Michelle Williams thinks Hollywood is "sending a message to predators" by recasting Kevin Spacey in an upcoming movie.
Following allegations of sexual misconduct made against Spacey, he was booted from ‘All the Money in the World’ and director Sir Ridley Scott decided to cast Christopher Plummer to reshoot Spacey’s scenes. Williams – who also stars in the movie – is thrilled by the decision Scott made.
She told Entertainment Weekly: "This [decision] doesn’t do anything to ease the suffering of people who were all too personally affected by Kevin Spacey, but it is our little act of trying to right a wrong. And it sends a message to predators – you can’t get away with this anymore. Something will be done."

Spacey was alleged to have made sexual advances towards actor Anthony Rapp back in 1986 when Rapp was 14.
In a statement released at the time the allegation was made, Spacey apologised for his "deeply inappropriate drunken behaviour".
He said in the statement: "I have a lot of respect and admiration for Anthony Rapp as an actor. I’m beyond horrified to hear his story. I honestly do not remember the encounter, it would have been over 30 years ago. But if I did behave as he describes, I owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior, and I am sorry for the feelings he describes having carried with him all these years."
‘House of Cards’ – which also had Spacey in the lead role – had production suspended indefinitely and there was talk his character could be killed off the show.
