Marion Cotillard has no relationship with video games

Marion Cotillard has "no relationship" with the ‘Assassin’s Creed’ games.
The French actress stars in the movie adaptation of the popular video game series – but has admitted she does not have any real interest in computers and has insisted the film will be distinctly different.
She said: "I don’t like games where you kill people! No offence to all the people who love it. But this is different. This is a real idea behind the script."
However, Marion revealed that one of her best friends is a huge fan of the video games and that made playing her on-screen character alongside Michael Fassbender that bit easier.
He shared: "One of my best friends is a big fan, like one of the biggest. She played all the games and everything. She told me about the game. And I did a little bit of research about the Templars.
"But what I thought was very interesting is exploring the mind of scientist who thinks that she can cure violence with a mix of science and items and ideas of the past."
And Marion said that some of the science fiction ideas explored in the movie are "really cool and interesting".
Asked whether she enjoys working on the genre, the 41-year-old star explained to SFX magazine: "That’s what I love about movies. I like to be part of very realistic projects, and then suddenly you jump into a totally different kind of reality.
"Here you have all kinds of science fiction ideas that I thought were really cool and interesting."
