Jorgie Porter is returning to ‘Hollyoaks’.
The actress, who quit her role as Theresa McQueen last year to take part in the last ever series of ‘Dancing on Ice’, will be back on screens later this year as executive producer Bryan Kirkwood has come up with an exciting new storyline for her character.
Viewers saw Jorgie exit the soap in January when Theresa was finally arrested for the murder of Calvin Valentine.
Jorgie told SoapSquawk: "I am excited to be returning. Theresa is awaiting trial but has some serious unfinished business before then so I am thrilled to be able to come back and finish what we started. I can’t wait to be a McQueen again!"
Jorgie, 26, first appeared as a contestant on ‘Dancing on Ice’ in 2012 and finished in second place.
The blonde beauty was then asked to take part in this year’s final all-stars series and decided to leave ‘Hollyoaks’ under the impression she would need time off to take part in the show’s accompanying nationwide tour.
However, Jorgie and skating partner Sylvain Longchambon were eliminated in the first episode.
