Kiernan Shipka wants to be like Emma Watson.
The 15-year-old actress is a big fan of the former ‘Harry Potter’ star – who was just 11 years old when she starred as Hermione Grainger in the first movie of the wizarding franchise – and aspires to achieve the same career successes.
She said: "I love Emma Watson, I think she’s amazing. She would probably be who I would say I’d love a career like.
"She’s a great actress and we’ve kind of seen her grow up too, so we’ve got that similar vibe going on."
Kiernan began work on ‘Mad Men’ – which will end after the current series – when she was just eight years old and found her final days of filming just as exciting as her first.
She said: "That first day on set was probably one of the best. I was so excited to be there, just this crazy excitement. And it was never lost, which is great."
And despite her young years, the actress has a strong friendship with 37-year-old January Jones, who played her on-screen mother.
She told Stylist magazine: "She’s so fun, so sweet – we were always just really great pals."
