Little Mix have been added to the line up for this year’s Capital Jingle Bell Ball.
The ‘Shout Out To My Ex’ hitmakers will join headliner Calvin Harris at the festive music event on Saturday December 3rd at London’s The O2 in what will be their last show before the Christmas break.
Speaking on Capital’s Breakfast show with Dave Berry, George Shelley and Lilah Parson’s on Wednesday morning (09.11.16), the girls said: "We love the Jingle Bell Ball, it’s got a really good atmosphere, the crowds are always amazing, and yeah, it’s just fun we love doing it. It’s one of the last gigs we do before we break up for Christmas so we always put our all in."
Ashley Tabor, founder and executive president of Global and managing editor of Capital, said: "This year’s line-up just keeps getting bigger! This morning Dave, George & Lilah surprised listeners with the news that the world’s hottest girl band will be taking to the stage to join an already massive line-up for the first night of Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball. The girls always put on an amazing show and we know they’ll electrify the O2 Arena for Capital listeners when they take to the stage. I can’t wait for Saturday 3rd December – it’s going to be one incredible night!"
The girl group – comprised of Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock – will perform alongside Craig David, Clean Bandit, Louisa Johnson, Dua Lipa, Sigala, Nathan Sykes and Olly Murs.
And on the second night on Sunday December 4th, Shawn Mendes, DNCE, Louisa Johnson, The Vamps, Jonas Blue, Years & Years, James Arthur and Martin Garrix will perform in front of 20,000 fans.
