NOFX supported by fellow pop punk legends in trilogy of final shows

NOFX will be supported by the likes of Dropkick Murphys, Pennywise, and Less Than Jake in their trilogy of final shows.

The pop punk legends are calling it quits after four decades with a trio of gigs in San Pedro, Los Angeles, on October 4th, 5th and 6th, and they have enlisted a plethora of fellow punk icons to support them.

A post on the Punk In Drublic Instagram account read: “The FINAL NOFX performances EVER will take place on October 4th, 5th and 6th 2024 in Los Angeles.

“It’s fitting that the band ends their career where they started it in 1983. Performing with NOFX at their final performances are some of their closest friends from over the years.

“These bands were hand selected by the band and we know it’s going to an incredibly special and memorable performance from all of these amazing bands.

“TWO STAGES.

NO OVERLAPPING SETS.

YOU WILL SEE EVERYONE YOU WANT TO!

“Thank you to all of the bands for being part of this historic gathering and finale of NOFX! (sic)”

On October 4th, Dropkick Murphys, MXPX, Bouncing Souls and Sick of It All are among those performing, before Descendents, Less Than Jake, Lagwagon, and Mad Caddies, among others, play on October 5th.

NOFX’s last-ever live show will feature support from Pennywise, The Vandals, Subhumans, Fishbone, Codefendants, The Flatlines, We Are The Union, Das Klown and a surprise band from the UK.

In November, the ‘Linoleum’ hitmakers confirmed their final gigs.

Frontman Fat Mike said: “We’ve played over 2000 shows in 33 countries, in more than 300 cities and darn it … we’re a bit tired.

“One thing I know in my heart … this is going to be the most emotional, heartbreaking, greatest tour of our career. I’ve never been so excited and at the same time terrified. Mostly excited…”
