Demi Lovato's new album is "edgier and sexier" than her last.
The 23-year-old singer recently released the single 'Cool For The Summer' with an album to follow later this year and she can't wait for fans to hear it.
She told Yahoo Beauty: "I feel a lot more grown-up now than I ever have when it comes to my music. The last time I released an album I was 20.
"I'm feeling more mature and more confident. It's an edgier, sexier album, so I'm excited for people to hear it."
The former Disney starlet, who has been open about her bulimia and self-harming in the past along with a trip to rehab, praised her fans for helping her through.
Demi - currently dating Wilmer Valderrama - said: "My fans have inspired me a lot, and they've gotten me through some rough times. I'm very grateful for them, so any time I'm going through something, I always turn to them for support. And their support online just makes me feel so much better."

Kasabian want to set up a record label.
The 'Eez-Eh' rockers have revealed they're keen to set up their own company so they can start signing new bands as they want to encourage a wave of outspoken acts.
Guitarist Sergio Pizzorno, 34, told The Sun newspaper: "I'd like to one day. I think about it more and more as we go deeper into this, that I'd like to. I can see what I think is missing.
"I'd like to give opportunities to people that aren't going to say the right thing every time in an interview ... That aren't always going to make everyone happy.
"It's our job to create a question."
Meanwhile, the band has also backed the censorship of raunchy music videos, as frontman Tom Meighan doesn't want his three-year-old daughter Mimi to be able to access provocative clips from artists such as Rihanna and Miley Cyrus.
Speaking ahead of their set at V Festival over the weekend, Tom explained to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I've got a three-year-old daughter, and when there is someone dancing like a stripper, you know, she is three years old.
"But the kids will get to it no matter what. But then they copy it and pick it up. I don't want my daughter doing that."

Chris Brown has named his new album after his daughter.
The 26-year-old star is expected to release his seventh solo studio album later this year and revealed he has named the collection 'Royalty', after the tot who he announced he was the father to back in April.
Announcing the news on Twitter, he simply wrote: "MY NEW ALBUM WILL BE NAMED "ROYALTY." (sic)"
The LP follows his collaborative release with Tyga 'Fan of a Fan: The Album' earlier this year and will be his first solo release since 2014's 'X', which featured hit singles 'Loyal' and 'New Flame'.
The hip hop star - who recently collaborated with Rita Ora for her raunchy single 'Body On Me' - has not yet revealed further details about the collection, although his former flame Rihanna is reportedly desperate to be involved.
A source revealed: "Chris gets nothing but cool points from Ri for naming his new album Royalty! That's so sweet and a testament of how much he loves and honors his little girl. Rihanna wants to be featured on the album and do a collaboration with him. She'd be hurt if she wasn't."
And the Bajan beauty - who collaborated with Chris on a 2011 remix of her track 'Birthday Cake' - has reportedly already started writing a track they could work on together.
An insider told HollywoodLife.com: "She feels in her heart that Chris is going to pump his soul into the album so it can live up to his daughter's name and she wants to be part of that.
"She's even taken time to write a few lines for a possible song on the album. She thinks the album is going to be epic by all proportions."

Sting's guitarist Andy Summers thinks The Police shouldn't have broke up.
The 72-year-old rocker - who replaced original guitarist Henri Padovani in the band fronted by the 'Roxanne' singer - revealed that numerous fights caused them to disband and Sting to pursue a solo career but he believes that they should have stayed together.
He said: "I think what we should have done was probably take two years off, gone away and then come back.
"But it didn't play out that way so we stopped and of course cleared the stage for U2."
Andy addmitted that the band - including drummer Stewart Copeland - would fake getting along together on stage.
He said: "We were always crushing each other ... There were some horrendous scenes. I remember playing Newcastle and we had a horrendous fight in the dressing room before we came out smiling to do the last song."
Andy went on to play guitar for Sting on his hit album 'Nothing Like the Sun' and on his 'Nohing like the Cage' tour but he recalled the days of being in The Police as the most "rock and roll" of his life.
He told The Mirror: "It was definitely the rock and roll life... and I paid for it.
"You can image the position we were in. We were like the three most desirable men in the world, so what's a guy going to do?
"We became more than a band, we became a worldwide phenomenon and it was incredibly intense and it started to strain the relationships."

