Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy get Martin and Paltrow advice

Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy sought split advice from Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow.
The showbiz power couple confirmed this week they have called off their engagement after being separated for "some time", and they reportedly held meetings with the Coldplay frontman and the 'Iron Man 3' actress - who "consciously uncoupled" earlier this year - to get advice about parting in the public eye.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Matt and Kate modelled their separation on Chris and Gwyneth. They had several individual meetings with both, seeking advice on how to handle the split plus keep things as normal as possible for their kids.
"They will remain close friends."
The blonde stunner and the 36-year-old singer - who started dating in 2010 and got engaged just a year later - plan to remain "close friends" and are "committed" to raising their son, three-year-old Bingham.
Her representative said in a statement: "Kate and Matt have been separated for some time now.
"Despite this, they remain very close friends and committed co-parents."
While the pair's split has only just been confirmed, the 35-year-old beauty has already been romantically linked to dancer Derek Hough, 29 - who was previously linked to Cheryl Fernandez-Versini following her separation from Ashley Cole - after they were spotted at a Los Angeles restaurant together last weekend.
Kate - who also has son Ryder, 10, from her previous marriage to Chris Robinson - and Derek have known each other for three years and last year she revealed he had been teaching her ballroom dancing.
Speaking at the time, she said: "My heart is really in contemporary jazz, but lately I've been ballroom dancing with Derek Hough. It's been a real blast."

Scarlett Johansson’s breastfeeding work outs

Scarlett Johansson thinks breastfeeding is the "best way to get back in shape" after giving birth.
The 30-year-old actress gave birth to her first child, Rose Dorothy, with her husband Romain Dauriac in September and she has relished the responsibilities that come with having a baby to look after, and admits she "loves" everything about taking care of her daughter - including changing her nappy.
Speaking about breastfeeding, she said: "It's the best way to get back in shape.
"[I do] the whole bit. I'm nursing and I love it."
But the 'Captain America' star also admitted she is still finding motherhood "exhausting", despite enjoying spending time with her little one and feeling "overwhelmed" by all the love she has to give to her.
While being interviewed by Barbara Walters for her annual TV special, 'The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2014', Scarlett added: "It's wonderful. It's very, very magical -- and exhausting.
"The love is just unbelievable. It's very overwhelming."
Scarlett recently admitted she was learning to really appreciate sleeping all the way through the night since having a baby.
She said: "It's exhausting in the most wonderful way. I never thought how much sleeping through the night would mean to me.
"I still lack experience. Right now I'm just trying to manage. You have to first, how should I put it, learn the ropes."

Tori Spelling: My marriage is ‘stronger than ever’

Tori Spelling insists she and her cheating husband Dean McDermott are "stronger than ever".
The 41-year-old reality TV star says the couple are in a "really great place" despite the 48-year-old actor cheating on her late last year, and he insists they are now in a "healthier relationship" because his antics made them realise they needed to "deal" with aspects of their marriage which they have now resolved.
She said: "We can only go day by day, because, you know, we are working on things. Today, we're stronger than ever. We're really great. We're in a really great place."
Dean - who married Tori in 2006 - added: "I've said it before - it's unfortunate that these events took place to get us where we are today, because today we're stronger and more in love than ever.
"We have a healthier relationship because of it, we're communicating, we're working on ourselves.
"It unfortunately took that - especially for me - to sit me down and go, 'You need to deal with some things.' "
Tori admitted she is proud of their reality TV show 'True Tori' and insisted it is not staged because people get to see what is really going on in their lives.
Speaking on 'Access Hollywood Live' on Tuesday (09.12.14), she added: "Watching other shows, I can see what's produced, because I'm in the thick of it. I'm happy to say that ours is completely legit.
"People might say at times it's too heavy, but it's what's really going on. We're not perfect - no couple is."
This comes after the former '90210' star admitted she would like to carry on with the programme even if Dean leaves the Lifetime show after he announced plans to do so last month.

Katherine Heigl’s daughters won’t stop talking

Katherine Heigl's daughters won't stop talking.
The 36-year-old star says her youngsters, Naleigh, six, and two-year-old Adalaide, are always chatting about something, and joked she hears the word "no" about "100 times a day".
Speaking about Adalaide's penchant for prattling, she said: "[She] won't stop talking.
"She goes, 'No, no, no.' I know it's so cliché, but I hear that word 100 times a day. It's literally what is happening every day."
The 'Knocked Up' actress - who is married to singer Josh Kelley, with whom she has her two adopted daughters - also joked their little one Naleigh hasn't stopped chatting since the day she learned how to speak.
Katherine added to PEOPLE magazine: "[She] started talking like gangbusters and hasn't stopped talking for five years. Except to sleep at night."
The quartet are set to spend the festive season at home in Utah and Katherine admits she doesn't enjoy travelling too far away at any time because she is a "bad flier".
The blonde star - who is set to embark on a holiday to Mexico with her family in the near future - said: "[We're] keeping it chill and mellow in our homes in Utah.
"I try to go the least farthest possible."

