Linda Nolan won’t mention Jim Davidson’s name

Linda Nolan refuses to utter her ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ rival Jim Davidson’s name.
The pair have been at loggerheads for years after the former ‘Generation Game’ host brought up an incident regarding Linda’s late ex-husband Brian Hudson and the comedian Frank Carson when they were both inside the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ house in 2014, and while four years have passed Linda will not say his moniker because she doesn’t want to give Jim any "publicity".
Appearing on ITV’s ‘Loose Women’ on Tuesday (12.06.18) alongside her sister Coleen Nolan, panellist Janet Street-Porter asked Linda: "Do you have a nemesis, someone you really can’t abide, that you could make peace with?"
The 59-year-old star replied: "People obviously come up to me and say have you seen that man I was in ‘CBB’ with?"
Linda says she doesn’t wish to talk about Jim because it gives him free publicity, just as it did when her sister Coleen fell out with Kim Woodburn when they were both ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ housemates in 2012.
When Janet asked if the man’s name began with a "J", Linda replied: "That’s if you’re going to call him that name.
"Well you know he’s had enough publicity out of me so I don’t mention him anymore.
"I say the same to Coleen, don’t mention Kim Woodburn, that’s the only publicity they get."
On one episode of Linda and Jim’s ‘CBB’ series, she called him a "f***ing a******e" after his insensitive comments.
She said: "My husband is dead, you shouldn’t slag a dead man. You’re an utter t***pot."
Jim, 64, previously admitted that his time in the famous abode made him "really depressed".
He said if it wasn’t for fellow housemate Dappy, he would have quit the programme.
Jim told BANG Showbiz: "I didn’t think I was going to win, I didn’t think I was even going to come close.
"I didn’t think I would win especially when the arguments with Linda were kicking off and I got really depressed.
"I did think, ‘What am I doing here with all these bloody people?’ If it wasn’t for Dappy I would’ve climbed over the wall. I loved him Dappy, great guy."
