Khloé Kardashian wants to "appreciate" things more.
The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star reflected on the last 12 months – which has seen her estranged husband Lamar Odom hospitalised after a drink and drug binge – and admits she has learned how things can change so quickly.
She wrote on Twitter: "This year has made me realise how quickly things can change. In a moment everything can change.
"So one of my resolutions is to be more present and appreciate every moment (sic)"
Meanwhile, the 31-year-old television personality previously admitted this year was the "worst of her life".
When a fan told her: "except with the whole Lamar thing 2015 was good to you Khloe. You [hot] asf (sic)", she tweeted back: "hands down worst year of my life lol (sic)".
And during 2015, Khloé also suffered a staph infection, which was "exacerbated by stress".
She wrote on Twitter: "Staph infection is no joke. Mine was exacerbated by stress which is not a great combo. I’m under great medical care&receiving tons of love!
"Please everyone take care of yourselves and pay attention to your bodies!! Be kind and loving to one another! It goes a long way!!
"I appreciate all of your prayers, well wishes and love being sent my way. I’ll be better very soon. I love you guys (sic)"
