Angelina Jolie is enjoying acting again

Angelina Jolie is enjoying acting again.
The 40-year-old star, who previously claimed she wanted to focus solely on directing in the future, still doesn't see herself appearing in front of the camera forever, but admits she appreciates her career more now.
She said: "What a crazy job! I'm almost enjoying it more now that I see it as something I've been fortunate to be part of."
But the Oscar winner is still planning to cut back on the number of roles she takes on in order to pour her focus into her six children; Maddox, 14, Pax, 11, Zahara, 10, Shiloh, nine, and seven-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox, whom she has with her husband Brad Pitt.
She said: "Maybe in the next few years I'll finish being in front of the camera. I'll be happier behind it.
"I'm happy to be home. I want to really focus on my children, doing the best I can to guide and protect them before they are out of the house. These are their most important years."
Asked about her other plans for the future, she added to Vogue magazine: "I'd like to be part of international work, and see where I can be useful, whatever way that takes shape. I still don't know what I'm capable of."

Naomi Campbell to become a producer?

Naomi Campbell wants to carve out a career as a producer.
The 45-year-old model recently landed acting roles as cougar paramour Camilla Marks in 'Empire' and fashion editor Claudia Bankson in 'American Horror Story,' but hopes her future lies behind the camera.
She said: "I wasn't trying for a career change, but everyone's been so supportive in the acting world. To be honest, what I really want to do is produce."
But the British beauty has admitted the roles have introduced her to a new generation of fans.
She told the November issue of InStyle magazine: "I still have my day job as a model. But things are changing. I'll be at the airport, and someone will shout out, 'Hey Camilla!' and I'll say, 'Wait, I'm Naomi!' "
Naomi had to film a sex scene on a pool table for 'Empire,' but believes both of the TV shows have been "equally challenging."
She explained: "What would be intimate to you in real life is different from what is in front of people. I'm shy, believe it or not. Horror scenes are hard too, because you have to draw upon personal experiences to channel that fear."

Josh Hutcherson: Pay gap is embarrassing

Josh Hutcherson thinks the gender pay gap is "f**king embarrassing".
The 23-year-old actor has come out in support of his 'Hunger Games' co-star Jennifer Lawrence, who recently penned an essay in which she bemoaned the pay disparity between male and female performers.
He said: "The words 'women's pay' sounds so backwards and f**ked up and not modern in any way, shape or form.
"It's just so f**king shocking that a guy and girl coming out of college with the exact same degree, women will get paid significantly less. How is that even a real thing? It's mind-blowing.
"Obviously it's something that should have happened decades and decades and decades ago, and the fact that it's something we're still dealing with now is f**king embarrassing and shocking."
And Josh complimented his friend and co-star for speaking out on the issue.
He told MTV News: "For Jen to use her platform to speak about it in her classic Jen way, just blunt, saying what she thinks, I think it's great.
"She's always said what she thinks, but as far as tackling issues, she's never really stepped up to do that. It's nice to see her now taking that step, being progressive, and using her voice not just to make people laugh."

Vin Diesel backs Luke Evans as the next James Bond

Vin Diesel has advocated Luke Evans as the next James Bond.
The 48-year-old action hero stars alongside Luke, 36, in the 'Fast and Furious' franchise and has suggested he'd make a suitable replacement for current incumbent Daniel Craig, who's hinted he's ready to walk away from the coveted role.
Vin told Digital Spy that Luke - who starred as British villain Owen Shaw in the money-spinning series - brought a "Bond-like" feel to 'Fast and Furious' and backed him to be the next 007.
Meanwhile, Daniel - who first played Bond in 'Casino Royale' in 2006 - has been ambiguous about whether he'll be returning to the role after spending the last eight months making 'Spectre'.
Although speculation continues to surround the identity of the next Bond, the British actor insisted he'll make the final decision on whether he returns, having previously said he would rather "slash" his wrists.
He said recently: "I have the right to change my mind any time I want. And sometimes I say things, like I did when I was asked two days after I just finished shooting for eight months, 'Would I do another one?'"

Daniel Craig: I’m entitled to quit Bond

Daniel Craig has "the right" to quit the James Bond franchise.
The 47-year-old actor revealed he's not contracted to stay on for the next installment of the spy-action movie series and he's allowed to decide whether he stays or moves on after 'Spectre'.
Daniel - who first played Bond in 'Casino Royale' in 2006 - said: "I have the right to change my mind any time I want. And sometimes I say things, like I did when I was asked two days after I just finished shooting for eight months, 'Would I do another one?'"
Despite the furor he caused when he admitted he'd rather "slash" his wrists than play 007 again, the hunk explained it's how he felt at the time and he doesn't "care" about the backlash.
He reflected: "That's what was on my mind, and I said what was on my mind. It's the way I've always spoken. But as I said, I reserve the right to change my mind.
"I don't go on the internet. I don't listen to gossip and I don't really care. This is my job and all I am thinking of."

Alice Eve: The gender pay gap is mind-boggling

Alice Eve finds the movie industry's gender pay gap "mind-boggling".
The 33-year-old actress has become the latest Hollywood figure to hit out at the pay disparity between men and women in the movie business, following recent critical comments from Oscar-winning star Jennifer Lawrence and Jessica Chastain.
The 'Star Trek Into Darkness' actress told Digital Spy: "I think we've come a long away - the fact that the conversation is now so alive and so topical is fantastic.
"At the same time we've still got a long way to go - women still on the whole get paid 17 percent less than men and that's across the board, nurses included, which is kind of mind-boggling. And there are lots of areas where it would be great if we were awarded equally."
Meanwhile, Jeremy Renner said earlier this week that "it's not [his] job" to help actresses negotiate their salaries.
He admitted: "I don't know contracts and money and all that sort of stuff. I'm a performer and I know human behaviour. When it comes to that sort of stuff I let other people deal with that. I do what I'm good at, that's what I focus on."

Daniel Craig ‘terrified’ after knee injury

Daniel Craig was "terrified" when he injured his knee on the set of 'SPECTRE'.
The James Bond star was filming a particularly physical fight scene on top of a train when he hurt his knee and admits it made him "slow down" a bit from then on.
He said: "Sadly, the scene isn't in the film. I wish it was but I had to stop halfway through because I did my knee in and I was like 'Woah!' I had to have a little surgery. It was a terrifying moment when I thought they were going to have to shut down while I had it. We were right into it by that point. So I had to protect myself a bit more.
"It slowed me down a bit, but it didn't stop me doing what I wanted to do. But, you know, it's movie-making. You fake it as best you can and they've done an amazing job - most of it is real, there is a little CGI."
The 47-year-old actor also believes the "forced break" had its benefits too as it allowed the director Sam Mendes to start editing the footage as well as giving his co-stars a break.
He added to The Sun newspaper: "The enforced break allowed Sam to get in the editing room and look at the movie, which he wouldn't normally do. So I like to think of it as a deliberate trick on my behalf to give everyone a break."

Bryce Dallas Howard plans to wear ‘rubber soles’ for sequel

Bryce Dallas Howard will be wearing "rubber soles" in the opening scene of the 'Jurassic World' sequel.
The flame-haired actress was filmed running in a pair of high-heels in the money-spinning sci-fi movie, which was released earlier this year, but Bryce has confirmed she won't be trying to recreate the scene in the sequel.
She shared: "The way that [director] Colin [Trevorrow] told me that the sequel was happening, when it got greenlit and I was going to be in it, he texted me: #NoHeels2018. And I was like, 'Yeah boy!'"
In fact, Bryce joked that the sequel would poke fun at the memorable scene.
She told ET Online: "The first shot needs to be something just really capable, like just something with great arch support and rubber soles. She needs to be ready to run, eventually."
What's more, Bryce admitted she was surprised by the controversy that followed the eye-catching scene.
She said: "Of course it's illogical for her to be in heels in the jungle.
"She never intended to go in the jungle. And if she was in flats, that would be a cheat.
"That would be something where it's like, 'She managed to get her hands on some flats.' No, no, no, Claire never thought she was going to end up traipsing in the jungle, let alone outrunning a T. rex."

Dawn French ‘on the reserve bench’ for Absolutely Fabulous movie

Dawn French is "on the reserve bench" for the 'Absolutely Fabulous' movie.
The 58-year-old comedian is a long-time friend and collaborator of the series' writer Jennifer Saunders and has revealed she's open to the idea of starring in the much-anticipated movie, even though she doesn't currently have a part.
Asked if she was going to be making an appearance in the movie, Dawn told ITV's 'Lorraine': 'I'm not in it at the moment...I'm on the reserve bench for anything she (Jennifer Saunders) needs me to do. She's already written one part for me which she then cut the next day, another part she asked me to do on the day I'm on stage in Liverpool, can't, so who knows, watch this space."
Meanwhile, 'Absolutely Fabulous' star Joanna Lumley revealed recently that the movie will see all of the original cast return as well as special cameos.
She explained: "We are all there, the same old gang. Lots of people you will have seen in it before. I think we are going down to the south of France to do some of the shooting there ... It'll all be shot on location. It is going to be ravishingly funny! Very gorgeous and completely fabulous!"
