Emily Ratajkowski: Acting is more fulfilling than modelling

Emily Ratajkowski finds acting to be more "creatively fulfilling" than modelling.
The 24-year-old star - who's made the transition from the catwalk to appearing in movies such as 'Gone Girl' and 'We Are Your Friends' - has revealed she much prefers acting and has also backed fellow model Cara Delevingne's decision to pursue a career in the film industry.
She said: "I think every experience is different.
"Definitely, I feel like acting is much more creatively fulfilling and I think Cara is very creative person, as am I, and so, we want more."
However, Emily acknowledged there are similarities between both industries, admitting the relationship she developed with 'We Are Your Friends' director Max Joseph reminded her of working with a fashion photographer.
The London-born star told ET Online: "Some of the best parts about modeling are having the same kind of relationships that I have with Max [Joseph], my director, as I would have with a photographer."
Earlier this month, meanwhile, Emily revealed she would refuse to appear in Robin Thicke's 'Blurred Lines' music video if the opportunity arose again.
She said: "I think I've done enough nudity now that I don't really need to do 'Blurred Lines' again. Like, if someone asked me to do it now, I'd probably say no."

Ray Winstone reveals retirement dream

Ray Winstone has a retirement plan in place.
The 58-year-old actor has revealed that unlike some of his Hollywood co-stars, he does not intend to work in the movie business forever and admitted he's looking forward to "sitting on a beach or lying on a sun lounger somewhere hot".
Ray shared: "I think about it all the time and then something great comes along you want to do.
"I'm not in a position to retire at the moment. Because we all have to pay our tax, which we have to do. That's fine. We all have bills to pay. And I still enjoy doing what I do.
"But I'd probably much rather be sitting on a beach or lying on a sun lounger somewhere hot."
The London-born actor admitted his dream scenario would see him pick and choose which projects he takes on, because he's not under any financial pressure to accept work.
He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Wouldn't it be a perfect scenario where you haven't got to work and then something comes along and you say, 'Do you know what? I'd love to do that. I will do that?'."

Kristen Stewart’s audition for Woody Allen ‘stretched’ her

Kristen Stewart found auditioning for Woody Allen's new movie a "stretch"
Although the 'American Ultra' star wasn't able to reveal too much information about the untitled movie because the Hollywood filmmaker doesn't let people talk about his work before it's release date, she recalled the experience and awkwardness of not having any idea about the character, which she said was a "stretch".
Kristen explained: "It's weird, you're not supposed to talk about Woody Allen movies before they're out, but I think I'm probably allowed to generally say it's a stretch for me. And so I just wasn't sure. So, I just cold read, and I was like, 'I have no concept of [the character]."
The 25-year-old actress - who's most famous for playing Bella Swan in the 'Twilight' franchise - loved the chance to "prove" herself because as a well-established star, she is usually thrown into films.
Speaking on American chat show 'Live With Kelly and Michael' she said: "It made me - I hadn't been that exceptionally nervous in a long time - in that context,
"But it feels good to prove yourself because it's weird when people just hand you roles, and you're like, 'You've never even met me. You might hate me. You're gonna spend three months making this thing.'"

John Boyega to star in The Circle

John Boyega is to star opposite Tom Hanks and Emma Watson in 'The Circle'.
The London-born actor - who's also set to feature in the JJ Abrams-directed 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' - has been cast alongside two of Hollywood's biggest names in the new movie based on Dave Eggers' 2013 novel.
John, 23, is to play the role of Ty, the visionary of the Circle, an internet-based feature that links users' emails, social media accounts and banking with their universal operating system, Deadline reports.
As the James Ponsoldt-directed movie progresses, John's character develops a relationship with an employee - played by Emma Watson - as they both become increasingly aware of the dangers of living life in the digital age.
Despite establishing himself on the Hollywood scene, John admitted earlier this year that his childhood ambition was to become a professional soccer player, rather than an actor.
He admitted: "I tried to kick a ball because I thought I would able a footballer but I ended up scoring in our own goal!
"So I decided to just let that be ... perhaps I should try acting."

Kelly Brook to star in Baywatch movie?

Kelly Brook is "one of the shortlisters" to play Pamela Anderson in the 'Baywatch' film.
The 35-year-old model and actress is reportedly in the running to scoop the starring role as a lifeguard in the upcoming movie, in which she would star alongside Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Zac Efron, who have already confirmed their involvement.
A source revealed: "Kelly is one of the shortlisters. It is no surprise.
"She has an almost identical body to a young Pam, looks sensational in a bikini and is a strong actress."
Although the 'One Big Happy' star has the perfect body for the role, the busty babe would be forced to dye her brunette locks to mimic Pamela's blonde trusses in the original TV series.
The source told the Daily Star newspaper: "Obviously, she would have to go blonde."
Other famous faces said to be in the running for the role include younger models Kate Upton, 23 and Charlotte McKinney, 22, and 'Game of Thrones' actress Sophie Turner, 19.
However, it looks unlikely Pamela herself will return even for a cameo appearance in the movie, as she doesn't think the film will have many fans.
Asked about it, she said: "No one appreciates the remakes."
But 'We Are Your Friends' hunk Zac has insisted he can't wait to get started on the film, which Dwayne has promised will be "big, fun and rated R".
He told BANG Showbiz: "I'm pretty stoked, yeah. I'm very, very excited."

Armie Hammer: I would have been terrible Batman

Armie Hammer thinks he would have been "terrible" as Batman.
The 28-year-old hunk was cast in George Miller's 'Justice League: Mortal' in 2007, however it was later scrapped and Armie thinks the move was a blessing because he was too young to do the character any justice.
He told Yahoo Movies: "I would have made a terrible Batman. Really terrible.
"It's too young. No-one wants to see a 19-year-old Batman. What can a 19-year-old do?"
The movie was also scheduled to star DJ Cotrona as Superman and Megan Gale as Wonder Woman, but a new movie, 'The Justice League Part One' will now be released in 2017 instead, starring Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane and Ray Fisher as Cyborg.
And Armie's 'The Man From U.N.C.L.E.' co-star Henry Cavil, who is set to take on the role of Superman in the new movie, agreed Armie would have been too young to play the character of Bruce Wayne, who becomes Batman.
He added: "It'd be like [Bruce Wayne's] parents had just been shot last weekend, and so you became Batman."
The film - which had been scheduled for release in 2009 - was scrapped just weeks before filming was set to begin, due to Australia's decision to stop tax breaks for film makers, and is now set to become the subject of a tell-all documentary by Ryan Unicomb.

Warner Bros. plans new Scooby-Doo movie

A new 'Scooby-Doo' movie is in the works.
Warner Bros. is planning to return the popular animation to the big screen and has called on director Tony Cervone to helm the project.
Looking forward to the new movie, Warner Bros. creative president Greg Silverman said: "Like countless fans, I have always loved the Hanna-Barbera cast of characters.
"As one of their most famous brand ambassadors, Scooby-Doo will take the lead in re-introducing this pantheon of enduringly popular animated stars on a grand scale with an exciting new movie."
Cervone has an impressive track record in the sphere of animated movies, with a host of writing and production credits to his name, and is seen by the studio as the ideal candidate to reintroduce one of the genre's biggest stars.
Two previous live-action movies, featuring the likes of Freddie Prinze Jr and Sarah Michelle Gellar, hit the big screen between 2002 and 2004.
And the producers of those films, Charles Roven and Richard Suckle, are also involved in the new project.
Warner Bros. has confirmed that the next 'Scooby-Doo' movie will be released in September 2018.

Daisy Ridley: I offended Harrison Ford

Daisy Ridley offended Harrison Ford on the first day of filming 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens'.
The 23-year-old actress, who was cast alongside the Hollywood icon in the J.J. Abrams-directed sci-fi movie, has revealed how she managed to insult her co-star by revealing her mother is a huge fan of his.
She recalled: "I did say when I first met him, 'Oh my mum loves you,' and he said, 'Oh great'."
But once Daisy recognised that Harrison - who's reprised the role of Han Solo in the new movie - was offended by her remark, she quickly added: "Oh I love you too!"
Daisy suffered another embarrassing on-set incident with Harrison when she mistakenly sat in his seat in the legendary Millennium Falcon spacecraft.
She told The Sun newspaper: "You have seen a couple of shots of us getting into the Falcon. I did sit in the pilot's chair and he was like, 'That is mine,' which was kind of insane."
However, the London-born star was thrilled at getting the opportunity to work with the 73-year-old actor, who she described as a "cool guy".
She shared: "It is that thing, he is Harrison Ford and is such a cool guy and a really lovely person to work with."

Jason Flemyng: I, Robot is rubbish

Jason Flemyng thinks Will Smith's 'I, Robot' is "rubbish".
The 'X-Men: First Class' star hasn't been able to finish the dystopian science-fiction flick because it is "unwatchable" and every time he puts it on, it sends him to sleep.
The 48-year-old British actor said: "That Will Smith movie, 'I, Robot'. I just can't get through it. The first couple of times, I'd think, 'I'm just tired,' because it's right up my street. I love Will Smith and I love sci-fi movies. It was a big hit, and I'm like, 'It's just because I'm tired.'
"But no, it's not because I'm tired, it's rubbish. It's unwatchable. It sent me to sleep. Every single time I've tried to watch it I've fallen asleep, like I'm narcoleptic."
By contrast, Jason said Angelina Jolie's 'Unbroken' is "terrific".
He told Total Film: "I watched 'Unbroken', Angelina Jolie's movie. I mean, it didn't serve it very well being on [a plane], but it was terrific.
"It's just such an incredible story: how much can you throw at a guy' The thing just went, 'Please take your seats...' just as the war ended, so I hope to God he got home, I'm presuming he did."
