Meghan Markle will bring ‘vast energy’ to her royal duties

Meghan Markle will bring "vast energy" to her royal duties, according to World Vision’s officer Lara Dewar.
The 36-year-old actress has supported a number of charities over the years and has been the ambassador for the humanitarian organisation for two years, which saw her travel to India to campaign for girls’ rights, but it is believed the star will have to cut her ties with the commitments she had to start new partnerships with other companies following her marriage to Prince Harry.
Despite this, Meghan has been hailed as a "true humanitarian" by the chief marketing and development worker at World Vision, who believes the former ‘Suits’ star will thrive when she carries out her engagements, the Mail Online has reported.
Speaking about Meghan, Lara said: "Meghan is a true humanitarian. We’re deeply grateful for her contribution as a global ambassador for World Vision over the past two years and for helping to raise awareness for the world’s most vulnerable children.
"I personally witnessed Meghan’s passion to improve the lives of children, and know her heart to advocate for the rights of girls – to hear and amplify their important voices.
"She will undoubtedly bring vast energy to her charity work as a member of the royal family."
And the charity "can’t wait" to see Meghan’s future with her 33-year-old fiancé bloom in the future, as Lara believes they both have a "heart for social justice".
Lara added: "We can’t wait to see what the future holds for her and Prince Harry – a couple who clearly have a heart for social justice."
World Vision have also taken to social media to congratulate Meghan on the news of her engagement earlier this week.
The tweeted: "Heartfelt congratulations to Meghan Markle (our ambassador for the past 2 years) on her engagement to Prince Harry! We’re grateful for her support of the world’s most vulnerable children. We wish the couple every happiness together. (sic)."
It is believed when Meghan ties the knot she will be the fourth patron of the Royal Foundation, alongside Harry, his brother Prince William and Duchess Catherine.