Rita Ora is influenced by punk music.
The 'How We Do (Party)' hitmaker has revealed she was inspired by the likes of The Clash and The Sex Pistols but insists she never stuck to "one specific genre".
She said: "Growing up I never really listened to one specific genre.
"I was really involved actually surprisingly enough in my love for punk music and that really graduated to even the style references you know and kind of really focusing on a culture more than anything because for me music is a specific type of culture."
And for her latest album, the 24-year-old beauty describes it as her "most eclectic record" yet, revealing she drew on many personal experiences.
Speaking to Perez Hilton, she added: "This album is probably the most eclectic record I've done so far I think it really represents my music taste ...
"It's really influenced on my personal life and who I am as a 24-year-old Londoner and just all the experiences that I been through.
"The theme of this album I think it's definitely sexual but it has a form of innocence to it. It's like being the girl that might be judged for things that aren't necessarily true because of something they've seen or whatever whatever, and then they forget the statistics of someone about how hard they actually work."

Motorhead's Lemmy thinks he will die on the road.
The 69-year-old rocker has suffered with his health for some time and has been told to cut back on drinking alcohol and smoking, but he thinks he is most likely to expire on his tour bus, because that is where he feels "most at home".
He said: "I've had some health scares, I've had to really cut back on smoking and drinking and whatever. But it is what it is. I've had a good life, a good run. I do what I do still. I'm sure I'll done on the road, one way or another."
But the 'Ace Of Spades' hitmaker isn't afraid of death.
Asked if it scares him, he said: "No."
And while he has his own house in Los Angeles, Lemmy doesn't know where is home is, because he spends more time on Motorhead's tour bus with his band mates - guitarist Phil 'Wizzo' Campbell and drummer Mikkey Dee - than he does at his apartment.
He told Kerrang! Magazine: "I live on the bus. That's the story innit - home is where you leave your s**t. The place I feel most at home is with the boys in the band on the road. I don't even know where I live anymore. I have an apartment in LA, but not ever sure where home is, really. I haven't done for years."

Kasabian paid tribute to Cilla Black as they headlined V Festival.
The 'Days Are Forgotten' hitmakers dedicated their track 'Goodbye Kiss' to the late showbiz legend as they performed at the Virgin Media-sponsored festival in Chelmsford last night (22.08.15).
However, the tribute was met with mixed reactions from their fans.
One wrote on Twitter: "Kasabian dedicating Goodbye Kiss to the late Cilla Black was a highlight (sic)"
Whilst another added: "Still unsure how I feel about Kasabian dedicating a song to Cilla Black last night (sic)"
During their energetic set, the rock band urged the crowd to "make some f***ing noise" as they opened with 'Bumblebee' before reeling off popular tracks including 'Shoot The Runner', 'Underdog' and 'eez-eh'.
Tom Meighan was clearly pleased with the reaction the band got, telling the revellers: "Thank you Chelmsford, my lovely darlings."
And as a final 'thank you' to the supporters, the band jumped off the stage and interacted with the lucky fans who had made it to the front row.
One fan who watched the set wrote: "#kasabian- you were amazing last night! #VFestival #VHylands #HylandsParkOnFire (sic)"
Whilst another shared: "@KasabianHQ rocking my world @vfestival #VFestival2015 #Kasabian (sic)"

Redfoo impresses women with his twerking skills.
The former LMFAO star has revealed his top tip to getting a woman's attention is to shake his derriere because it "keeps things light" and shows his playful side.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "If I want to get silly, sometimes I may play around. There's a move that I do in the club all the time. The girls, they start twerking and stuff and then I start twerking on them and it always gets a laugh and keeps things light. It's a go-to move for me."
The 39-year-old musician has been using the move a lot since splitting up with his tennis player girlfriend Victoria Azarenka last year and although the break-up was difficult, he and his pals are enjoying his single status.
He explained: "I am single at the moment.
"Right now I'm just having fun. I just experienced a relationship and now I'm back to my old me, which is what I like to say. Everytime I'm out of a relationship, all of my friends are like, 'He's back! He's back!' They get all excited. So I've been hanging out with the fellas a lot."

The Spice Girls "giggle like children" when they get together.
The five members of the group - Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, Mel C, Mel B, and Victoria Beckham - all have children now so their meet-ups are very different to when they were at the peak of their success, but they still have a "lovely" time together.
Emma said: "We just giggle like children but then we chat like mums, it's quite weird.
"It's still there with all of us.
"Now we've all got children, when we see each other, we hang out and all the kids get on so well, it's lovely."
Though she adored being a part of the group, 39-year-old Emma - who is rumoured to be reuniting with her bandmates for their 20th anniversary next year - admitted they didn't always look great.
Asked her biggest fashion error during her Spice Girls days, she said: "Matching eye shadow with whatever you were wearing. Why did we do that?
"But it was the 90s. I love having fun with fashion and I always have done.
"Once I went to a party in a bright yellow dress with butterflies all over it and matching awful yellow Minnie Mouse shoes. It was horrendous!"
