My Chemical Romance announce huge stadium tour to celebrate The Black Parade

My Chemical Romance will celebrate ‘The Black Parade’ with a huge North American stadium tour.

The ‘Teenagers’ emo rockers have announced plans for 10 giant shows in July, August and September 2025 with plans to play their iconic 2006 album in full, and they will be joined by a host of huge names including Alice Cooper, Pixies, Evanescence and Death Cab For Cutie in support slots.

A cryptic tour announcement reads: “It has been seventeen years since The Black Parade was sent to the MOAT.

“In that time, a great Dictator has risen to power, bringing about ‘THE CONCRETE AGE’; a glorious time of stability and abundance in the history of DRAAG.

“His Grand Immortal Dictator wishes to celebrate our rich and storied culture, fine foods, and musical entertainments by welcoming you to these great demonstrations of power and resolve.

“And lending voice and song for the first time in six thousand two hundred and forty six days, their work privilege ceremoniously reinstated, will be His Grand Immortal Dictator’s National Band… The Black Parade. Long Live Draag.”

The tour kicks off on 11 July in Seattle, before dates in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Arlington, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Toronto, Chicago and Boston, before the run ends on 13 September at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.

MCR – made up of brothers Gerard and Mikey Way, Ray Toro and Frank Iero – broke up in 2013 before releasing new song ‘The Foundations of Decay’ nine years later.

They have largely kept things quiet since their reunion tour ended in March 2023, besides a headline slot at When We Were Young Festival last month.

Fans are also awaiting news of a potential fifth album, which would mark the group’s first since 2010’s ‘Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys’.

My Chemical Romance 2025 tour dates:
