Luisa Zissman worries she’ll battle postnatal depression again

Luisa Zissman is terrified she’ll battle postnatal depression again.
The former ‘Apprentice’ star – who is pregnant with her second child – struggled with the mental health condition, which affects some women after giving birth, when she welcomed her daughter Dixie into the world in 2010 and she’s now worried it’ll return to haunt her this time.
She said: "Postnatal depression is still a worry. I read somewhere that just because you’ve suffered with it once, it doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll have it twice so I’m hoping I don’t go through it again."
The 29-year-old beauty has admitted her battle with the condition got so bad that she found it hard to bond with Dixie at first and it got to the point where she felt so "ashamed" she wanted to die.
She said: "While everyone else was bonding with their child, I wanted to walk out the door and never come back. I felt so ashamed. Being stuck at home with a screaming baby is very scary. You feel so lost, helpless and lonely. I wanted to roll over and die. It’s such a deep low."
However, Luisa believes her pregnancy this time around has been relatively "easy" so far and she and her partner Andrew Collins can’t wait to meet their baby – thought to be a girl – later this year.
She told Closer magazine: "I’m thrilled to be pregnant again. It’s been a really easy pregnancy so far, I’ve been so lucky. I haven’t had any sickness or weird cravings, but I’m getting a bit restless and just want to give birth now!"
