Arlene Phillips sometimes misses working on 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The 71-year-old star was a judge on the BBC One ballroom dance contest for four years before her controversial sacking in 2008 and she's confessed there are times when she wishes she were still on the show.
Quizzed on whether she misses being on the panel at The Sun newspaper's Military Awards, she said: "I guess sometimes, yeah. There are moments."
However, Arlene - who was replaced by Alesha Dixon, 36, before 45-year-old Darcey Bussell took her spot on the panel - admits she struggles to watch the show now without criticising the celebrities.
She added: "If I watch something - I don't watch it all the time. I watch little snatches. I'll put it on, but sometimes I'll see something and the words of what I thought burst out of my mouth.
"And I look and think, 'Where did I come from? No! Stop It's nothing to do with you anymore'."
Meanwhile, the former professional dancer revealed earlier this year she'd like to see the Strictly panel made up entirely of women, replacing male judges Bruno Tonioli, Craig Revel Horwood and Len Goodman.
She said: "There should be more women everywhere in my opinion. There should be four women on the panel. Let's start with that one."

Noel Gallagher has "albums worth" of unheard Oasis tracks.
The 47-year-old musician revealed he is always writing music, so has a growing stockpile of material since 1993.
He revealed: "Instead of writing 15 or 16 songs for a cycle of where [Oasis] were at, we were using five, but I was still writing 15, 20 songs, so there's loads of stuff left over from those days. Albums and albums worth of material."
The guitarist-and-songwriter - who quit the band in 2009 - explained he has built up a huge collection of unheard tracks since the band's debut album 'Definitely Maybe', as he writes a minimum of 30 songs before entering the recording studio.
He said: "I've had a stockpile of songs since 1993.
"I've never written for a specific project, I've never been in the studio with less than 30 songs. I've just recorded an album, but I've still got another 30 songs."
This year there has been growing rumours about the band reforming, but the 'Don't Look Back In Anger' songwriter recently shut down reports of a reunion, saying he "doesn't see the appeal" of reconnecting with his brother and former bandmate Liam Gallagher.
However, the star did tease lots of the band's demos have been "left behind" during the making of their seven records.
Speaking to BBC Radio 4's 'Mastertapes', he added: "Because you move so fast as a writer, and you can only really do ten songs on an album at a time, lots get left behind."

Aaron Sorkin wanted Tom Cruise to play Steve Jobs in the new biopic about the Apple co-founder.
Leaked Sony emails show that the role - which has subsequently been handed to Michael Fassbender - was initially set aside for Tom, who was described by Aaron as "an actor who can really handle language ... and a movie star who feels comfortable owning the stage".
And when director Danny Boyle suggested Michael was the ideal candidate for the part, the screenwriter said: "This used to be an event. I don't know who Michael Fassbender is and the rest of the world isn't going to care. This is insane."
However, he later backtracked, saying Michael is a suitable candidate for the part of Jobs, who died in October 2011, aged 56.
Aaron said: "He's a great actor whose time has come.
"Yeah, if the movie's good, he'll be on the cover of everything and get nominated for everything."
The eagerly awaited film has endured lots of casting issues over the last few months, with Leonardo DiCaprio and Christian Bale both backing out of the project.
Earlier this week, Oscar-winning actress Natalie Portman declined the chance to star as Joanna Hoffman, the former Mac marketing chief.
However, Seth Rogen has been cast as Steve Wozniak, while Jeff Daniels is reportedly being lined up to play the part of John Sculley, the CEO of Apple from 1983 to 1993.

Sony is considering making a '21 Jump Street' and 'Men In Black' crossover film.
Leaked emails, seen by The Wall Street Journal, show the studio is weighing up the idea of releasing a film that fuses the two franchises together in 2016 or 2017.
In one of the emails, Sony's Motion Picture Chief Amy Pascal said: "We don't have a script yet so we'll be greenlighting the movie off the concept and the talent involved."
Jonah Hill - who featured in '21 Jump Street' and '22 Jump Street', this year's sequel - responded enthusiastically to the suggestion.
He wrote: "jump street merging with mib i think that's clean and rad and powerful. (sic)"
Although Jonah is keen to appear in the film, it appears that Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones have yet to agree to participate.
However, 'Jump Street' directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller have agreed to produce, and may even direct, the film should the plans come to fruition.
Earlier this week, it was revealed that Sony and Marvel Studios have held discussions over a 'Spider-Man' and 'Captain America' crossover.
Sony staged talks with Marvel about the possibility of Peter Parker featuring in 'Captain America: Civil War', but the discussions broke down.