Joan Rivers leaves ‘$150m fortune’ to family and charities

Joan Rivers left her estimated $150 million fortune to family, friends, staff and charities, including one supporting guide dogs.
The will of the 81-year-old comedienne - who died in September while undergoing a minor throat procedure - was filed in Manhattan Surrogate's Court today (09.12.14) and named the former 'Fashion Police' co-host's only child Melissa Rivers as the executor of her estate and she will also receive all her mother's "tangible personal property".
According to the court documents, Melissa's son Edgar Cooper Endicott and Joan's niece Caroline Waxler and nephew Andrew Waxler will receive unspecified amounts of money, with all the funds left through a blind trust.
Joan also gifted cash to a number of her favoured charities, including Guide Dogs for the Blind in California, Brooklyn-based food charity God's Love We Deliver - which provides meals to New York residents unable to fend for themselves - and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Other aid organisations which will benefit from Joan's fortune include Jewish human rights organisation the Simon Wiesenthal Center, the Jewish Guild for the Blind and Jewish Home and Hospital Foundation.
The late star's publicist Scott Currie was also named as one of her staff who will receive an undisclosed amount of money, as will her assistants Sabrina Lott Miller and Jocelyn Pickett.
Following the filing of the will - which was signed on November 16, 2011 - Melissa would now be able to go ahead with a wrongful death lawsuit against the Yorkville Endoscopy Clinic in New York City, where her mother died from "predictable" surgical complications while undergoing a minor operation on her vocal cords, if she wishes.
A federal report released last month claimed the New York clinic made a number of errors during Joan's medical procedure, stating the establishment "failed to ensure that patient care services were provided in a manner that protects the health and safety of all patients".
The documents also insisted several procedures were not performed correctly when Joan went in for a routine throat operation on August 28.
Following the report's findings, Melissa, speaking through attorneys Ben Rubinowitz and Jeffrey Bloom, said in a statement last month: "Our client, Melissa Rivers, is terribly disappointed to learn of the multiple failings on the part of the medical personnel and the clinic as evidenced by the CMS report."

Justin Timberlake to miss Lance Bass’ wedding

Justin Timberlake will miss Lance Bass' wedding.
The former *NSYNC singer is set to tie the knot to fiance Michael Turchin on December 20 and while he has confirmed the boy band will reunite at his nuptials, Justin is going to miss out on the big day because the 33-year-old star will be performing in Atlanta on his '20/20 Experience' world tour.
Lance said: "Of course the boys are going to be there, unfortunately Justin's not going to be able to go because that's his last date on tour and I had no idea he'd be touring right next to Christmas.
"He'll be the only guy not able to make it that day."
As well as Lance's joy that the rest of the 'Tearin' Up My Heart' hitmakers - who were also made up of JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick and Joey Fatone - will be at his nuptials, the 35-year-old star is also excited his and Michael's big day, which has been dubbed the "gay wedding of the decade", has attracted so much attention.
He added to E!: "It's spectacular that people care that much, one just about our wedding, it's so special that people care.
"But two, that people are so excited about a gay wedding.
"To know that people are excited to see something like this go down just shows you how much things have changed and we're just honored to be a part of that change."

Sharon Osbourne: Jay Leno only lasted a second

Sharon Osbourne insists her sex with Jay Leno only lasted "a second".
The 62-year-old star recalled the raunchy session with the former 'Tonight Show' host - which happened when she was 25, before she married rocker Ozzy Osbourne - wasn't a pleasurable experience because it didn't go on for long enough.
During her appearance on 'The Howard Stern Show' earlier today (09.12.14), the host encouraged the 'Talk' presenter to speak about her fling with Jay, who is now 64.
He said: "Talk about when you had sex with Jay Leno, go ahead! I love that story."
She then quipped: "Well it only took a minute, so I'll just say, it took a second, that was it."
And when asked if she had found it a pleasurable experience, she replied: "F*ck, no, it wasn't long enough," appearing to refer to the length of the sex session.
But after giving those details, Sharon - who married Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy in 1982 - insisted she couldn't remember anything else because it was "so f***ing long ago".
Sharon - who has three kids, Aimee, 31, Kelly, 30, and 29-year-old Jack with Ozzy - made the headlines last year when she revealed she and Jay had a fling more than 37 years ago when they were both single.
Speaking in September 2013, she said: "One thing led to another. He came to my house and met me and then we had a little fling.
"The fling was more fling for me and not fling enough for him."
After Sharon made the news of their short romance public, Jay also spoke about it later that month and claimed the former 'X Factor' judge called him "every night at midnight for an hour" after getting his phone number.
He recalled: "This happened when we were both single. What happened was, she had seen me at The Comedy Store, I had never met her, and she got my phone number, and she called me every night at midnight for an hour.
"She was just calling me, but she didn't say who she was. But she had this British accent, and she was really intelligent."

