NKOTB to guest on Fuller House

New Kids on the Block are to guest star on ‘Fuller House’.
The ‘Right Stuff’ hitmakers – comprised of Donnie Wahlberg, Danny Wood, Joey McIntyre, Jordan Knight and Jonathan Knight will make a cameo appearance on the upcoming second series of the show, and actresses Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber donned NKOTB t-shirts to welcome them to the set.
The official ‘Fuller House’ twitter page shared a picture of the three women and wrote: "@candacecbure @JodieSweetin @andreabarber got The Right Stuff to welcome some special guest stars! @NKOTB #NKOTBFH (sic)"
Candace previously revealed the boy band were always wanted to make a guest appearance on the original ‘Full House’.
She said earlier this year: "We never got New Kids on the Block."
Andrea added: "We really want New Kids on the Block though. We’ll put our vote for that."
Also appearing in the upcoming season will be ‘Growing Pains’ actor Alan Thicke.
He tweeted: "Fuller House is over its growing pains. Renewed season 2. See you there. See me on it. #fullerhouse @netflix @candacecbure @bobsaget.(sic)"
And it seems fans will be enjoying further guest appearances later in the series.
Star and executive producer John Stamos said: "There are a few guest stars that could be surprises for everybody that I’m working on, but as far as the show, we’re just in a better place to make a good, solid sitcom now."
‘Fuller House’ was rebooted last year and featured a number of stars from the original ‘Full House’.
‘Full House’ originally aired from 1987 to 1995 as a comedy series following three men raising three young girls in San Francisco.
