Liam Payne selling Los Angeles mansion for $13M

Liam Payne is selling his "haunted" Los Angeles mansion for $13 million.
The 24-year-old singer lived in the pad in Calabasas, California, with his girlfriend Cheryl for much of 2016, when the former Girls Aloud star was pregnant with their now 11-month-old son Bear.
For $13 million, the buyer gets a spa, vineyard, fully-equipped gym and there is even a space to mediate.
However, the One Direction singer previously admitted the ‘Call My Name’ hitmaker, 34, was frightened to sleep in one of the rooms on the top floor after the couple witnessed some "creepy" goings on.
Speaking in October about the five-bedroom home – which he purchased in 2015 – Liam said: "Cheryl wouldn’t stay in the top room, being pregnant with the baby.
"I’ve seen lights go on and off in the middle of the night and a few little creepy things, like taps turning on and off.
"If you don’t believe in it, I don’t think it can get to you.
"But Cheryl was like, ‘I’m not sleeping upstairs’. So we slept downstairs in the cinema room. First World problems."
Cheryl and Liam made a rare public appearance together when they attended the BRIT Awards together last Wednesday (21.02.18).
Whilst sat at one of the tables at London’s The O2 arena, Cheryl teased that the couple enjoy a wild sex life when she was interviewed during the live TV broadcast of the ceremony.
The pair looked loved up as they attended the music extravaganza, and were enjoying the start of the show at their table when host Jack Whitehall decided to pick them out for an on-air interview.
Referencing Liam’s performance on the ‘Fifty Shades Freed’ soundtrack song ‘For You’, Jack cheekily referenced the erotic thriller’s S&M theme, asking the hunk: "You’re performing later, the song from the ‘Fifty Shades’ film, it’s going to get quite racy, is there a safe word?"
Liam then motioned towards Cheryl, saying: "She knows what the safe word is."
The brunette beauty then said with a devilish smile: "Don’t stop!"
It was a rare joint appearance by the couple since the birth of their baby son, and comedian Jack, 29, asked: "How’s date night going so far?"
To which Liam replied, "It’s good," then asking his lady, ‘"you’re enjoying it right?"
