He said: "We have been accepted really well out there and we love it but we love coming home as well, even if it's for just 12 hours."
Teri Hatcher blamed herself for being sexually abused as a child.
The former 'Desperate Housewives' star admits she never told anyone she was being repeatedly assaulted by her uncle Richard Hayes Stone because she didn't understand what he was doing when he molested her for the first time when she was seven years old.
Speaking at a United Nations event commemorating the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, the 49-year-old actress said: "I was convinced it was my fault and I blamed myself for what had happened, so I didn't tell anyone and I was silent."
Teri claims no one in her family ever asked her "exactly what happened" but she finally managed to escape her abuser by acting out, according to Yahoo! News.
She said: "I did, however, unsurprisingly, start to act out and my mother decided to keep me away from my uncle. I didn't see him anymore, but no one in my family ever asked exactly what happened. We remained silent."
The brunette beauty opened up about the horrific abuse she endured at the hands of her uncle, who was jailed for 14 years, for the first time in 2006.
During an interview with Vanity Fair magazine, she said: "I have so much pain. I'm a woman who carries around all these layers of fear and vulnerability. I'm trying to be my powerful me; it's in there, but I have to find the strong part underneath the layers of 'I'm s**t. I'm never going to go anywhere!' "
Taylor Swift allegedly had Jessica Hart banned from the Victoria's Secret fashion show.
The 'Blank Space' hitmaker reportedly only agreed to perform at the annual lingerie showcase for the second consecutive year under the condition that the 28-year-old Australian model, who has modelled for the brand in the past, wouldn't be appearing on the catwalk.
A source said: "It's not been announced that Jessica is not walking, but it was a direct request from Taylor that this be the case if she were to go."
Relations soured between the pair after last year's event in New York City because Jessica stated Taylor "didn't fit" in as a performer at the event.
She said at the time: "God bless her (Taylor Swift's) heart. I think she's great. But, I don't know, to me, she didn't fit. I don't know if I should say that."
Jessica, who still works with the brand, later insisted she didn't mean to insult Taylor.
She said: "It was taken out of context, but I have certainly learnt my lesson."
But the 24-year-old singer is said to have made sure Jessica wasn't appearing at the event in London on Tuesday night (02.12.14) before signing her contract.
The insider told the New York Daily News' @Confidential: "No one can know that Taylor requested Ms. Hart not be in the show; they want to keep that under wraps but that's the facts."
Haylie Duff is expecting her first child.
The 29-year-old celebrity chef, who is singer Hilary Duff's older sister, has announced she and fiancé Matt Rosenberg will welcome their first child into the world next spring.
A spokesperson for the couple, who got engaged in April, confirmed the happy news to E! News and Hilary, who has son Luca, two, with estranged husband Mike Comrie, also shared her excitement on Twitter, writing: "GUYS I'm going 2 be an auntie @haylieduff & @matt_sts are going to be the best parents to a sweet baby &luc will have a partner in crime (sic)"
Their new arrival is unlikely to disrupt their wedding plans, as earlier this year Haylie admitted she wasn't stressed getting married.
The 'Real Girl's Kitchen' host said: "I really haven't had any time to sort of Google 'wedding dresses' and Pinterest boards and all the stuff that people I think normally do."
But 'The Wedding Pact' actress is certain apparel entrepreneur Matt is the "one" for her.
She said: "He just complements me so well. We're very different in a lot of ways. I think really when he became close with my family, and I saw how simpatico everybody was, that's when I was like, 'Okay, so not only do I love him, but they love him too.' And I feel like that's the way it's supposed to be."
The couple celebrated their anniversary on November 22 and Haylie shared a romantic picture of them taken on a beach, with the caption: "Happy Anniversary to the greatest man I know. I'm lucky to be yours."
Kellan Lutz is dating Brittany Ward.
The 29-year-old actor, who was briefly linked to Miley Cyrus earlier this year, has only been romancing the model since October, but the couple are already "very close and have been for some time."
A source told E! News: "Kellan and Brittany are dating. They are super cute together."
The 'Legend of Hercules' star was spotted cycling around Marina Del Rey, California with the brunette beauty over the weekend and they also attended Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios in Los Angeles, with friends in October.
The 'Twilight Saga' star previously dated '90210' actress AnnaLynne McCord, 27, and former 'Home and Away' star Sharni Vinson, 31, whom he split from in May 2013 after eight months of dating.
The heartthrob denied rumours he was dating 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker Miley, 22, last spring and insisted he was happily single.
He said at the time: "I've been friends with Miley for like six years. She's a great girl. I love hanging out with [her]. She's super talented. She's a really cool, secure woman. We run in the same circle.
"Are we dating? No... I'm happily single. I'm not [looking] right now... I'm enjoying life and traveling quite a bit... There's no real time to find the one."