'Birdman' leads the Golden Globe nominations with seven nods.
The black comedy movie - which stars Emma Stone, Edward Norton and Michael Keaton - is up for Best Screenplay, Best Score and Best Comedy or Musical as well as several individual awards for its cast and director Alejandro González Iñárritu.
The Best Film category will be hotly contested with nods for 'Boyhood' and 'The Imitation Game', which both received five nominations apiece, as well as 'The Theory of Everything', 'Foxcatcher' and 'Selma'.
The Imitation Game's Benedict Cumberbatch will do battle with fellow Brits Eddie Redmayne and David Oyelowo in the Best Actor in a Drama category, while Jake Gyllenhaal and Steve Carell are also up for the prestigious accolade.
Redmayne's movie 'The Theory of Everything' - in which he plays physicist Stephen Hawking - is up for four awards, including Felicity Jones' Best Actress in a Drama nod, which will see her go up against Jennifer Aniston, Julianne Moore, Rosamund Pike and Reese Witherspoon.
Birdman's Norton has been nominated for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama, but will face competition from Robert Duvall, Mark Ruffalo, JK Simmons and Ethan Hawke, while his 'Birdman' co-star Stone will go up against Patricia Arquette, Jessica Chastain, Keira Knightley and Meryl Streep for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama.
'The Grand Budapest Hotel' helmer Wes Anderson will do battle with Ava Duvernay ('Selma'), David Fincher ('Gone Girl'), Iñárritu ('Birdman') and Richard Linklater ('Boyhood') in the Best Director category.
Anderson will also take on Iñárritu, Linklater, Gillian Flynn ('Gone Girl') and Graham Moore ('The Imitation Game') for the Best Screenplay prize.
Emily Blunt earned a nod for Best Actress in a Comedy or Musical for 'Into the Woods', but will go up against fellow Brit Dame Helen Mirren as well as Amy Adams, Julianne Moore and Quvenzhané Wallis in the category.
There was also plenty of joy for Brits in the TV categories as 'Downton Abbey' picked up two nominations, for Best Drama Series and Best Supporting Actress for Joanne Froggatt.
The ITV period drama will take on 'The Affair', 'Game of Thrones', 'The Good Wife' and 'House of Cards' in the main category, but the show missed out on a Best Actor or Best Actress nod.
'The Affair' had nods for both thanks to Dominic West and Ruth Wilson, while 'House of Cards' also earned a hat-trick of nods as its leading stars Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright were put up for Best Actor and Best Actress in a Drama Series respectively.
The Golden Globe nominations were announced by Kate Beckinsale, Peter Krause, Paula Patton and Jeremy Piven, who all took turns reading out the names of the fortunate stars.
The 72nd Annual Golden Globes will take place on January 11, 2015, and the ceremony will welcome back hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, who are set to present the show together for a third year running.

Ed Sheeran downed champagne out of a stolen pint glass and bought shots for random people to celebrate his Grammy nominations.
The 23-year-old singer had a "mad night" after discovering he had received nods for Album of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Song for Visual Media at the prestigious awards by ordering Jagerbomb shots for people he had never met and he stole a mug to drink his bubbles out of.
He said: "[Sam Smith] and I went out for lunch and celebrated but in the evening when I found out I had the Best Album nomination I went wild.
"I went to a dive bar and just ended up outside and I ordered loads of rounds of Jagerbombs for everyone. People I hadn't even met, I was just buying drinks for everyone outside. It was good.
"I had this huge metal mug that I'd stolen and I was just filling it with champagne and drinking it like it was beer. It was a mad night."
The flame-haired singer is also planning to have a "mental" night celebrating if he manages to pick up the Best Album award at the ceremony in February next year.
Speaking to Yahoo Celebrity, he added: "I don't really know what I'll do if I win. If I did win the best album one I'd make it quite brief and let other people say something. Afterwards would be mental though."
Ed certainly seemed to have a lot more fun celebrating his nods than his pal Sam, who recently revealed the pair didn't have a drink during the daytime after finding out about their nominations, opting to celebrate with sushi instead.
He explained: "I was with Ed on the day it happened.
"We went for lunch and had sushi. But no drink was involved so it wasn't a proper celebration."

The 48-year-old star shot to fame in the 1980s as one of the world's first supermodels and she admits there were a lot of bashes where drugs were readily available.
However, Cindy always avoided that side of the fashion industry, and thinks her upbringing played a big role in why she was able to turn her back on temptation.
In an interview with The Evening Standard newspaper, she revealed: "I guess for me, it wasn't that hard. It's just not who I am. I was raised in a small town in Illinois and I think those Midwestern qualities served me well. It just wasn't in my DNA to be a party girl, thank God!"
Cindy's 13-year-old daughter Kaia is just at the beginning of her modelling career and the catwalk legend insists she isn't worried about getting involved in the party scene because she was able avoid it.
The brunette beauty - who also has 15-year-old son Presley with her husband Rande Gerber - said: "When people ask me about my daughter, I feel like I could guide her in the right direction because I was able to navigate it. You can, it is do-able."

Zoe Saldana has given birth to her twins.
The 'Guardians of the Galaxy' star and her husband, artist Marco Perego, welcomed their first children into the world on Monday (08.12.14) and they are both "ecstatic" with the arrival of the babies.
A friend of the actress told the Mirror.co.uk website: "Zoe and Marco are delighted, Zoe has been ready to drop for some time and they are both ecstatic to be meeting the twins.
"This a dream come true for both of them, they are absolutely delighted. They have been looking forward this day for the last nine months. Both want a big family so this is the start."
No other details about the birth of the babies was available at the time of writing.
Zoe revealed she was expecting in July but it was her friend Britney Spears - whom she starred with in 2002 film 'Crossroads' - who let slip she was having twins.
The 36-year-old actress - who secretly married Marco in London in 2013 - previously insisted she would not be rushing back to work after having her children and wants to enjoy spending time with them as babies.
She said: "I know that we will work everything out. I have to say, I'm very lucky ... I've gotten nothing but support ... I'm not going to rip my child off my t*t to go work. And if I do that, then maybe you shouldn't hire me because I am willing to sell anything.
She added: "It's nature! Like, you just cannot do it. What kind of mother would I be? There's no choice. It's like, 'What, you want me to leave my newborn so that I can work 16 hours on your set? He's only a month old, are you out of your mind?' And the good thing is that half of the people you work with are all parents, and they get it."