Toni Garrn wants four kids

Leonardo DiCaprio's on/off girlfriend Toni Garrn wants to have four kids.
The stunning model - who has been dating the 'Wolf of Wall Street' actor on and off for the past two years - has always wanted to have a big family and made plans a while ago to have four children if she was lucky enough to get the chance.
She said: "I'm a family person, and I always wanted four kids. But we'll see. We'll start with one at some point, I don't know."
But the 22-year-old beauty admits for now she is happy travelling around the world whenever she pleases because she has no responsibilities - not even a plant or a pet pooch to look after.
Speaking in the new issue of GQ magazine, she added: "I never just do nothing. A weekend off? Let's go somewhere. Let's fly somewhere.
"I kind of know one day I'll have responsibilities and not be able to do this. But I don't have a dog. I don't even have a plant. I have nothing to take care of, which I love."
But Toni was nowhere to be seen when Leonardo was out partying in the early hours of Sunday morning (07.12.14) and the 40-year-old hunk was spotted leaving a South Beach club, where he was with Brandon Davis and Joe Jonas, with 20 models in tow.
An eye-witness told the New York Daily News' Confidenti@l column: "He left with 20 girls. Leo and 20 girls. He is my hero.
"He was overflowing with models everywhere."

Emily Blunt: Motherhood is heaven

Emily Blunt says motherhood is the "best thing" she's ever done.
The 31-year-old actress has nine-month-old daughter Hazel with husband John Krasinski and the brunette beauty admitted becoming a mum is "heaven" and like nothing she has ever done before.
She told PEOPLE magazine: "It is that and more. I know that everybody says that. Everybody says, 'Oh it's the best -- it's the best thing ever!'
"You don't know what to expect because it's just completely, existentially out of anything that you've ever experienced before, and it's quite indescribable."
As well as doting on her little one, Emily - whose 'Into the Woods' character's, the Baker's wife, biggest wish in life is to be a mother - recently revealed her daughter has become her latest singing critic as she has spent time belting out huge Otis Redding hits to her.
She said: "I like to sing old standards to my baby daughter.
"Some of my favourites for Hazel include songs by Ella Fitzgerald and Otis Redding. She seems to like them."
But it's not just Hazel who is a big fan of her mum's musical talents as Emily admitted her husband and fellow actor John, 35 - who she married in July 2010 - also loves to hear his wife's dulcet tones.
She added: "I think John likes to hear me sing songs to Hazel. He has to like them!
"It is just wonderful being a parent."

Haylie Duff craving green smoothies

Haylie Duff is craving green smoothies and macaroni and cheese.
The 29-year-old celebrity chef - the older sister of singer-and-actress Hilary Duff - cannot get enough of the vegetable shakes throughout her pregnancy, and while she her desires have mainly been "weirdly" healthy food and beverages, she sometimes can't help indulging in a little calorific treat.
She said: "I drink a lot of green smoothies. I think I've craved health food, which is weird, and then the occasional mac and cheese."
As well as eating healthily, Haylie has also been doing just enough exercise to ensure she stays in good shape while she is expecting, but her penchant for working out while pregnant is making her fiance Matt Rosenberg a "little nervous" because he is worried she will overdo it.
She explained: "He's like, 'Don't push yourself too hard.' I'm like, 'I got it! I'm fine.' I'm just trying to move. Go on walks. I'm not trying to put too much pressure on myself either way."
Hailey and Matt put their wedding plans on hold after the blonde cook found out she was pregnant, but the couple - who got engaged in April - are looking forward to the little one being a guest at their forthcoming nuptials.
She is quoted by E! as saying: "It's pretty cool to think our daughter is going to be at our wedding.
"We still talk about things we want to do, but it's a big change with the baby coming. We're just trying to focus on one thing first and then we'll do it."

Stacy Keibler unveils baby daughter

Stacy Keibler has shared the first picture of her baby daughter Ava Grace.
The 35-year-old actress gave birth to her first child with her husband Jared Pobre in August, and she has now released a black and white photograph of the tot with an accompanying caption which reads, "Blessings".
Writing on her blog, Stacy - who dated George Clooney from 2011 to 2013 - said: "Life can be unpredictable. You feel one way, and then ... boom! You need to entirely change your perspective. That is certainly what happened to me this past year.
"Until I started dating Jared, the idea of being married and having a family was never on my radar. I was just hoping that the right love would find me.
"But after a serendipitous reconnection with Jared, a friend who turned out to be my soulmate, we created a family together almost instantly. Talk about a serious change in my reality!
"This year and the holiday season especially has me feeling so nostalgic about family - my family, my new family, and of course, the newest addition to our family.
