Nadia Sawalha is finally happy with her body

Nadia Sawalha is finally happy with her body at the age of 52.
The actress was getting ready for the ITV Summer Party over the weekend when she suddenly had an "epiphany" and now freely admits she feels 100 per cent comfortable in her body.
She said: "I was just getting ready and I had an epiphany out of nowhere … We very rarely say it, do we? I’m 52 now and I’ve never really said those words and meant it …
"I’ve done all sorts of things, I’ve done six prong approaches, I got to Overeaters Anonymous. I’ve tried every diet under the sun. I try and have positive thinking about everything but really a couple of things have done it, finally, the last penny dropping.
"It’s because I just want to be what I say I am to my kids. I want to be positive about this amazing body that grew babies and run a marathon and did all these incredible things. I know we all worry so much about the pressure that our children have about how they look."
And her fellow ‘Loose Women’ panellist Stacey Solomon finds it such a "sad situation" that other people don’t get a chance to feel comfortable in their own skin until later life, if at all.
Speaking on the show on Monday (24.07.17), she added: "To me, it’s such a sad situation that for most people in their lives are unhappy about the way that they look. I think it’s an awful way to feel."
