Dakota Johnson will "take the rest of the year off" after 'Fifty Shades of Grey'.
The 25-year-old actress - who stars as Anastasia Steele in the novel adaptation - has revealed that she will be catching up with her family and friends once the film is released next month.
She said: "[I'll] do a bit of press for 'Fifty', and then I'm just going to take the rest of the year off.
"I want to hang out with my friends. I want to hang out with my family - well, I sometimes want to hang out with my family!"
Dakota was "fearless and brave" throughout the filming for the movie and the connection with her on-screen lover, played by Jamie Dornan, was "special", according to the film's director, Sam Taylor-Johnson.
She shared: "There are tough scenes in this movie, scenes where she had to be naked - and not just in the flesh. But she was utterly fearless and brave."
Speaking of the two stars, she added: "[They] have a very special connection. I trust her with everything. She has a very level head, and there was never really an anxious moment."
Dakota's 32-year-old co-star also spoke highly of her, revealing that she was a "perfect" actress.
Speaking in the February 2015 issue of Vogue magazine, he said: "Humour on a film set goes a long way. But she also had the ability to be a very strong dramatic actress.
"She'd be telling a joke one minute and breaking your heart on-screen the next - so she was perfect."

Michael Moore thinks Bradley Cooper's performance in 'American Sniper' was "awesome".
The 60-year-old director - who was recently accused of disliking the movie after stating his opinion on snipers in general - also praised the film's editing and costumes.
Writing in a post on his official Facebook page, he said: "Awesome performance from Bradley Cooper. One of the best of the year.
"Great editing. Costumes, hair, makeup superb!"
However, Michael wasn't too pleased with the film's inaccuracies.
He added: "Oh... and too bad Clint [Eastwood; the director] gets Vietnam and Iraq confused in his storytelling. And that he has his characters calling Iraqis "savages" throughout the film.
"But there is also anti-war sentiment expressed in the movie. And there's a touching ending as the main character is remembered after being gunned down by a fellow American vet with PTSD who was given a gun at a gun range back home in Texas - and then used it to kill the man who called himself the 'America Sniper' (sic)"
Meanwhile, Michael recently shared the story of his uncle, who was killed by a sniper in World War II.
He tweeted previously: "My uncle killed by sniper in WW2. We were taught snipers were cowards. Will shoot u in the back. Snipers aren't heroes. And invaders r worse
"But if you're on the roof of your home defending it from invaders who've come 7K miles, you are not a sniper, u are brave, u are a neighbor. (sic)"

Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting thinks she is an "unprofessional" actress.
The 'Wedding Ringer' star has admitted that she and her co-stars, Kevin Hart and Josh Gad, were constantly laughing on set and ruining the film's takes.
When asked who ruined the most takes, she said: "No, I laughed a lot. Kevin laughs a lot actually. Josh and I laughed a lot too. We all were very unprofessional. We laughed all the time.
"But Kevin, he could be so funny; he would just go off on these tangents and because we all knew we weren't going to use it, we just started dying laughing. It was endless laughter; I just look at the poster and laugh."
Despite admitting that she did cause a few takes to be redone, the 29-year-old actress quipped that her co-star was the worst.
She joked: "I didn't really wanna put that out there, because I didn't want to offend Kevin, but he was terrible. Every take, laughing.
"There's probably actually an entire movie that will be released of just Kevin's bloopers, which is gold."
Kaley also praised the film's director, Jeremy Garelick, admitting that he gave the cast the "freedom" to follow their instincts.
She continued to Collider: "This script has been going around for a long time, it's had a lot of different titles. I've known Jeremy for a while but I've never worked with him so I was so excited to be able to work alongside him.
"He's just a cool director, he's a cool guy. He's a great writer - he's so funny. And I think he's relatable to actors; he doesn't feel like there's separation. He kind of gets in there with you. I mean, the freedom he lets you do whatever you feel you need to do. That was just so awesome."

Hollywood stuntman Mark Vanselow chose his career path because he "failed at school".
The action star - who's appeared in a number of blockbuster films, including the 'Die Hard' and Taken' franchises - said it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to secure a role in a Hollywood movie.
Asked how he got involved in the business, Mark joked: "I failed at school.
"Stunt work is something that you definitely have to seek out yourself. I mean, you get into it, you train with other stunt people and you kind of find out who the people are who know some co-ordinators.
"If they trust you, then they'll kind of offer you a shot to do something ... but you only get one shot at it and it's a long process."
Among Mark's impressive list of films is 'A Walk Among the Tombstones', which stars Oscar-winning actor Liam Neeson, and Mark is full of praise for the Irishman.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "Liam and I have actually spent a lot of time on set together, building up to the fight sequences and the action sequences. We have to rehearse those and we try to really cater the scenes, you know, to what works for him and his on-screen character.
"He's a pretty awesome human being, that would be the best way to describe him. I think with Liam, what you see is what you get. He's awesome. He's a hardworking guy, he cares about the people around him and the work - he's really dedicated to all of those things.
"It's pretty amazing, wherever you go around the globe, people are always amazed at what a good guy he is. It's been an amazing experience to work with him."
'A Walk Among the Tombstones' is available on Blu-ray and DVD now, courtesy of eOne.

Johnny Depp's 'Mortdecai' moustache was such a "huge part" of the film, he had 20 of them.
The 51-year-old actor worked hard with make-up artist Joel Harlow to craft the perfect facial hair for his character, art dealer aristocrat Charlie Mortdecai.
Joel said: "The moustache plays a huge part in the film, it's almost a separate character
"On screen it's a great source of pride to Mortdecai, and angst with his wife (Gwyneth Paltrow). And Johnny works it in the movie. He knows what a mustache can do and how to use it."
Joel first visited Johnny in August 2014 and the actor drew his vision for the two-toned 'tache on a napkin before his make-up artist crafted 30 styles in different colours and lengths from real hair and the pair whittled them down to the 20 versions used in the film, both for the 'Rum Diary' star and his stunt doubles.
Joel told USA Today newspaper: "You don't want it to be overpowering on the face. For Mortdecai, he wanted it simple and elegant.
"I'd groom it the night before and fix the curl. And basically we'd apply it in the morning. We'd complete the look by painting a split in Johnny's teeth and then it was off to the races."
Now the movie is finished, Johnny - who had his moustache replaced every three days - is working on regrowing his own facial hair for his role of Captain Jack Sparrow in 'Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales'.
Joel said: "Captain Jack needs his moustache. And it's coming in nicely."

Henry Cavill wants to play Superman for "many years to come".
The 31-year-old actor will don the famous red cape for a second time in 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' - the sequel to 'Man of Steel' - and he insists he has no intention of walking away from the DC Comics franchise any time soon.
Speaking to website TheAnglophileChannel, he said: "I love the character. I love working with Warner Bros. and what they're doing with it, and so fingers crossed I'll be able to tell the story for many, many years to come."
Cavill is very excited for cinema goers to see the two iconic superheroes on screen together for the first time and insists director Zack Snyder's vision for his Superman and Ben Affleck's Batman is something very special.
He explained: "It's Zack Snyder, so it's going to be a visual spectacle, and its cinematic history. Fingers crossed it turns out to be as exciting as I think it is."
Cavill is believed to be set to play the son of Krypton until at least 2019 with 'Justice League - Part 1' planned for 2017 and 'Justice League - Part 2' set to hit the big screen.
Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara also recently announced the studio's plans to make a solo Batman film with Affleck reprising his role as The Caper Crusader and another standalone Superman adventure.
'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' also stars Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman and Jesse Eisenberg as super-villain Lex Luthor. It is scheduled for a March 2016 release.
