Kate Garraway strugglingwith jet leg after I’m A Celebrity

Kate Garraway has been struggling with jet lag after returning from ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’
The ‘Good Morning Britain’ presenter is back in the UK after her jungle experience – which was filmed in New South Wales, Australia – and the nine hour time difference has proven tough to deal with.
She shared a video of herself on Instagram, and captioned the clip: "Home!!! And seriously wide awake at 4am – jet lagged!!"
Her campmate Jacqueline Jossa – who won the ITV show to be crowned Queen of the Jungle – revealed she was also struggling to doze off.
Kate added: "@jacjossa so glad not just me!! Hope you get to sleep later! (sic)"
The pair become good friends during their time on the show, and even made a pact to block each other from TV cameras while they were washing.
Despite Kate – who narrowly missed out on the final three during her time on the reality show – initially thinking she’d try to avoid the outdoor shower, she quickly realised it was "the only way to wash".
She recently said: "It started off us trying to block each other in the shower, but by the end, you’re just rubbing away and shaving.
"You think, ‘I’m never going in that shower. It’s too embarrassing’, but it is the only way to wash. So at some point, you’ve got to go it."
The 52-year-old TV presenter also got close to Caitlyn Jenner in the jungle, particularly after she picked cockroaches off the reality star’s bum.
When asked what her best bit from the ITV show was, Kate revealed: "Without doubt, the best part was the people … you don’t really have the chance to get to know people until you pick cockroaches off their bottom in a waterfall shower.
"That was Caitlyn Jenner by the way, that I did that to."
