Katy B to turn on Christmas lights at Westfield London

Katy B will switch on the Christmas lights at Westfield shopping centre in London on Friday (06.11.15).

The ‘Turn The Music Louder’ hitmaker will kick off the festive celebrations in Shepherd’s Bush when she flicks the switch and performs five of her biggest hits at live music festival MUSIC CUBE, held in The Atrium over the weekend.

The event is free but fans will need to bag tickets through re-tweeting an announcement on Katy B’s Twitter this week.

The 26-year-old star will perform alongside artists and bands from both major and independent labels and KISS FM UK DJs, in a custom-built soundproof glass cube, complete with LED surround, and fans will be tuned in through Sennheiser Momentum headphones.

Meanwhile, Grammy Award winner Foxes has been announced as the headline act for the electro-pop Saturday (07.11.15) performance and former ‘X Factor’ star Rebecca Ferguson will add a soul vibe to Sunday (08.11.15).

Joining them across the weekend will be Dionne Bromfield, Stooshe and Oritse.

Fiona Kyle, General Manager Events & Entertainment for Westfield UK & US urged fans to tune in online if they can’t make it down.

She said: "We are delighted to bring MUSIC CUBE back to Westfield London where chart topping headliner Katy B will also switch on the Christmas Lights … For those who can’t make it down, look out for performances being streamed free online."
